We stayed from 10/23/25-10/26/25. On 10/25/25, there was an early morning (6:30) protest of a small but loud group protesting Hilton policies... glad I didn't want to sleep in! One of the elevators was out the entire weekend, resulting in very long waits for the elevator, and on Sunday morning, just before checkout, the second elevator went out, making me hike up and down to the 7th floor. I found the female employee working the front desk both the 25th and 26th incredibly rude on more than one occasion. I wish I had gotten her name; she was that rude! The room was very small and loud (both to the hallway and to outside traffic noise), but the beds were comfortable.

The elevators were broken and one dropped while we were in it, hotel TGI Fridays in the hotel had like one person working and food was never consistent. One day you order breakfast and it comes with one piece of French toast, the next 2. Hotel was super hot, protestors outside the hotel protesting the Hilton at 6am while we are trying to sleep. Just overall a horrible stay and I usually love the Hilton.

Nice staff, convenient valet parking, wish the parking fee wasn’t so high ($50/day). One elevator was broken while we were there and it took quite some time to get the second one when you’re on the top floor (lines for it in the lobby at times too). Good having Fridays in the lobby though would be nice to have breakfast available cause there isn’t anything close by.

This hotel is a complete disaster. I brought my family here hoping at least it will be decent. The bathroom lock does not work, the shower is rusted and dirty, only one outlet works. I booked and paid two weeks in advance. They gave me a room by the elevator with lots of noise. Once I told the management in the morning , they advised to leave the stuff with them and will provide if anything becomes available. The manager came and provided another room with less noise. The set up was worse, bathroom next to bed and door opens anytime. My LA experience was ruined. I was so disappointed. Hilton with a prime price should provide some standard. I will never stay here again or recommend anyone.

The hotel was fine. Overall fairly clean. But weathered for sure. My shower was cracked and patched and the door didn’t close. Toilet sometimes didn’t flush, had to remove the tank and toggle the water thing. Just a bit more work than I’d like to deal with but the staff were good.

Great location! Walkable within minutes to both the Hollywood Bowl and Hollywood Blvd. Rooms were clean and comfortable. AC was cold and worked well. Hotel staff were extremely nice as were the breakfast hosts. Breakfast was decent for our included vouchers but not sure I’d pay the price otherwise. There is TGI Fridays on site and happy hour after 9pm was great! $5 drinks and apps sure hit the spot after a long flight. The hotel itself is quiet but being we were facing the main road, you could hear all the night time traffic. Even with my ear plugs in I could hear it. Overall the hotel was great and I’d stay again.

I very specifically booked and communicated to the hotel ahead of time that I needed a roll-in shower (power wheelchair user). In spite of that, we arrived to a room (#224) with a distinctly NON-roll-in shower, and on top of that, its bathroom smelled like an open sewage drain, no exaggeration. My husband nearly threw up. The hotel "made this right" by moving us to a room that had an actual roll-in shower and giving us ONE (1) free breakfast... Rather minimal recompense for such a crummy start to our anniversary trip, if you ask me. Regarding the smell, one of the cleaning ladies explained vaguely to me it had something to do with being directly above the restaurant, hence my title of "Beware Room 224."

Love how close it is to the Hollywood bowl. You can walk there no problem. The hotel was nice. We had a broken shower head and they replaced it. The bathtub did back up though. The valet were great!!

Rooms where outdated and felt more like a prison cell than a hotel room. There was no parking it was a mandatory valet, and the parking spot was 10 feet from the valet both. It was $55 to park the car, and the valet attendant was irritated with my $5 tip, given there was an actual service that deserved a tip that's one thing but $5 for you to hand me my keys to a vehicle you didn't even park seems rather generous. The front desk staff on check in was ok but upon check out they were extremely rude and unwelcoming. Overall, it wasn't the worst place I have stayed but extremely overpriced for what you get. With all the hotels in the LA area I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

We stayed here for 2 nights to go to Universal Studios. We got a 2nd floor room facing the street. The traffic noise was horrible and made getting any type of restful sleep impossible. Pair that with the entire hallway smelling like a dispensary because someone was smoking in their room and it made the stay less than ideal. I shouldn't have to worry about my two kids getting a contact high from walking to our room at a Hilton. I expected more.

Our air conditioning didn’t work in our room. After two calls to the front desk for help, Ted -the night manager- came up and was rude and condescending. He told us the room would cool when the night did -it was 50 degrees out and 76 in our room. He offered to bring us hand fans to fan ourselves with. When the room hit 77 I checked the hallway which was air conditioned and at 70 degrees. I had to complain to the front desk -again- only to have Ted come and argue with me about whether my mom, daughter and I should leave (and drive two hours at 930pm) or move rooms. He, rudely, offered to comp our parking (have to pay $45 per night for a valet -TAKE NOTE this wasn’t disclosed online beforehand) then moved us rooms. We complained the next morning to two kind, helpful women at the front desk and they were horrified, but not surprised by Ted’s rude behavior. Our room was comped -I feel bad giving the negative review- but also hate to think anyone else -especially women- would be treated so poorly by such a rude male manager.

Unfortunately, we were told by management that they overbook so when we arrived they did not have the room we paid for, available. We had to suffice with a different room and wait for an additional rollaway bed to be sent up. It took 2 hours and constant calling to get the bed sent up. On top of that, the AC unit doesn’t work and the staff was unapologetic about their lack of service and accommodations.

This hotel location is a prime spot to get to the Hollywood Bowl events within walking distance without a hustle. The elevators are slow to operate, but the staff is great. Management and staff was super courteous from the Valet Parking attendants, to checking in and out and the houseman and housekeeping staff was amazing. We had a pleasant hustle feee visit. Outstanding

This location is .39 miles from the bowl on the same side of the street. Super convenient, Valet only parking with in and out privileges. A little expensive, $50 per night. Front desk staff are super cool and helpful.TGI Fridays is on the 1st floor. Service, food and music are great. The room view poolside is beautiful with views of the mountain behind the bowl. Room and Bedding clean and comfy!

Great location for Sunset and Hollywood Blvd visit. Ideal location for those visiting Hollywood Bowl for a concert as you can walk about 15 minutes to the concert venue. Parking situation was an absolute mess half the time we were there. No knock on the attendants, but apparently the hotel owners decided to allow pay for parking for non hotel vehicles. This lead to several incidents of complete chaos when trying to get into or out of the parking lot. Otherwise room was clean quiet and our rooms were made daily, something that seems to be less likely to happen in other hotels. Overall enjoyed the stay outside of the parking issues.

The hotel is a high standard and very comfortable with all you would expect from a Hilton even with a TGI Fridays attached. The Valet is an added expense ($55!) on an already $250 per night stay which I don't agree with but they don't leave you much choice. The surrounding area is very dirty and unfortunately has a lot of homeless people living rough which appears to be a big problem in most cities now, but their are a very high proportion here, so it's not recommended to wander around after dark and be careful during the day time.

Restaurant had a TGIF attached which was OK for lunch and dinner but only had a very expensive (and not particularly good) buffet option for breakfast. No coffee available until 6:30.

The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Offer to take our bags when the room wasn’t ready..I arrived early….We were offered bottle of water. Received text message the next day to ask how’s my stay is going..! The best next part…There’s an very popular restaurant right in the hotel.. Great perk…

"The room is excellent, and the heater is quiet. The hotel is a seven-minute walk from the Walk of Fame area. Unfortunately, one of the elevators was out of service during our stay, which caused slightly longer waits than usual, but nothing too bad. There is a TGI Fridays inside the hotel offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. I found the parking a bit expensive—$45 per day. I didn’t see any cheaper parking options in the area."

This breakfast area was disappointing. Some of the food was cold. No one helped us or offered any type of service. The staff in the kitchen seemed to be having a lot of fun chatting with each other very loudly. When we were almost finished eating someone came out and said we could have an omelette if we wanted. Everything else in the hotel was great.
