Beautiful hotel with a nice restaurant and a pool that stayed open all night long. The suite was very nice but the bed was a little uncomfortable and sounded like the frame was going to break whenever you rolled around. I would give this place another chance and absolutely enjoyed everything else about it. The shuttle to downtown TC was great, driver was nice and very friendly also.

I’m very picky when it comes to hotels and the Cambria was perfect for our family weekend getaway. The room was very clean and comfortable. We did need to get a roll away bed which made the room feel small but we were barely there. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub area was open 24/7 which was a hit with my 8 year old. Would definitely stay again!

I liked that there was a restaurant on property but the portions were really big. There should have been a kids memu or at least we should be warned how big the portions are for a child. I liked having complimentary coffee and water theoughout the day by the reception. The pool area was much smaller than it looked in the pictures. The gym equipment was great but there should have been disinfectant wipes available there to clean down the equipment after use. The room was spacious, we had a suite with six people, two of them kids, but would have been nice to even have an extra sink. Having one bathroom was a bit hard to navigate.

Once again, Cambria Suites provided us with a lovely “base of operations” for our exploration of the Traverse City area. Ryan and all the front desk staff were friendly, attentive, and a joy to work with. The food at Reflect was wonderful and the desserts were fantastic! Our suite was lovely and all the shuttle staff were great. We had a wonderful time and Cambria contributed greatly! Special thanks to Cyle, Ryan, Alex, Joel, Richard, Lyndsay, Kayla, Mary Pat, and Chef Nick and Chef Deb. You guys really know the meaning of customer service!

This was our first visit. The room was clean. We slept like babies. There was no noise or light from the hallway at night. The restaurant was excellent! We will definitely be returning when we visit TC.

Upom first entrance to the hotel it looks very sleek and classy. Upon checking in and getting into the room it didn't seem very kid/friendly. We recieve a noise complaint at 745pm because our 4 kids 8 and under were too loud which was just them playimg hide in seek im the room. Which I get was a bit loud but also not at 745, come on. The beds were not comfortable, very hard as if sleeping on a box spring only. There was a green ball in our room and a hair clip, i can only imagine that was left from previous occupants. The hotel itself was classy just not family accommodating.

We fit 5 of us in a room with 2 beds and a pullout couch. It worked just fine. The restaurant onsite was very good (breakfast). The free shuttle to downtown was really appreciated so that we didn't have to worry about parking (and having a beer). Alexandria at the front desk was a rock star. My daughter left her epi pen in our room and Alexandria went above and beyond to look for it herself and found it behind a curtain.

This was the best of the three hotels I stayed at in the state during the week I was traveling in Michigan. I don't know if it was because the hotel seemed to be tailored toward business clientele, but the room was well maintained, and there were many extras, like a dining room and bar area that was busy with customers and well staffed - on a Tuesday night! I was glad to see the lobby desk was also well-staffed. Texting communication is an excellent feature when booking with them; it feels personal while staying at this hotel. I will be returning and using them in the future.

The people above us were up banging around until 3:00. We called the front desk but that didn’t seem to help. We had 3 kids with us that didn’t sleep either. Very frustrating for the price we paid.

We chose this hotel for the access to a charger for our electric vehicle. One of the two chargers was not working, the other had a vehicle at it all evening into the next morning and no staff members at the front desk knew how to help. We ended up having to change travel plans due to the inconvenience. Everything else was very average for a hotel that was so expensive. Probably would not stay again.

Nice location because of the shuttle that takes you to downtown. I don’t like that we were kicked out of the lobby because we brought down coffee from the room. The coffee they provided! Later we were told if we had used the mugs, no issue. But that was later. That drops the rating for me a couple of stars. We can’t enjoy the Lobby? Beds room towels were excellent.

The location in proximity to the marathon was excellent, the reason we chose Cambria. The staff were absolutely fantastic, very polite and helpful in a way I’m almost unaccustomed to. The rooms are solid,however, they are growing dated. I stayed at the Cambria over 10 years ago and nothing has changed. There are holes in the curtains and the sitting area tv is a relic. Also, the hvac was spotty.

The hotel is beautiful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bar was nice and bartender very knowledgeable and personable. I can’t say enough about the restaurant. Amazing food. Recommend the smoked whitefish pate, perch, veal porterhouse, breakfast tacos, blueberry cobbler French toast and their carrot cake. Highly recommend you visit Reflect Bistro inside Cambria Hotel. We will definitely stay here again and invite friends and family to join us.

Quality of restaurant is unique in this day and age. Outstanding waiter in restaurant on first night. Waitress second night was not pleasant. Anyone should be overjoyed at being able to work at such a fine restaurant.
