Very new and clean. Front desk was great with keeping in touch through text. They brought me fresh towels as soon as I asked.

Hotel was clean. Beds comfy. However there is a sign at the front desk saying that there is a $3 a night parking fee. This he not listed on the Hilton website or third party websites. Wonder if the owners are doing this illegally? I got it removed by asking for it to be removed as I didn’t see it when booking our stay

I give this hotel a 10 plus why because of the cleanliness the niceness of every staff member there there was not one bitter moment I had everyone went out of their way to help and I would definitely come back and stay here again it's worth the money and I stayed at the comfort Inn before it became the spark Hotel and I just want to say the upgrade is beautiful I give it a 10 plus .. stayed for 3 nights and loved every minute of it!! RITA N SUSIE SEPT..2026..

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and well maintained. This is obviously not a luxury property but it was perfect for one night as I had an appointment at UVA. Very well located to restaurants.
