The ice machine did t work on the 3rd fl. The toilet in the room was not secure to the floor and we got stuck in the elevator. Told the front desk and they said they were having issues with the elevator. They should have posted that some where. Couldn’t get a coffee at breakfast because the machine was warming up for a long time. The price of the room was crazy for a night! I get it concert season.

The condition of the room was poor. It is well past it's prime. The blackout blind was torn and it wouldn't come all the way down. The sheer curtains that came over it were dirty and ripped (as if they had been slashed). The room was not dirty per se but the cleaning crew are not thorough and there were smudges on mirrors, toothpaste stains on the wall beside the sink and the floor was not swept properly. Bathroom toiletries were useless...tiny bottle of cheap shampoo and lotion and a bar of soap (no shower gel). The overall impression was VERY shabby/run down. It definitely did not justify the price that was charged. The elevator is a disaster...one did not work so the one remaining elevator had to service 7 floors and was extremely slow. Breakfast wasn't bad...it was a hot breakfast. It's not the hotel's fault that it was like a zoo! So many people tripping over each other to get food and with only one person replenishing the hot food, it ran out quickly. There also weren't a lot of places to sit to eat.

The lake view was quite pleasant. Noise level was very acceptable. Very quiet at night. The room was clean but baseboards and corners appeared quite dirty. Breakfast was very acceptable. Only one elevator was operational and was quite slow. The air conditioning was very comfortable and easily adjustable. No bells and whistles at this hotel, and it wasn't the Ritz, but the stay was pleasant, comfortable and adequate.I like having small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion and not the one community bottle in the shower. (YUCK) Bar soap was also provided. No pets was a plus since I don't relish sleeping in a bed previously slept in by a bulldog.

Great location. Standard breakfast. Very nice well kept lobby. Elevator painfully slow (one was out of service) Ice machine only on1st floor. Check in took time. Would I stay here again? Yes for location and reasonable price.

Overall it was a nice stay. A few things that kept it from being an excellent stay were: there were no network tv stations available on TV, there was only one working elevator & it was slow, there was at least one tour group staying at the hotel and they took over the breakfast area.

Comfortable bed, coffee maker and fridge in room, nice indoor pool with outdoor patio to catch some sun, easy check in and check out. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Would definitely stay again

My shower was not clean. There was visible pinkish mildew. Also, it was extremely hot in the lobby. It was mid August. The A/C might have been down, but there was no sign indicating so I'm not sure. There was only one fan in the lobby and it was a small desk fan pointed at the front desk attendant.

I didn't like that our hotel room didn't have the sjower cleaned. There was hair on the shower floor. My son is non verbal autistic and needs to use the shower daily. Unfortunately we didn't use it during our stay there. I said something to the front desk woman when we had checked out

Person who checked us in was very nice. He let us know about the amenities and wished us a good night. One elevator was broke and the other was a little slow. They are also somewhat small but who cares! I didn’t sleep in the elevator. The TV could use a slight upgrade but it worked fine. I would stay here again.

Hotel was very nice and all the workers we interacted with were great. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was a little softer than I'm used to but it still was comfy. Breakfast was so-so. It's not 5 star food but it was sufficed.

Very loud plumbing. When guests in other rooms ran the water, it was impossible to sleep. We ordered our breakfast early because we needed to catch the ferry, and sat and waited and watched everyone who came in after us get their food for over a half hour, and then found out they had the order, and never started it, so we had to leave to catch the boat. The staff wasn’t helpful in either case. It was unusual to have an overall poor experience like that with lodging.

Great location, amenities, and customer service. The hotel was clean and updated. The daily breakfast was very good. The hotel is in walking distance from shops and restaurants, but it was also an easy drive to other restaurants, skiing, and lake areas. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would look forward to staying here again for our next visit.

Everything was great except for the staff, they were very rude. The guy at the front desk was irritated when I was constantly ask him to repeat himself just because he would talk low and there was a language barrier. And we asked a staff on our way to the pool for towels and she rolled her eyes when she literally had a stack right in her hands. They both looked like they didn’t want to be there.

Rude staff, no manager on duty, and charged my card 2x...would not remove the 2nd bill at the hotel....have to dispute it with my cc company. Would not print me a receipt, as i made the reservation through a 3rd party.

It's a great hotel located in walking distance of downtown. The town has a bunch of cool shops & restaurants, and this hotel has a nice patio located right on the river. Free breakfast was great too! We saw a concert at Bank of NH Pavilion, it's less than 15 min. drive from the hotel.

Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Most importantly the bathroom/shower was clean. Breakfast was standard fare and I'm always appreciative for fruit and a waffle maker. Staff were friendly and it was fine given the price point. Only 12-15 min drive to Gunstock wgich was my destination.

Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean room, comfortable bed, nice bath amenities. Hot breakfast was one of the best we’ve seen. Even had (really good!) gluten free options. And the coffee machine that makes customized drinks was awesome. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

It was okay. Day 1, whick was a Sunday...if you were one of the 1st people to breakfast, the selection was good. My mom got there about 1/2 way thru, to find almost everything except cereal and bagels was gone. No waffle mix, no yoguart, no muffins. Glad I was the 1st one there. The next morning, all they had was cereal, bagels eggs and sausage. I'm not big on any of them, so I didn't eat. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable, although the front desk staff was no help at all, if you had questions about anything...including where the post office was.

Place was nice but some staff was unfortunately not liking their job to stock breakfast during rush of the day everything empty while the staff looked at it and walked away. Not caring if it was filled back up or not. If you want breakfast got to go early so you can eat.
