It was under construction and just not finished. Bathroom in lobby was incomplete. Lights would not come on. Outlets in our room did not work. Shower leaked water on the floor, bed was very hard and room seemed very small.

The property was under construction, where they were doing a remodel, and the room that I reserved was on the floor where they were working. Of course, there was dust, debris, and just generally unclean in the hallways. The lobby area is completely torn apart, and only the bar was left open because I assume they make money off of alcohol so make sure that that stays comfortable but nothing else. I mean one of the allures of staying in this particular type of property is that it’s a nice place to socialize, but you couldn’t do that here. Expedia failed to communicate that the property was in such bad condition and the amount of money being paid to stay at a property under construction was very high, considering other properties in the area that I could’ve stayed at that were just as expensive .

Dirty with food scraps under bed and dust& cobwebs around the HVAC unit in room. Only the chair in room was desk unit. No other chair to kick back relax when in room. Shower faucet needs replaced as safety valve for mixing cold & hot water has failed thus after a few minutes you are taking a cool shower. Hot water is available at sink faucet.

I specifically booked this hotel because it is literally only a year or two old. Basically new. Yet the property is very beat up and already seems neglected. Huge scuffs on the walls in our room. Lights not working. Signage destroyed or broken. Shower head and controls broken. Water all over the bathroom floor. Mold in shower. The front desk staff were friendly and it looks nice overall. But our room was a mess and that is unacceptable for how much we were charged to stay here. Please fix asap!

I’ve routinely stayed at this hotel when I traveled on business over the years, as well as when visiting family in the area. Unfortunately, the hotel has seen better days. Both our room and the hallway smelled musty. The shower door would not stay closed and was missing the sealing strip causing water to flow onto the outside floor. In addition, there was a leak from the corner of the shower stall. The toilet did not flush very well. Also, there was a good bit of grime accumulated on the base boards in the bathroom.

Visited my mom for Mothers Day. Hotel was right off interstate & easy to find. Staff was very professional & room was very clean & well stocked. Definitely will be back when visiting Green Bay again.

There waa a very visible stain on the carpet right by the door that should have been cleaned - left a yuck feeling. Bed was comfortable but didnt sleep much because of the stong smell of bleach on the pillows/blankets. A simple breakfast of a muffin or bagel would have been nice.

First off, the mgr appeared to be apologetic however, the lack of communication tells me otherwise. We arrived late and exhausted due to tornadoes so we went right to bed. In the middle of the night we woke up to a HOT room. A/c was broken. I sent a msg on the Marriott app to come IN THE AFTERNOON to check it, NOT early am while we were sleeping. When we woke up, we realized that there was black hair all over the bed. We are both blonde. We didn’t have towels, mat for shower, etc. I hopped into the shower and stepped on PUBIC HAIR! I immediately hopped out and went to the front desk. The mgr stated she would comp the room and find another on the 1st floor (spouse has a torn MCL so we needed 1st). We had to leave and asked that they CALL me to let me know the new room, etc. I asked if they needed my number and they said “no, it’s on the reservation.” We get back after 4, no calls. Front desk has no idea about anything except the a/c. He claimed they tried calling but when I asked what number, they didn’t have it! He knew nothing about the room or comp and had to call the mgr. 30 min later it was resolved. We get the new room, next to SCREAMING kids all night. No one did anything and the guests didn’t either. I used to like this place but now I’m looking elsewhere.

Great retro, yet modern vibe. Nice layout. Really enjoyed the more 'studio/apartment' feel, rather than a typical hotel room. Bed and pillows were comfortable - slept so well! Room temp kept fluctuating causing us to wake up a few times during the night, being too hot. Had two drinks at the bar that were $40...that is quite pricey. The young lady working check-in was also working the next morning when we checked out - super nice, friendly. The young man working that night - kind of odd. Actually started complaining about some weird phone calls he was getting. This was off-putting and uncomfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Tristan is the BEST bartender ever. He's worth going to visit. The hotel is a bit quicky. The AC units make a lot of noise when they come on in the room, which woke me up several times during the night. I was disappointed that they did not clean my room during my two night stay. DND was never on my door and that's all the staff kept referencing as a reason from them not cleaning. This was frustrating for the amount of money that was paid there over a gameday weekend.

Went to hotel to see if I could check in early between kids baseball games. Was given standard we don't have any rooms ready. No problem. Went to check in a 2nd time around 5 or 6pm and was told I had been kicked from hotel due to no rooms being available. This was already the 2nd hotel for this trip I had been kicked from. Was given a room further away at a 3rd hotel. Was told my room was ready and they were expecting me. Showed up and they didn't have a reservation ready for me. Waited while they scoured the computers to find 1 room available in the hotel. My guess is this room was available because the AC didn't work in half the room (the bed side). A lot of running around and broken promised reservations.

The room was very comfortable and clean and quiet. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They all had excellent suggestions about dining places. Only thing I can add on the negative side is that I could not get an internet connection on my tablets. Staff tried their best to help with that but no one could figure it out. Overall, excellent place.

Overall it was okay. However my room wasn’t ready when I arrived at check in time. When my room was finally ready they informed me they didn’t have the type of room I paid for and they were overbooked. Of course they apologized for the inconvenience but I paid for a service I didn’t receive. It made an already exhausting day worse.

When I arrived, the phone in the room kept beeping, and when I went to the front desk to mention this, I was told that I had to go back up and then bring it to them. At night, I heard what sounded like someone moving furniture around and I didn’t sleep much at all and the sound went on throughout the morning. At 4AM I gave up sleeping. When I complained about this, I was told they can’t do anything if I don’t know what is causing the sound. They didn’t bother to even check and didn’t care that my experience was awful. Staff seemed lazy. It was bad enough I only needed one night but was forced to take two. I’m not sure I’d ever stay again.
