Great property for our annual family get together. Adults got their own rooms, kids got bunk beds. Nice to be close to beach. Everyone enjoyed pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Seaside Palace. The house is great for a big group. The pool and hot tub were well heated and even bigger than they looked in the pictures. The white sand beach is amazing and we appreciated having beach chairs included. The location is perfect. We were able to utilize Wal-Mart delivery, we’re close to grocery stores, restaurants, the mall, and activities for the kids. Communication with the manager was excellent as well.

We had a beach view from each level. It was a lot better from the upper levels. The location and access to the beach were great. The property was excellent. The only negatives we have are a few of the bathrooms were small and we got a whiff of cigarette smoke when we first arrived. If I had to rate this property I would still give it ten. This is one in the nicest properties we have stayed at in Miramar beach and te location is great.

Excellent location with easy access to the beach. Great communication prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend this property for any group looking to enjoy a visit to the beach!
