The location of this hotel is fantastic. Easily walkable through the Gros neighborhood and over the bridge to Old Town San Sebastian. Rooms are clean and functional. Layout not the best if you are staying for multiple days in terms of clothing storage and want to fully unpack, just an open closet with a few hangers and a book case to stack things on, no iron either if needed. Also, as many reviews mention, there is no safe in the room so if you are having your room serviced you'll likely want to keep your valuables with you. Lastly, we had fantastic service from the concierge, James, but on the days/hours that he wasn't at the desk the rest of the team was lackluster and acted disinterested in greeting or helping guests. A couple small tweaks could take this hotel from good to great!

Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, modern rooms. Mattresses are very comfortable and great shower pressure. Helpful staff. Limited amenities but a wonderful location to discover San Sebastián. Recommend.

Nunca vayan a este hotel. Es carísimo y solo de dos estrellas. El desayuno lo tienen externalizado con un restaurante vecino y lo sirven sólo a partir de las 8 am!! De macera que si quieren ir a un tour temprano o alguna reunión no podrán tomar desayuno (que tampoco es buffet, muy básico y malo). El hotel no tiene ningún espacio común, la recepción es pequeñísima, las habitaciones no tienen caja fuerte y son pequeñas. Una horrible experiencia.

James, Mayalen (hope spelling is not too bad) and Edi were super helpful and nice. Thank you for making our stay feel like home.

Bra läge på hotellet. En av två hissar var trasig vilket gjorde att våra vänner som bodde på våning 6 & 7 hade det svårare att komma upp på sina rum. Frukosten var inte så bra organiserad vår första dag men blev bättre sen. Trevlig personal i receptionen.

Good location but the hotel is a little tired, and the room smelled strongly of bleach which irritated my eyes and throat. The shower has brown dirt around it and the bathroom was very small. The staff on reception were helpful though and I give it three stars for location. There is nowhere to be dropped off with bags so that is a little inconvenient. It is ok but perhaps was expecting better for the price.

I cannot thank the hotel staffs enough. My kid threw up on the first night… we asked them for new sheets/covers. They didn’t only bring them, they stayed in our room and changed all the sheets including the mattress protector in the middle of the night, never seems annoyed or disgusted. That was very appreciative and nice! I received more than 5 star hotel service. I wanted to thank them for the exceptional service. The check in is 24hrs, which was a big plus for people like us arriving later in the evening. We stayed 3 nights, and they cleaned our beds and towels every night. There are recycle bins for each type or trash, it’s wonderful to see that they care about the environment too. They offered to keep our suitcase after check out. That was such a great offer when you still want to explore the city until your train/flight time. I would definitely stay here again, the staffs were all nice and friendly. I thank them so much with their amazing hospitality!!!

Perfect location. About a 10-minute walk west takes you to the old town, and about 10 minutes along the river brings you to the station. The beach is just steps away. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and the room was clean. It was a comfortable hotel even with a small child.

Easy check in and check out. Rooms were not huge but comfortable with large amounts of luggage. It was very clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi worked for my business needs. Excellent location. We had a lovely little balcony which was a nice touch. The staff was amazing and spoke English if Spanish is a challenge for you. A great stay!

This place is fine and affordable for the very expensive San Sebastián. Everything is within walking distance. Beds and showers need work. The bed is uncomfortable and the shower leaks everywhere if you use the big showerhead.

They advertised a room with a balcony and I triple checked to ensure it was the correct room with a balcony as I planned to propose to my now fiance. I arrived and was put into a different room floors down without a balcony or view. They advertised a room with a balcony and I triple checked to ensure it was the correct room with a balcony as I planned to propose to my now fiance. I arrived and was put into a different room floors down without a balcony or view. The location of this hotel is fantastic. Easily walkable through the Gros neighborhood and over the bridge to Old Town San Sebastian. Rooms are clean and functional. Layout not the best if you are staying for multiple days in terms of clothing storage and want to fully unpack, just an open closet with a few hangers and a book case to stack things on, no iron either if needed. Also, as many reviews mention, there is no safe in the room so if you are having your room serviced you'll likely want to keep your valuables with you. Lastly, we had fantastic service from the concierge, James, but on the days/hours that he wasn't at the desk the rest of the team was lackluster and acted disinterested in greeting or helping guests. A couple small tweaks could take this hotel from good to great!

Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, modern rooms. Mattresses are very comfortable and great shower pressure. Helpful staff. Limited amenities but a wonderful location to discover San Sebastián. Recommend.

Basic but comfortable clean spacious room. We were lucky to get room on top floor with lovely balcony. Great position for Gros ,Old town, and city centre. Everything walkable. Some great bars and restaurants near by. Would have liked a little more storage,and a kettle, but coffee machine provided. Great stay.

Perfect location. About a 10-minute walk west takes you to the old town, and about 10 minutes along the river brings you to the station. The beach is just steps away. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and the room was clean. It was a comfortable hotel even with a small child.

Room and bathroom OK but the style didn't suit us. Firstly there were no drawers for storage and very little surface space, plus no bin at coffee machine so all debris had to be carried into bathroom. Breakfast seemed pretty meagre even for a 2 star establishment and the coffee was never served hot.

Das Frühstück gibt’s dort in einer benachbarten modernen Bar , es gab sowas wie Körnerbrot mit Avocado Tomate und einen in der Mikrowelle pochierten Ei plus 2 Getränke nach Wahl, echt lecker aber ich glaub viele Leute kennen diese Kombination nicht einmal . Typisch Spanisch ist sie auch nicht , würde es aber empfehlen

Topp beliggenhet, meget hyggelige ansatte. Fikk rom med balkong og pluss for kaffemaskin på rommet. Hadde ikke frokost da det er masse hyggelige cafeer i nærheten.

Nunca vayan a este hotel. Es carísimo y solo de dos estrellas. El desayuno lo tienen externalizado con un restaurante vecino y lo sirven sólo a partir de las 8 am!! De macera que si quieren ir a un tour temprano o alguna reunión no podrán tomar desayuno (que tampoco es buffet, muy básico y malo). El hotel no tiene ningún espacio común, la recepción es pequeñísima, las habitaciones no tienen caja fuerte y son pequeñas. Una horrible experiencia.

Bra läge på hotellet. En av två hissar var trasig vilket gjorde att våra vänner som bodde på våning 6 & 7 hade det svårare att komma upp på sina rum. Frukosten var inte så bra organiserad vår första dag men blev bättre sen. Trevlig personal i receptionen.

Convenient location if you don’t mind walking a bit. Very expensive for a room that was very small with barebones furniture. Beds were very uncomfortable and tilted to the side with padding that slipped. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Two-star hotel in a really good location, walkable to many good restaurants, coffee shops, beach area... San Sebastian summer lodging rates are pretty high compared to Bilbao in general. Since we were out most of the day, it was more important to us to stay at really good location rather than a moderately more expensive hotel.
