The pool and hot tub was out of service: Billie made sure we were comfortable, she gave us a tour of the motel and its amenities: great place to stsy

We loved the breakfast facility and meal. This area was exceptionally clean and stocked. The pool looked great, but the hot tub was a yellow colour. Decided not to use that, and it was a deciding factor in choosing this hotel. You can tell that they really try at this hotel, but in many ways they just don’t quite make the mark. A little more attention to detail and maintenance is required.

rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good and cheft was kind. Only complaint was the hot tub wasn't hot.

For the most part everything was well maintained and staff was kind. The closet in our room was locked so we couldn’t use it. I let the Fri t desk person know but there was nothing that could be done. Breakfast was good. Pool area needed maintenance. Paint around pool was chipped and peeling and all over the floor by the hot tub. That was too bad because everything else was great.

The night I arrived my room had been accidentally canceled, and the lady working was a newer employee. It took her about an hour and a half to get me in a room (it was a busy night) but she was apologetic and kind. The next morning when I talked to a lady who Im assuming was her boss, possibly the owner, she talked negatively about her employee, and I thought that was unkind, unprofessional, and not necessary. I had grace for the lady who worked the night before. Everything was clean and breakfast was good! The only "negative" was the workout room. I couldn't adjust the cable machine which limits the workouts you can do, and this is an important ammenity to me. Also, the hottub did not appear sanitary.

I liked the free breakfast, easy check-in, and that my dog was able to stay also.

Hot tub was not hot. Same temp as the pool which was nice. Poor jets in hot tub.

Breakfast was awesome food was always fresh and the breakfast area stayed clean no spills or mess up food containers! The only issue I had was the linen on one of my beds was not washed and smelled awful l. The room and bathroom was spotless. The room when I first entered smell awful to the point where I gagged. I travel with Lysol so I was ready to spray the room all over. That was my only two issues. If I had more time I would have taking a dip in the indoor pool and Jacuzzi which was nice and clean! The manager and a member from the cleaning crew took care of the linen right away!

Damn place had roaches!!! Was in the shower and saw a roach in the shower. Had to leave all my luggage in the garage didn’t want to take a chance bringing roaches back home.

Not bad for a night stop on the road, but the rooms smell like mold.

The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. I love that the room had a microwave and mini fridge.

The only bad part was there were numerous small, live roaches in the room.

Everything about my room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was like new. The bathrooms were clean and modern. Air conditioner worked perfectly. The floor was clean. I liked the two level pulldown blinds as opposed to bulky curtains

Room was not cleaned. Then, stripped bed and there are bed bugs crawling on the sheets! It’s 11 pm and we are looking for another hotel!

The Hotel is very clean

Front desk attendant was more interested in watching a show than helping customers. However, the worst part was the very strong smell of mildew in the room. There was visible mold in the bathroom, and the hotel obviously had some sort of systemic water damage throughout. I would have gone to another hotel if I was not so exhausted when I arrive. However, it was difficult to sleep comfortably with the smell. Hopefully they will remedy ASAP.

Everything was fine until my wife and I woke up and she found a roach crawling in the bed near her pillows. We also found a dead roach in the living room next to the refrigerator. I think that the exterminator needs to come into Room 418 and spray the entire room. Other than that everything else was fine. The Staff was very friendly.

The first night and the next morning we ran out of hot water in the middle of our showers. I’ve never been in a hotel that has run out of hot water. The front desk was not helpful in this at all. They just said “well there’s probably a lot of people on your floor taking showers.” 😡 That’s ridiculous!

Hotel was clean and water pressure bowled you over. The front desk lady Billie was very welcoming and friendly. Only downside you could hear any hall traffic and it disturbed my sleep. Overall good stay

We had no hot water all night. Never got any. Could not shower at all. Very disappointed. I Would like a refund or at least a parcel refund. I had booked the same hotel on the way home, but I will be canceling it.

Beautiful hotel. Good location. Pretty quiet at night. Beautiful pool, hot tub, and exercise room. Room was nice with 2 shades. They were nice. One to let light in and one to keep ALL light out. Love the set-up of the room..big long cabinet that holds microwave and refrigerator..and space for personal belongings. Nice size Tv. Had a desk with comfortable chair and coffee maker. They also give you Tea for sleeping along with coffee. I had a handicap room..but no bars outside the shower. The bathroom is set up well except for the toilet paper holder being to far back that it's hard to reach. Windows open but haven't been cleaned in awhile. There were some spots and smudges that could be wiped off easily. I cleaned my own room. There is no vent fan in the bathroom so the moisture just seeps into the room. I like there is a thermostat on the wall, although it was hard to keep the temperature correct. My fridge never got cold..it was cool but never got cold enough There wasn't any where in the VERY TINY closet to put my clothes. They had an ironing board in it and an extra pillow and blanket but the blanket was dirty and had several holes in it. The coffee pot was not clean and kept leaving dirt or coffee grinds in my cup of hot water. I was there two nights but never got maid service even after I removed my do not disturb sign and housekeeping was right outside my room. Didn't try breakfast, but the area was nice. They have books to read. Very good stay & I would return.

Worn out desk chair, hole in the headboard. Breakfast was ok. No ice water available to drink. They offered bagels but no cream cheese. Ran out of fruit 45 mins before ending service. The bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant.

Hands down will never stay at this place or a radison property again. I thought this place would be okay due to Radisson being on the name. I was wrong. Got two rooms, both were terrible. The places smelled musty with mildew. Our rooms fridge was broken and when opened smelled like rotten food. The rooms were not clean, toe nail clippings on the carpet. The pool and hot tub was subpar for the kids. The breakfast was average but the hotel staff shut down the breakfast about 30 min early and refused to bring anything new out. Front desk would not answer phone for concerns. Save your money and find a better spot. Would not recommend. Only good thing was location right off freeway and some dinner options.

I stopped here for a quick overnight while I was driving through to South Florida. As I walked into the room it wreaked of body odor and the AC would not work, therefore, I slept with the AC blowing all night. There was a metal bracket sticking out of the side of the bed that ended up cutting me while cutting up. As I went to go take a shower the hot water ran out within 5 minutes. I should’ve demanded a new room or a refund but when I spoke to the receptionist the following day, she didn’t seem too concerned, so I decided to save the aggravation and head out. Horrible stay…

The room wasn’t clean and the shower didn’t work. No water pressure to even start the shower. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good.

The desk clerk was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and comfy and Cavannaugh met us with a smile at breakfast. Sausage eggs and biscuit and gravy. The place was clean and the food was great!!

Sabrina checked us in and was quick, to the point and made us feel really welcome. We loved the free cookies and bottled water. Breakfast was ok, eggs, sausage,waffles, cereal, yogurt, bananas and oranges. Our room was huge and the bathroom was of good size as well. Its right off the interstate as well which makes it very convenient. Beware..there are train tracks behind the hotel and it did blow one time all night. Im glad it just went by once bc it sounded like it was coming through our room and about scared me out into the floor from my bed. Ha ha ha

Excellent property. Very clean. Easy check in. The front desk clerk was very nice but could’ve acknowledged me once the customer in front of me walked away. A “I’ll be with you in a minute” would’ve sufficed until she got done with what she was doing. Other than that, I would definitely return to this hotel.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was very clean and the breakfast was full of choices and well attended. We had a pet and the proximity of walking and potty was very accommodating and safe.

I really appreciated the front end staff, especially Kelly and Pri. They were very helpful and patient when helping me with a booking issue.

Check in went well. The clerk was very nice and helpful. The room was standard. The ac was down, which I like, the bathroom still had hair from the previous occupants in the bathtub and bathroom floor. Who knows where else they didn’t clean cause I couldn’t see it. When I checked out at 5:45 am, to beat traffic, the night clerk was asleep on the couch in the lobby with his shoes off. He told me he has not processed the receipts yet and has nothing to give me. He asked how I booked my room and I could probably gets receipt online. He never offered to actually do his job and stayed on the couch. Overall, it’s a cheaper room, cleaning could be better, and mixed reviews on employees

Check-in was easy. Room was great. Area had many restaurants around it, and the room was spacious. People were enjoying the indoor pool, but we did not use that. No complaints

Generally good, close to restaurants, easy on and off freeway

The staff (Ms Sabrina) was very friendly and helpful. I love the location of the hotel and being close to the expressway. The bed was very comfortable. Like the roll-in shower.

The train ran a large part of the night. My husband, being a light sleeper got virtually no sleep.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable and we had lots of water pressure in the shower. The property was great with the exception of the breakfast. We were told that full breakfast was included, which is amazing…….. Until we’re there, toaster wasn’t working. Staff told us, it has been broken for months but they have to keep it on the counter because they won an award for best hotel and they need it for the esthetic, they have to have it on the counter even if it’s broken. We find that unexceptionable. It’s a sign of poor management. The waffle mix was so thick we couldn’t get it out. The whole buffet was sad looking, very limited.

We have travelled a lot, and I’ve never written a bad review. Even though the desk staff was nice on checkin, the rest of the visit was mediocre at best.. The mattress was awful - old, very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was mediocre - the eggs were watery and waffle station was dirty, caked with batter, so passed on them. Coffee needed refill, juice mix was off and thick. Cereal, yogurt and fresh fruit was ok so did have something to compensate for other bad food. I would recommend finding another hotel in the area.
