I got there and the pool was under construction so we could not use it. I checked in and went to the room on third floor. Second floor was completely under renovation and the walls were vibrating and the noise was very loud until 630. 6:30 PM. I was very angry that they didn’t have any kind of a discount, didn’t have a working pool and had lots of construction noise And there was no benefit. Very very bad. I had been driving all day and just needed some sleep.

We reserved a king suite with jacuzzi, but our room had no jacuzzi. Although the room was nice, clean and comfortable, we were disappointed that our reservation wasn't correct. We were also looking forward to swimming, but the pool was closed. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. The only ice machine that was working was on the fourth floor, which was inconvenient. We wish we would have been notified about the pool being out of order and it would have been nice to get some kind of discount or something for the incorrect room reservation. The jacuzzi suite and pool were the main reasons we chose this hotel.

they have remodeling in process....lots of hammering until 545pm....also no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom...bottles were empty.

A great hotel very close to the I-10. Very clean and spacious room, and very quiet. Comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was ok, not fantastic but acceptable. Also close to Gator Chateau if you want to hold a baby alligator!

Hotel is under construction and was waken at 0821 with loud banging. Elevator was broken so had to have a hotel employee run the elevator; had to call them to come get you when needed. Coffee maker was broken; found out in the am! However, the staff was super friendly and helpful!

We loved the breakfasts provided as part of our stay. They were tasty and varied. We stayed 5 nights . When we needed to switch rooms, it was done promptly. All the staff were gracious and friendly. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. We’ll be back here on our next trip to Welsh.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable There was a lot of noise. Doors slamming and dogs barking. At one point it sounded like dogs were fighting. Next time would bring some type of noise machine to drowned out the noise.

Everything was great except our room was connected to another room and had a pass thru door which remained locked and closed. But it made it very easy to hear the guests in the room next to us and their tv....super annoying but they did eventually go to bed and turn off the tv

We booked extremely late, after midnight, and didn’t realize it booked for the wrong date, we had been driving for 14 hours and were extremely exhausted. The front desk was more than accommodating and came up with a solution to fit our needs. The breakfast was amazing, the bed and room were very clean and comfortable, and we felt safe the entire night. I cannot thank them enough for what they dos for this tired momma!

The television in the first room we were in didn't work. They put us in another room where the toilet ran all the time. The sink didn't drain properly. The shower didn't work properly. Paige was awesome. She helped to take care of our problems. Mrs. Liz was awesome. She made sure that everyone had a great breakfast.

The lady in the lobby was amazing! She was helpful to everyone around a true blessing. She helped work good with directions and with cleaning up making everyone feel valued and welcome. Her restaurant suggestions were spot on. I will be sure to stop in Jennings on my i10 travels from now on!

The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Every staff person I met during the course of my stay asked how I was and if they could assist me. The open attitude and warm hospitality are second to none. The rooms are consistently comfortable and spotless. I also applaud the change in how lotion, shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner are dispensed. It is much handier than the older practice of providing personal size bottles. And the breakfast is always a special treat staying there.

We were pre-assigned a room from our reservation. We got the keys and went up to find someone else in there sleeping! The front desk found us another room, but it was still scary to walk in and find someone else in our assigned room. The AC does not stay on, so it got hot. Then, housekeeping was blaring music in our hallway all morning. The facility was fine, but the service was just not up to standard.
