Nice Hyatt for one night. Great check-in. Forgot my converter so front desk let me borrow one. Nice dinner (salmon dish + friend got the chicken). Both dishes were nice as was the Chardonnay. Be aware the bus from terminal 5 only comes once an hour (25 minutes past the hour) so we ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was £20.

Use bus U3 from the bus station at Heathrow T2/3 it stops outside the hotel. Hotel was very nice the bed was so comfy and room spacious. Bar was pleasant and I ate dinner which was excellent. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Staff were helpful and great. Gym was basic unfortunately with broken machines and few weights looked a lot Better in photos that was my only gripe.

Overall a very nice hotel to stay at around Heathrow - great service, clean and good sized room and pretty quiet for being just off airport property. The huge downside was that they don't have their own airport shuttle (utilize something called Hotel Hoppa) which was extremely slow (waited for almost an hour at the airport) and cost 14 pounds per person round trip.

Staff were friendly and helpful, from Reception, Bar, Restaurant and Housekeeping. Rooms was nice, well equipped but small and showing a few signs of age. Scratches on headboard, drapes a little frayed and grubby faucet. Food was good, breakfast had plenty of options on the buffet. Annoying to have to pay extra for parking in a tiny underground garage, with spaces so tight you can barely open the car doors. But it was fine for one night pre-flight. I would stay there again.

Stayed one night. Hotel was good... close to the airport. The site mentions a shuttle but it's very easy to take the U3 bus and get off at the Compass Center stop... about 5 minutes. We went out to Piccadilly Circus... took the U3 back to the airport then Piccadilly Line out. Very easy. Would stay here again.

Great staff and rooms were very clean and well maintained. Shuttle service to airport is fee based, not a free hotel shuttle. Dining options really limited to the hotel, as there is not a lot around the airport. Worked for an overnight prior to a early morning flight out.

Overall, it’s a very comfortable hotel. The attractive wall-to-wall carpets do show some signs of heavy foot traffic, so a refresh in the same neutral color and elegant design would be a nice improvement. All in all, this is an awesome, clean, comfortable, safe and well-maintained hotel, and the buffet breakfast is very excellent. Kudos to the friendly staff! Thank you for making my stay so nice. I highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely come back here again! Happy customer:)

We just stayed at the Hyatt Heathrow for 24 hours (2 nights) while attending a family wedding - We very, very impressed with the overall experience, from the polite check-in staff to cleanliness of the room.... The sound-proof windows were also amazing. (we loved watching the planes land and take off just across the street without hearing a sound!). Well deserve a great Review - We will definitely come back to this Hotel. Thank you Team Hyatt!!!

Hotel was really clean and staff were friendly and helpful. It was incredibly noisy all through the night, the doors do not keep any noise out. As it is an airport hotel people were arriving and leaving all through the night and you could hear conversations and the doors closing constantly.

A slightly stressful stay. My phone died because my charging cable broke. The hotel didn't have a spare iPhone cable I could borrow which was a little surprising. So I requested an alarm call in the morning - which I never got! Luckily I didn't sleep brilliantly as the pillows are soft and tiny, so I was awake at the right time. Not the best start to a day of airport travel.

Check-in was supposed to be at 2 PM, arrived at 2:30 PM and was told room wouldn't be ready for another hour. Was told if I wanted a room right away I could pay more and upgrade. I have never been told that before, seems like a scam.

Had a wonderful night. Masani(don't know if I spelt it right) and the other trying gentleman at the front desk was fantastic. I don't usually stay at the Hyatt brand but the energy from the staff and he answering of questions was phenomenal. I highly recommend Hyatt to anyone connecting via London.

Nice hotel with a good air conditioning system and excellent beds. Check-in was very disappointing. My room was supposed to be ready by 2 pm, but at 3 pm, it still wasn't prepared. They offered me an upgrade, but they requested an extra payment.

We enjoyed our stay here and found the staff very friendly. They allowed us to leave our bags for the day while we explored London. (Wanted 15 pounds to check in early - I know this is standard, but the room was ready, so a little disappointing that they wouldn’t do it as a courtesy). Still, I know it’s just their policy, no hard feelings. Gym was adequately equipped, beds were comfortable. The shuttle is an absolute rip off!! About $30 CAD for a sweaty, packed milk run (6.90 pounds each!!). There is a public bus stop right outside the hotel - take the U3 that comes every 10-15 minutes for less than 2 pounds. We took the public bus back and left before ppl waiting for the shuttle. You take the train to whatever terminal - fastest, cheapest and nicest. You’re welcome! 😉

The property was nice and the staff was great. The night before we left we decided to eat at the restaurant. We do a lot of travel and eaten at many hotels. However, this experience was different. The food was on another level. The food was absolutely fantastic. Additionally, our server, Francis (from India) was amazing. One of the best servers we ever had. He should be promoted!!! Overall, great place to stay.
