The property is nice and spacious, and clean.I have two burners to use for cooking, microwave, sink, dishwasher, two seat bar area, separate sitting area w/tv from the bedroom and bath. Check-in was easy. The staff was very accommodating. The exercise room and pool were clean. They were towels available if you were swimming overall a very nice stay.

Really nice and well appointed room. Nice lobby. GREAT free breakfast that changed every day. Decent gym, but needed some repairs. Nice pool. Easy parking. Really cool patio out back. Just wish they would do cocktail hour on more nights.

reasonably priced, safe family stay, breakfast is standard, laundry facility useful, but expect some delay( 1 washing machine 4 dryers). Good feature of outside gas grill which you can you use to cook. Some good restraints within 5 -15 min drive.

Our family enjoyed a long weekend at Staybridge. The facility was clean, there was plenty of parking, it was an excellent location, nice indoor pool, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, as expected for complimentary hotel breakfast. I would stay again if in town.

Excellent stay and property. Staff was friendly, the condition of the rooms was great, and the breakfast was also varied. Additionally, they offer a complimentary laundry room for hotel guests, which is wonderful. I highly recommend this property. Super close to the airport, dinning options, and a reasonable distance from Downtown Charleston.

The Service and Staff Were Amazing & Courteous The Rooms Where Super Clean and were above and Beyond Expectations had plenty of USB charging Areas, an Almost Full size, The Bathrooms were a good Size, The Pool area was a good Size although only 4ft deep, the waiting area / lounge area was a fairly good size with an outdoor area as well. Breakfast was included from 7:30 - 11:00 with Bacon, eggs, Potatoes, make your own waffles, Oatmeal, Milk, Tea, Coffee, & Juice. This is not a Typical Hotel though. The Location was Good for Being in the City ; Right next to the Highway 5 mintues away from the Mall 30 mins away from Folly Beach Peir 20ish mins away from charleston historical Market Next to Many fast Food and Sit Down Restaurants If i could make any complaint it would be my itinerary said the total cost would be $408.12 For 2 nights but i was charged an extra $50.00 not sure why

The best part of the stay was DeJa, a woman who works the front desk. She tried so hard to make it a great stay. The room wasnt bad, but a few things to improve: the pool was so cold my kids left it because they were shivering so bad. The woman who helped with breakfast Mon-Fri clearly didnt want anyone asking her for anything and 5 min before closing time promptly shut everything off; there was a strange man loitering in the lobby, pool and common areas and clearly made folks uncomfortable but nobody did anything to remove him; the shower area had no ventilation so every time we took a shower it got covered with water droplets, which made it then a challenge for any items to dry in there.

Our stay was good! Our room was clean and the staff was excellent. However, we did have at least ten huge gnats that were on our walls and the ceiling. And we were able to hear everything other guests were saying because I am guessing the internal walls lack insulation.

I decided on going to this facility after going through many other properties since we needed to be in Charleston for a basketball tournament and this property had lots of positive reviews. The front desk staff were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The bedroom despite the air being on, was warm. We unfortunately had roaches in the kitchen area (we never left food out) and in the bathroom. The breakfast was ok, felt they could have done better with replenishing.

Room was very clean, front desk was courteous, Location was quiet. Once in the elevator there was dog pee and we mentioned it to the front desk and they cleaned it promptly and could not even tell when we used the elevator the next time. Great stay overall.

Overall the stay was ok. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. My son got up in the middle of the night to several roaches in the bathroom. So at 2am we were up chasing bugs. Which in return made it hard to fall back to sleep.

We have stayed here twice and overall it’s a great place to stay. The staff is helpful and friendly. Our room has always been clean. Our only issue is the lack of hot water for the shower. It’s been this way both times. That may affect our decision to stay there again. Otherwise it’s great.

We needed a place to stay for one night before taking a cruise. There was three of us so the size of the room was important. Staybridge has a bedroom and separate living area with a kitchen. It suited us very well. Highly recommended. Also, there is a Cracker Barrel very close to the hotel.

We stayed in a handicap accessible room that was perfectly layed out for my husband. The bed was super comfy. Would prefer to have firm pillows and not feather pillows though. Love having a mini kitchen in the room. We will definitely use this hotel again.

While the staff worked hard to fix issues, the hotel is not ready for guests. There is a strong smell of paint in the lobby and rooms, appropriate bedding for sofa beds were not available, loud beeping from the AC unit in the middle of the night. Breakfast was good.

Great central location - 15 minutes from everything! Easy access to the city, Landson, and the drive to the beach seemed shorter than stated, though traffic can increase travel times from 20 to 40 minutes quickly. The room was very clean. Shower had great water pressure. Counter service was incredibly friendly. Wish they had complimentary water!!! Our fan had to be on high in order for it not to make a bed-shaking, eardrum penetrating humming sound. Also, there were no recycling bins, and toiletries are not environmentally friendly, so I'm not sure why they have an eco-friendly rating. These were the two disappointments. Coffee was good, didn't make me jittery or cause stomach issues like many cheap hotel coffees do. Breakfast was solid, no complaints. I would definitely stay here again, whether romantic or with my children as a family.

Elisa was outstanding and so polite! I would definitely hire her for my business. Hotel was clean! The deposit has went up from $50 to $100 which will deter a lot of guest eventually. The first shift lady was kind of rude. I've been checking in early for years and she flat out said "NO" not even for reeard members.

Everything at Staybridge was perfect. Check in was easy. The nice ladies at check in helped me a lot. Very sweet. The room was very clean and comfortable. I have no complaints. Will stay there again.

This hotel does not honor their own core values. At the time of check in, I requested daily housekeeping, then I got to the elevator and only one of two elevators was working. I got to my room and the AC was barely working. We requested another room with working AC and this one was a little better, but 68 degrees was the lowest it would get. Even though we were told that the pool was accessible around 5pm to 8pm..we couldn’t get in because some type of class was being taken. There was no housekeeping for the 5 days , each day had to go downstairs from the 4th floor to get towels, new trash bags and toilet paper… When the 2nd and only elevator broke, this was the element that broke the camel’s back… walking up and down four flights of stairs with laundry, food and suitcases… The manager was on vacation… there was no apology, and no accountability… pretty much the front desk Reps did not care and they did not know their own corporate phone number…TERRIBLE

My lady at the front desk from Michigan was so welcoming. I have stayed in quite a few hotels and this woman was the best. Her personality was contagious. The property was super clean, and relaxing.

Property was very neat and clean. Area seemed safe and was close to the interstate, so you can easily move about the city. All of the staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options, as well. We would definitely stay here again, if in the area.

This property was very convenient to Interstate 26 with lots of shopping and restaurants accessible. Staff was very courteous, rooms very clean, bed oh so comfortable and extremely quiet. Would definitely stay at this location again.

We had a great stay here! We were a family of 5 and the room was pretty well sized and comfortable. There were many restaurants nearby. We had a flight in the morning and the airport was close!
