Overall the hotel was good but is definitely starting to show its age. Loose fixtures, issues with the A/C, only one elevator available. However the rooms are a good size, the pool area is quite nice, and the staff are attentive and friendly. I would still recommend despite some of the concerns.

Residences ligger ideelt i centrum af alting. Tæt på tog, metro og busser, hvis der er noget der ikke er i gå afstand. Det sagt, så er lejlighederne og bygningen slidt og lever ikke op til beskrivelsen. Poolen har 6-8 solstole, så glem alt om at benytte den. Man kan gp over på Rembrandt hotel, men situationen er ikke meget bedre der. Væggene er meget tynde, og vi blev holdt vågne mange nætter, fordi naboerne snakkede til langt ud på morgenen. Ideel beliggenhed. Slidt og MEGET lydt.

Staff at Rembrandt residence is very kind, attending, and friendly. Free breakfast is a good touch, and fitness center is very good, though small but well kept and on 24th floor. My room was executive suite, one bedroom with full kitchen. If you look for highly modern room, it will not make it, but if you look for spacious and sufficient and convenient, this is exceeding the expectations. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff were very helpful. The shuttle bus was a bonus I did not like that the pool and gym didn't open until 9 am. My girlfriend likes to workout in the morning before going to work and returns later in the evening making the opening times inconvenient. Also pool towels were not provided which meant calling reception for fresh towels after each swim before we could take a shower.

La chambre est extraordinaire, bien équipée et très propre. Le personnel est charmant et très professionnel. L'emplacement est très bien, à la fois calme et très proche de nombreuses solutions de restauration ou de shopping. Le seul reproche que je pourrais exprimer est la piscine : peu de transat pour s'allonger et surtout peu de parasols pour s'abriter du soleil. Dommage.

This was hotel #10 of 12 during an almost 2 month long trip. I got the Executive Penthouse Suite on 34th Floor at an amazing market rate. They let my entire family stay without question or extra fees. The room easily fit 5 adults and 1 infant. The room is clean and massive, big bedrooms, balcony, big living room and kitchen area. 2 full marble bathrooms, and provided all toiletries. They also provided bowls, plates, forks and spoons. Room also has a microwave, and a washer/dryer combo for laundry. Location is good. Close to Terminal 21 Mall, BTS Train, 7-11, Emsphere Mall, Benchakitti Park, Soi 11, and Nana Plaza. Nice big Pool on 11th floor. Gym and Breakfast Buffet is in other building. We had Breakfast also included for 5 Adults! And it could be the best we had during the entire Trip. Tasty, with so much variety. Staff was friendly enough. Only Con was only 1 Elevator was working, so it was a wait. Pictures are about accurate. Overall great hotel and a great stay. Exceptional value for Bangkok, and overall. 10/10

Overall we had a nice stay. Yes, the hotel is very outdated but it’s very clean and centrally located. My son enjoyed the kids pool and the staff were nice. During my stay only ONE elevator was working for the entire hotel which meant lengthy wait times. Also our 1 bedroom suite had a kitchen but no utensils (other than 2 teaspoons) and just a few bowls and plates. The aircon in the bedroom is vey loud so I used earplugs to sleep.

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We arrived very late and were checked in by a grumpy lady. The lobby needs to be modernised. The room was terrible. It was old, smelly and very dirty. Everything you touched was dusty or sticky. There was no hot water and the bed was worn out. We were supposed to spend two nights there, but left the next morning to go to a hotel nextdoor. Never stay in this hotel.

Location only and good staff. Otherwise we saw ants crawling , have videos, bulbs coming out of socket. No water pressure at high floors. WiFi poor. Bedsheets and towels worn out with strings coming out. Do not recommend and Not staying again .

A central location for Skytrain and Metro. Room is spacious, clean, very comfortable although furnishings are a bit old. Bathroom is large, modern and nice. Breakfast is also plentiful, variety and fresh. We would come back in the future.

The suite I stayed in was extremely large, but the furniture was outdated and some areas of the room needed a coat of paint what made up for all this was how accommodating the staff was. And how convenient it was moving around the area. Would I recommend this to a friend?

Very nicely built with pool and gym. The rooms were nice and spacious. The rooms were clean and had great service. Check-in experience was average as it was slow, and the staff tried to charge me for a third person in a room for 2 despite booking an extra room for them. Evidently they didn't read the booking and didn't prepare a second room as the second room was not ready until 5 hours later.

Property condition is bad. Booking were confirmed for one bed room suite. Upon checking in, I received superior room and got upgraded to Deluxe room. Staff members tried to blame the system issues for the booking in fact one bed room was full. After a conversation with the manager of the property, I got one bed room suite but it was old amd not in a good condition. I don’t think I will go back to the property again as I do not enjoy their accommodation and hospitality.

Book a 1 bedroom king suite however was given just a king room with no explaination. When asked at reception they mentioned the room was under maintenance. Check in staff was SUPER nice - no surprise youre in Thailand! We were early, so upon returning to check in we got upgrqded to a suite, and everything was incredibly fancy and plush - after 12 days in the region, we were travel-exhausted and this upgrade and the hotel location together made for a fantastic last night in BKK. The staff during check out was not Thai I suspect, as their attitude was brusque bordering on rude, so we left a missing the usual Thai smiles and curtesy.

The location for The Rembrandt is excellent; an easily walkable midway between “Terminal 21” and “EmSphere” shopping malls. The staff really make the hotel great, from Din’s (a bellboy) smile as you enter or leave, the guy’s manning the omelette station at breakfast, to the extraordinarily helpful check-in staff. My room was kept clean by housekeeping, and I really can’t say enough about how pleasant the entire staff was during my 2 1/2 week stay. The negatives are that the building could use some modernization in areas (though upgrades are underway), and the beds are quite firm (which is a preference thing).

This a great place. I've stayed here over the years in both the main wing and the residence wing. Staff is friendly and it's very quiet as well. Central location and close to the BTS. A great spot and excellent value.

We booked a suite at the Rembrandt Suites adjoining the hotel. Huge with separate bedroom. Breakfast is at the hotel. It's adequate but not on par with other buffets at nearby hotels we have stayed at previously. It can be a zoo so I recommend getting there before 8.30. The suites pool is very quiet but always in shade. Hotel pool is far nicer - and has a bar with waiter service - but it can be hard to snag a spot. Hotel tuk tuk takes you to the end of Soi 18 . Heaps of transport options. BTS & MRT are a schlep in the hot humid weather. Bus at end of the street takes you anywhere. Air conditioned with mobile phone charging outlets. The subway and monorail are usually jam packed. EM Sphere is 5 minutes walk. Heaps of fantastic restaurants and a supermarket.

This is our second stay at this hotel. Positives - included a bar in the pool area, upgraded some levels of the hotel, a laundry machine was in our grand connecting room but in another booking )seperate room) there wasn't a washing machine. Price is competitive. Breakfast was the same as last year - Good. Room service and clean up staff have improved. Negatives - Room 231 and 232 (Grand connecting room) one of the main bedrooms has a AC bulk head or some machine in the ceiling that makes a loud humming noise that is very annoying. You can hear it in the hallway and emergency exit door. Our door keys were not operational at one occasion and we had to get them reset. The hall ways for level 23/32/18 smells like weed at random times of the day., Door person - asleep.
