We loved this hotel. It's in a beautiful location, and a short walk to the cable car which takes you into Taormina/Corso Umberto (shops, restaurants, exploring, people watching etc). The staff, concierge, service in all areas of the hotel and cleanliness was outstanding. Amazing breakfast selection, great restaurant and amusing entertainment in the evening. Nice pool area, and sun deck, although to get into the sea, you need 'swimming shoes' as the bottom is rocky. The gym could have been bigger, it's in a glass cube which gets the sun very early. It was over 30 degrees at 7.30am which made the workout harder that it should have been! Great view though! There's train line behind the hotel, which I hadn't seen mentioned in other reviews, although it didn't impact us, as it was relatively quiet. Overall we loved this hotel, would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future.

Party at the hotel on the first night and couldn’t sleep with the noise. Then another wedding party on the third night and couldn’t sleep until after 2am. Shocking for a 5 star that costs almost 2,000 euros a night. We complained but no one cared. Would never stay here again

The property is beautiful. The staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The restaurant(s) on property were pretty terrible. Paid €20+ for the worst Caesar salad I have ever had. Aside from the breakfast, the best thing we ate on property was a club sandwich. Our room has a gorgeous view but quickly got a dank, stuffy, mildewy smell/feel when the slider to the patio was closed and mosquitoes and bees flew in when it was open since their was no screen door. You can’t really walk anywhere to get basics like water, snacks, groceries and getting to town involves a gondola that’s beautiful but costs €10 and often has a 20 minute line to wait in. A taxi up to town was anywhere from €20 to €30 one way. Beautiful property but you quickly feel like it’s costly pain in the ass to get anywhere. You may love it, but we’d sacrifice the views of the sea and stay in town next time.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and gave us great recommendations. It was our honeymoon and they upgraded our suite, the room was immaculate and the view was stunning. Giuseppe at the front desk was awesome. The food was delicious. The weather was rainy but we still had an amazing time. 10/10 honeymoon.

Just come back from an amazing stay at Atlantis Bay. The hotel is beautiful with amazing views of the bay. Hotel was kept so clean, all the staff are amazing and so so helpful. We ate at the restaurant one evening which was exceptional. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the gondola which takes you up to Taormina town.

I am completely blown away at this hotel. It is the best hotel that I have ever stayed at. I am a very fussy person and I like things in a very particular way and at Atlantis Bay absolutely nothing has disappointed me. Photos do not do this beautiful hotel and location justice. The views and hotel look like you are in a fairytale. It is also the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in with the best turn down service I’ve ever had. From the smallest detail to the largest detail everything is spotless and taken care of. The floors are thoroughly cleaned every day, the beds are made well, the bathroom is immaculate and even to the smallest details where they wrap your phone charger cable compact to look neater nothing goes unnoticed or untouched with their hygiene. The staff are only too happy to help take care of your needs. Everyone works so well together and they are always super friendly. There is not one staff member that disappointed in the slightest. A special mention to Denese, Guiseppe, Federika and Bruno at the front desk who always went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and were well taken care of. Thank you to Stefano and Sanny for taking special care of all of our food requests and serving the most delicious food everyday. I highly recommend the Nui restaurant for delicious shellfish and pasta. Thank you to everyone at Atlantis Bay for an incredible stay we will definitely be back!

Excellent place to stay. Very beautiful! Easy access to Taormina center via cable car. Other guests were complaining about train to be very loud. We stayed on the 6th floor and could hear it passing by, but it didn’t bother us at all. Very very beautiful place to stay. Highly recommended.

The staff at Atlantis Bay were very friendly and welcoming, we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights at this property and would definitely recommend as for a luxury holiday for it's amazing setting, great views, wonderful breakfasts, lovely pool area and access to the clear waters of Atlantis Bay.

My Husband and I have just stayed at the Atlantis Bay hotel for 5 nights on our honeymoon. We chose this particular hotel because of its ocean front location and that did not disappoint. The location and the service really was outstanding at the hotel and we can not say a bad word about the staff & their service. Despite great service, location and wonderful food by the beach, we really did feel the hotel rooms did not match the price and service of the hotel. The cheapest room at the hotel during the July period is still very expensive and personally, it is far from “luxurious” and does not match the rest of our experience for the price. We paid around 1,000 euros a night and charged more for the weekend which is normal for room rates, however, given there were two weddings on over the weekend when we are charged more as a guest for these nights, I do not think this is fair, especially when our room was right above the reception area where the music was very loud and it did disrupt our sleep. The hotel was accommodating and moved us to another room for the second wedding, but I do feel sorry for those people who were still in a room near the wedding paying top dollar. A tip for those booking from Thursday to Sunday, I would ask the hotel if there is a wedding booked and specifically request a room well away from the wedding area. We would stay here again, but if we were to, we would be more specific about which room we are put into. Overall we both rated it a 7/10.

This was one of best places we have ever stayed. There is an amazing view from every place on the property and the location is so calm and tranquil. The rooms were incredible and service was impeccable. The breakfast is something our group is still talking about and missing. Being so close to town but in such a peaceful and beautiful spot was amazing. We were celebrating my birthday and staff did a great job making us feel special. Perfect spot in Taormina!

This property is in a class all of its own. Absolutely stunning views with an amazing staff. They really can't do enough for you. Every minute of our stay there was incredible. All the facilities are top notch.The only problem is we eventually had to check out. But even then the staff was so helpful and caring. I would go back in a heartbeat!

We loved this hotel. It's in a beautiful location, and a short walk to the cable car which takes you into Taormina/Corso Umberto (shops, restaurants, exploring, people watching etc). The staff, concierge, service in all areas of the hotel and cleanliness was outstanding. Amazing breakfast selection, great restaurant and amusing entertainment in the evening. Nice pool area, and sun deck, although to get into the sea, you need 'swimming shoes' as the bottom is rocky. The gym could have been bigger, it's in a glass cube which gets the sun very early. It was over 30 degrees at 7.30am which made the workout harder that it should have been! Great view though! There's train line behind the hotel, which I hadn't seen mentioned in other reviews, although it didn't impact us, as it was relatively quiet. Overall we loved this hotel, would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future.

This is truly a 5 star property. Not just the luxurious finishes and landscape but the entire staff are sincerely committed to providing exceptional service at all times. I travel the world often and must say that the service culture at Atlantis Bay is the best I’ve ever experienced on a consistent basis. The property and views are breathtaking and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I will never forget Vincenzo at breakfast going way over and beyond service standards when we were late for the breakfast. This is an absolute must stay and I’m glad we chose it over four seasons, which is rare to say, but the value is unmatched in this case. Quick few minute walk to the tram which takes you up to Taormina old town. Having the beach setting with Taormina sitting on a mountain over top of you is surreal and to jump on a convenient lift to get up and down makes this a better option than staying in the city centre. The resort is really nice. I would recommend getting a room with a balcony and a water view. We had an unfortunate incident with the room safe but the manager, Francesca, rectified the issue immediately. It’s a beautiful place with a super friendly staff.

This was one of best places we have ever stayed. There is an amazing view from every place on the property and the location is so calm and tranquil. The rooms were incredible and service was impeccable. The breakfast is something our group is still talking about and missing. Being so close to town but in such a peaceful and beautiful spot was amazing. We were celebrating my birthday and staff did a great job making us feel special. Perfect spot in Taormina!

Excellent place to stay. Very beautiful! Easy access to Taormina center via cable car. Other guests were complaining about train to be very loud. We stayed on the 6th floor and could hear it passing by, but it didn’t bother us at all. Very very beautiful place to stay. Highly recommended.

We thought the hotel was fine, service at the restaurant and pool were not very good. The rooms are in need of a refresher. The hotel is also far from the town of Taormina so you have to take a taxi any time you want to go to that area.

The property is beautiful. The staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The restaurant(s) on property were pretty terrible. Paid €20+ for the worst Caesar salad I have ever had. Aside from the breakfast, the best thing we ate on property was a club sandwich. Our room has a gorgeous view but quickly got a dank, stuffy, mildewy smell/feel when the slider to the patio was closed and mosquitoes and bees flew in when it was open since their was no screen door. You can’t really walk anywhere to get basics like water, snacks, groceries and getting to town involves a gondola that’s beautiful but costs €10 and often has a 20 minute line to wait in. A taxi up to town was anywhere from €20 to €30 one way. Beautiful property but you quickly feel like it’s costly pain in the ass to get anywhere. You may love it, but we’d sacrifice the views of the sea and stay in town next time.

Just come back from an amazing stay at Atlantis Bay. The hotel is beautiful with amazing views of the bay. Hotel was kept so clean, all the staff are amazing and so so helpful.
