My daughter & son-in-law were looking forward to using the pool & whirlpool. Very disappointed it was not available to use. The whirlpool needed serviced, but apparently the pool was closed for no particular reason.

The only reason that we came here was because my husband has cancer surgery this morning. We have to be there at 630 am but only reason we came was for the hot tub and it was out of service and nobody knew until my husband got into the cold hot tub

WOW This hotel was amazing. I will be staying here more often. Amazing staff noticed immediantly at check-in. I dropped my credit card during arrival (I have no idea how). The front desk attendant went out for a smoke, found it, and when we were leaving to retrace our steps, he stopped us, asked for my name and once verified, returned to me.It only gets better - Great breakfast. I use a rollator and the attendation offered to carry my plate to the table. Amazingly, front desk lady remembered me and my brother by name. Also great and clean hot tub and pool. There is so much to love about this hotel.

Nice room. Comfortable bed. Hot tub no working, which other guests mentioned was a recurring problem. Front desk staff very friendly, but management unresponsive. Left two messages for manager, who has not responded now five days later. Watch out for undisclosed "Safe and ??? Fee". I was told manager would remove and would receive updated receipt by email, which i have not yet received.

Property was being remodeled but there was no warnings. The entrance was partially blocked, which would not be a problem if we knew in advance. The hotel is not new but could be a little more clean

My son and I stayed here for 3 nights, visiting Canton and Cleveland. Renovations were being done, but overall the place was very clean. The lady serving breakfast was very nice as well as the staff at the front desk. Breakfast consisted of sausage, eggs, yogurt, cereal, and many other options. The beds were comfortable too. Overall, my stay here was great. If I'm ever back that way I'll definitely stay here again.

One thing on a positive note: the staff was very welcoming and kind. Other than that—I do not recommend. First, and most critically, I emerged from one night at this hotel with several incredibly itchy insect bites. I have no way to state for certain what bit me, but I obviously have my suspicions. Secondly, the room cost significantly more than it was worth. I’d say I paid more than $50-$60 a night more than I’d consider appropriate for a hotel of this (poor) level. (Excluding the bites which should make the cost less than free.) For the money I paid, I don’t want to see stained carpet, dingy walls, stained sheets, and an ancient elevator. I don’t like leaving a bad review but I wish I’d seen a more truthful appraisal prior to booking this property.

We checked in and the window was open. The room had a slight smell but it had been raining a lot so we closed the window thinking it was the outdoors that smelled like that. We had to immediately leave for an event. Upon return at 11pm the room smelled so nauseating we couldn’t stay. The room had so much water damage and mold. We had to leave the hotel and find another hotel. The following day the shift manager told me there was water damage and they were undergoing renovation. They knowingly put someone in that room with the damage. We will be contacting the GM of the hotel for further action. As we were trying to talk to the front desk another customer came with the same problem. This hotel is a health risk. We had to find another hotel as we were too far to drive home.

The rooms are VERY small, the first room we were put into was so small there was no room to change with privacy ( we had our 14 year old grandson and 16 year old granddaughter with us) the bathroom door was a sliding door with a hole where the lock and latch should have been that you could see right through not to mention you had maybe 3 feet between the toilet and the shower (no tub). They were very nice and switched us to another room that was slightly bigger, but still had to have my husband and grandson leave the room and go to the sitting area while us girls got dressed and the same for us while they changed. The carpets need cleaned and the railings when you used the steps were really dirty, none of us used them. The pool is very nice and very clean though.

Room had a musty smell and the mini fridge smell was even worse. It just seemed dirty in room and made the experience not top notch. Also found an antipsychotic pill on the floor. luckily I was not traveling with young kids.

This one of the nicest & cleanest hotels we have stayed in for quite some time. The staff was friendly, helpful. The breakfast was very nice and good. The staff member responsible was wonderful, keeping the area clean and the food well stocked and fresh.

I truly did like the hotel. It was extremely clean and the staff were very nice and helpful and the price was very reasonable. The only thing that was not to my liking was that some of the things were out to date such as the vending machine and the TV, just a few things that you needed cash for or could not access certain things such as streaming for my children that made it a little more hectic however, I would highly suggest the location and would go back again.

This was the perfect place to stay if you don’t need frills and don’t want to spend a lot of money. The room was simple, the bed was extremely comfortable, and it was spotlessly clean, which is more important to me than a lot of extras. The staff was helpful and friendly. This particular Sleep Inn deserves the highest rating.

Room was clean and comfortable (but seemed smaller than the picture on the website.) Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Although we didn't use it, there was a pool right outside the dining area. Convenient to gas stations, fast food and other stores. During my stay, a water main broke, flooding my room as well as others. The lady at the desk was so prompt at moving us into new rooms while doing what she could about the leak. In the morning, even though I was overall satisfied with my stay, the manager refunded my money in cash. I can’t say enough good things about the manager and his staff! So professional and really went the extra mile!

The property was clean. Very accessible. Staff was helpful. The only issue I have is we checked out Monday and it is now Friday and my deposit is still on hold. After speaking to my bank they said that the property still has a hold on the money.

there were girls soccer teams there the day we stayed. they played soccer in the hallway from 11pm till 3am. screaming and carrying on . the Managers desk was less than 40 feet away and they did nothing to quiet them down. and on top of that the power was off about the same amount of time they were holding the soccer match in the hallway!

Overall my wife & I enjoyed our stay at your hotel for my 50th birthday party, however the water pressure in the shower was terrible & the driveway exit from the hotel slightly downhill onto state route 212 on the southwest side was terrible. I ended up scraping & bottoming out the front of my car. My front bumper partially became unclipped from my car & had to be snapped back together.

My daughters and I have stayed here the last 2 years for our Christmas shopping trip. It's very convenient, situated almost perfectly halfway between Sugar Creek/Walnut Creek/Berlin and Canton. The area is quiet and easily accessible from the I77. We will definitely stay again, because the price is very affordable as well. The breakfast provided is wonderful also!

Pool and Hot tub both out of order and nobody could give a discount seems like a shifty staff. The lady serving the food could not stop coughing and never washed her hands. If you can find another place to stay it is recommended.

The hotel itself was clean and no weird smells. The main doors are not automatic, so make sure you have a free hand to get in. The bed was not the normal Sleep Inn quality. It was hard as a rock. They do offer a breakfast, but again, not the quality or quantity as is expected at Sleep Inn.

The bed was uncomfortable, the room smelled, the blackout curtains were ripped, not enough lights, no hair dryer, showerhead was in poor condition as was the toilet lid. The wallpaper looked like they were covering up bad walls. Not enough room to eat breakfast.
