We all enjoy our 2 nights at the hotel. The room was had plenty of room and it was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A good variety on the breakfast buffet daily. The only negative thing is that we were disappointed that the outdoor pool was not open especially with the hot weather. But we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to NC

We booked from Tuesday to Saturday and on the Wednesday we found two roaches on Wednesday and one roach on Thursday so we told the receptionist to change our room and she was so rude to us, yelling and asking a whole bunch of questions, finally she gave us a different room and the new room stink so bad we had to open the window because it was unbearable and the smell was coming from the washroom but we didn’t say anything again because it will seem like we are doing too much! And we still found roaches in the new room too! The good thing is their breakfast was good and other staffs were nice

There was a wad of fresh gum stuck to the headboard near the pillows on the freshly made bed. Made us question how well things are cleaned. Did not have clean towels to give us in the morning so we had to use little pool towels. No one was at the desk during check out time so about 10 people and I waited for a while before giving up and throwing our keys on the counter and leaving.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels recently and this hotel was extremely clean (I would have given them 10 stars if it was an option). Everyone was very nice, they had the best breakfast options from any of the hotels I've been to recently, beds were comfy, and the rooms were quiet. At a time when everyone is cutting back, this hotel still continues to provide a little extra which implies that they care about service and comfort. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Easy check-in. Elevator floor was dirty. Unfortunately, the room smelled like mildew/mold. Front desk was unable to change our room. We told them the bread comforter smelled of mold and front desk staff gave us a new comforter and sheets to change it ourselves along with a spray bottle of air freshener. The smell was a tiny bit better afterwards. But later in the front, we realized that the carpet was wet all around the air conditioner, most likely the other culprit of the smell. We've left a message for the general manager and still waiting for a response.

Many guests didn’t respect that it was late at night and they shouldn’t let their doors slam. Also heard cleaning staff talking loudly in the hallways just after 6 am. The room was ok but didn’t feel super clean. It could probably use some updating- the couch cushions were all sunken in and worn- I chose not to sit there. Bed was comfortable.

Hotel was very clean and comfort, staff very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was hot and filling. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars all around was as a light sleeper the sound of traffic woke me several times. Obviously, this is no fault of the hotels but if you are a light sleeper just don’t forget your ear plugs or sound machine. My husband who sleeps like a rock, had an excellent night’s sleep.

We came back to the hotel around 4:30 am, we were being quiet and front desk lady just went off on us for opening the door. We said good morning and she was like what the F. Saying its early like we never had that problem. I dont know why the lady was pressed. Horrible staff and service. Yall need to hire someone new.

I left my suit hanging in the closet and did not realize it until 2 days later. After calling several hotels the Comfort front desk quickly acknowledged they found it. They arranged for packaging and shipping via USPS. That kind of thoughtful service is excellent!

Great service from front desk attendant Mrs Royster!! Very personable and helpful especially after checking in late (coming from Delaware). Because of her friendliness we were definitely coming back to this hotel when visiting family and friends in the area again. However, due to an unfortunate experience with another employee on the next morning, we have changed our minds. My husband didn't have the best experience upon leaving. Immediately after we checked out, my husband had to use the restroom so he went into the men's restroom near the front desk. He was told by a tall east Indian that once you have checked out, you cannot use the bathroom. I have never heard such craziness in all my years of traveling!!!

This was a spontaneous road trip to meet friends the next day. Good value in today’s climate. The staff (every dept.) has been welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, breakfast excellent. Easy on and off hwy- would definitely stay here again!

No roll in shower but accessible tub had great handrails and a shower chair. The shower curtain wouldn’t close well so very dangerous slippery floor coming out of shower. Bed was almost comfortable but still struggled to sleep. Breakfast was minimal.

Staff were very nice - friendly and polite. The hotel is quite dated. Our bathroom door lock didn’t work and there had been a power cut so there was no hot breakfast. We had cereal and muffins.
