We received a very warm and helpful welcome. Very simple check in & all questions answered, which included a query re transport and the receptionist went above and beyond on this. The room was in good order and had everything we needed. Breakfast was absolutely superb and the staff couldn't have been more friendly. They were on hand if required, but did not overly pester us. Dirty bowls, plates & utensils were taken away at convenient times. Particularly good management in this area.

I stayed at this hotel when I arrived and departed through Heathrow. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were adequate. There is a lot of deferred maintenance that needs attention. During my first stay, the water was turned off. On the second visit, I reported to the front desk that the room temperature in my room was stuck at 25 degrees Celsius. It was miserable to be so hot and they didn’t do anything to fix it. On both stays, there were issues with the elevators.

Clean room , comfortable beds , nice bar and restaurant. Friendly staff and super convenient to stay night before flying out of Heathrow airport . Will definitely stay again .
