A great hotel that was very well positioned for all the local attractions. The staff were really committed to good customer service - a special shout out to Monica, who was so friendly and attentive whilst serving breakfast. I would've thanked her in person but she finally had a day off and it was our last day(!) If the pool had been heated then the stay would've been perfect 👌 (but this was April)

This is an amazing location with a view over Taormina and the ocean. The manager Alberto took care of everything we needed and asked for! Angelo, who is everything, everywhere, all at once, also assisted with suggestions, recommendations and just great conversation about family and life. Even the doorman was a familiar face, as we were coming and going from the hotel at all hours. The breakfast here is wonderful with plenty of options from classic Italian to ala carte eggs, pancakes etc. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had 2 balconies to overlook the town and view of the Greek Roman Theatre. There’s an outdoor pool above the lobby and spa services available. I can’t wait to stay here again. It will feel like visiting old friends…

Where to begin. The hotel is ideally located in Taormina. The staff is friendly and helpful. In particular, Sarah, in guest relations was incredibly helpful. This individual was exceptional. The hotel itself is very clean. The lobby is comfortable and accommodating. Had it not been for the particular problem that I am about to explain I would give this hotel five stars. Now for the problem. we were assigned a room that was apparently designed for handicapped individuals. This room had a shower which flooded the bathroom on every use. In order to take a shower we were required to roll up towels and dam up the doors to the shower so that we could keep the water in check. I have photographs of this problem and have added them to this review. Simply unbelievable! Little or no effort was made to resolve this issue or change our accommodations. So, the moral of the story is, do not let them book you into a handicapped accessible room because of the bathroom flooding problem. The rest of the room was fine. The view of the ocean and the town were outstanding. This could have been a great stay had it not been for the bathroom problem. Every time we took a shower, we had to go through an extensive process to keep the water from flooding the bathroom.

I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. It was expensive and definitely not worth the money. I had reached out to the hotel in advance of our stay and upon check in they did not have the right room and caused us to get a 2nd room. There was a bug in our bed and mold in the shower. The manager was rude and not accommodating. I am a frequent traveler and was very disappointed at how expensive this room was and the terrible, terrible customer service!

While fine, this hotel is not a 5 star hotel by any stretch, The gym was underwhelming, the pool looked tired as did the lobby areas. Rooms were nice by very small. It just didn’t have a high level of amenity. It was just ok, but it is priced like a much nicer hotel.

First they advertised parking. Second we requested an early check in as VIP members which they did not honor. You really need to use the expensive valet if you want 24 hour access to your vehicle. Room was nice but the pictures make you believe you are close to the beach. You are not. You need to find the cable car or make a significant drive. We chose this hotel to go to the beach and never made it. We did splurge on the room and had a leaky hot tub on the roof which you couldnt heat. Its really a soaking tub you need to fill to keep water hot. We had the Presidential suite and there were no perks. We had to ask for them. When we did they were iimmediately delivered and they were wonderful. We appreciate it very much. Staff was immediately responsive to our concerns. I would give this hotel a 4.5 but not 5

My family and I had an excellent stay! We stayed in the Presidential Suites and were very impressed. The room was gorgeous and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Lovely hotel in the perfect location. Very walkable but far enough away from the main crowded street. The staff were excellent! They even helped us get a reservation that were struggling to get and brought hot water with lots of lemons and honey when my throat was bothering me. Breakfast was also a highlight!

From the moment we stepped foot in the NH Collection Taormina we were treated amazingly. We were given a briefing and showed a map (with lots of great recommendation's) from the concierge staff, which really helped us get a great grasp on what to see and do in the area; with only a few days there this was really helpful. The hotel itself is stunning & the room we stayed in was gorgeous with amazing views and all the luxury you could imagine. We will 100% be back and give rave reviews to anyone who wants to listen! :) Thanks for making our stay unforgettable.

The staff at this hotel were very hospitable. They assisted with plans, dining reservations and provided parking service. Throughout our stay they called to check up on us and ask if everything was to our satisfaction. I felt sick during our stay and they even called to ask how I was feeling and if there was anything I needed. Overall excellent experience at this hotel.

The incredible staff was amazing The management is doing everything right at this property! Every department the staff was top notch- doorman, front desk, breakfast room, roof top deck, maid service everyone was top notch. Angelo was especially helpful always and delightfully. The bartender Giuseppe made absolutely stunning drinks and was most hospitable and Stefano took great care of us on roof top and at Breakfast. The front desk was always very very welcoming! We were very impressed by the entire staff each and every day we were there for 6 nights.

This was a great stay in Taormina. The hotel was well located, within a nice walking distance to the city centre. The hotel staff was lovely and really made us feel truly welcomed. They had partnerships with 2 beach clubs, which was amazing, as they provide the shuttle service from and back to the hotel. Would recommend it for sure!

The surroundings are very beautiful and everything is accessible by walking in the town of Taormina. The Cable car is excellent to use for a day out at the beach, what i didnt like was the size and configuration of the hotels bathroom, it wasn't easyto shower or use the toilet considering the cost of the room per night.

Centralt läge med nära gångavstånd till sevärdheter. Från deluxerum, fantastisk utsikt över den medeltida stadskärnan och medelhavet. Små men charmiga balkonger. Köket håller väldigt hög kvalitet både till frukost, där viss del är bordsservering, roomservice 24-7 och deras kvällsrestaurang Zefiro. Oxkinden var bland den godaste vi ätit. Personalen var mån om att vi var nöjda och kollade av flera gånger att allt var bra under vår vecka. Personalen är väldigt kundvänlig, fint bemötande och är omsorgsfulla. För oss var Eleonora på Guest service, Monika i restaurangen och Alexandera på städ fantastiska. Deras leende och omsorg bär vi med oss!

O hotel é incrivel. Localizacão ótima perto do centro/bares/parte histórica de Taormina e do funicular para ir para a praia. Quartos espaçosos. Café da manhã delicioso. Piscina linda, assim como, o rooftop para um drink ocasional. O ponto alto da estadia é o staff que é todo muito solícito. ALBERTO é um enciclopédia da cidade e tem ótimas indicações para os passeios. SARAH é a rainha das reservas, falem com ela!

Perfect stay in Taormina! Absolutely amazing service from the staff. They found out it was my birthday and brought me a birthday cake for breakfast- so sweet of them! The rest of the breakfast was the best I have had in all of Italy/anywhere. It’s a very central location, close to all the restaurants and sights. We parked at the bottom at one of the main parking lots, so it’s a bit of a climb to the hotel, but it’s also possible to park there (subject to availability).
