Was a quiet place no staff really video check in hot tub not hot are could of been cleaned up more but was tidy location was good

The location is great, and the room was decent. The check-in process with the virtual agent was annoying and weird. There was limited housekeeping. For the price and location, this is a good place to stay.

There was a computer to check in with a person probably in India helping us. There was no way to ask for additional things needed during our stay (more coffee, cups, shampoo) and the “hot tub” was more of a Luke warm tub and no towels for it and again, with no one working there, no way to ask for more towels

The room was clean but outdated. The hot tub was not hot. The bed was so squishy it nearly swallowed me whole. Don’t expect much if staying here.

Hot tub was not warm, video check in didnt work well, photos pre check in looked way better than once there. Bed was heavily used and tipped to the center, no got water for shower or sink.
