Bed was horrible hard and uncomfortable Ice maker only on the 1st floor And parking always full. Some had to park down at Wendys

The pool is tiny. If it’s supposed to be an oversized jacuzzi, the jets didn’t work. Breakfast of powdered eggs and microwaved bacon wasn’t great.

Nice hotel, with underground parking. You have to be careful not to miss the entrance but extra parking is underground. Nice breakfast options. Staff was friendly.

Elevator broken, ac broken, phone broken. Door closer on stair doors broken i asked to speak with a manager several times and i am still waiting to speak to steve.

The carpet in the room had blood stains all over the carpet

This hotel is filthy and unacceptable. Upon checking in to our room, we quickly dropped off our luggage in the room and left to meet friends for dinner. Upon our return, we were horrified to find blood stains on the carpet, a giant cockroach scurrying across the floor, and a live spider in the window sill. The presence of insects and arachnids alone was not a deal breaker, but it was an indication that the room was just not cleaned thoroughly - cobwebs are easy to spot and only take seconds to clean, for example. The sight was revolting - images are attached - and we couldn't stand the thought of staying there for even one more minute. Since our bags were still unpacked, we immediately left the room. When we requested a partial refund for the unused night, we were instructed to wait for the hotel manager, who wouldn't be available until the next day. When that day came, our request for a refund was refused. We were offered an opportunity to switch to another room, but promptly declined - how can we trust that the next room would be any better? We weren't expecting five star service, but the blatant lack of hygiene standards and lack of professionalism in addressing this issue will ensure that we will never be returning.

Facility was nice, the little shopping good section was good. There was a very bad odor in the hallway, didn’t go away the time I was there which was a little disturbing to continue smelling that.

Very dirty Room muggy environment, lack of proper Air-conditioning, dirty chair, floor and moldy bath. Managment respond was "talk to Expedia". we did not stay the second day and evacuate the property

Paid over $200 for a room but had to go back downstairs to ask for bedding for the pull out in the suite. Person at the front desk would only give me one pillow for the queen size bed, and the blanket had a holes on it. One of the two TV’s kept cutting out, flashing, the sound was horrible. The hallway outside smelled like tobacco and the elevator was filthy. Not impressed and super disappointed at the price in contrast to the accommodations.

The whole building smells like weed the plumbing are bad. I couldn’t sleep the whole night because the water was running through the wall overall seriously one star is too many.

I didn't like that the mattress was too soft. It is just a preference, but other than that I liked staying there.

Clean and comfortable but bring earplugs. Our 2nd floor room was right next to a dumpster from the business next door. Trucks beeping backing up, people working (talking, yelling, goofing around) starting very early (5:30-6 am). Sounded like they were in our room!

Window blind in our room would not close. Front desk person offered us another room, the blind did not work on that window either. Had to sleep with a blind 8 inches open. Terrible

I had a pleasant 4 night stay. The breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was exactly what I required.

Good: Location and parking is great. Breakfast was decent. The veggie omelets and pancake making machine were the highlight of breakfast. Bad: The hotel looks nice at first glance. But soon you notice how unkept it is. The rooms barely pass as clean but are dirty. They desperately need renovation especially for the price they are sold for. The bed was the worse bed I ever slept on. You could feel each individual coil pressing against your body. Both my wife and I woke up sore and hurting. This hotel seems like it use to be a more rundown property and holiday inn bought it renovating to the BARE minimum resulting in mediocre and dirty appearance. I do not recommend this place unless you have business nearby as it is in a great location

Very noisy at night. People talking and yelling at night

First the guy was doing the check in he didn’t know what he was doing at all. I already paid online for the hotel and he said he need to charge me again. And the amount was way bigger. They charged me twice. He called his manager that apparently was sleeping in the hotel at 8 pm because it took him 30 minutes to come down and when he came down he already have a bad attitude with me. The manager was super rude and not professional at all . They charged me twice on my Credicard and I was trying to show him he made a mistake and he treated me very rude and kind of aggressive . I definitely will NOT recommend this hotel at all .

The employee Jeff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Absolute worst hotel with carpet stains everywhere. Manager needs retraining.

The receptionist at the hotel charged me twice and I couldn’t spend money for the next two days on my credit card and the customer service was terrible. They never allow me to finish my conversation. they always interrupt me.

This hotel is very friendly and helpful. My family and i were displaced and they were very accommodating during a difficult time.

When we got off the elevator onto the second floor, there was a funky odor, which was in our bathroom as well. Shower leaked onto bathroom floor and I spent about 15 minutes cleaning it up. Manager wasn’t too friendly.

The girls at the front desk are the kindest, and most helpful people I've met...Always stay at this hotel when visiting the area..Customer service exceeded expectations..big shout out to Gabby

Don’t stay here! Horrible experience! This Holiday Inn Express on Ventura Blvd and Sale Ave in Woodland Hills is a piece of crap! The hotel staff is terrible (they didn’t clean the room, it was disgustingly filthy, the “cleaning “ staff was obnoxious and loud, and even went through my personal belongings that I had in the dresser). When I complained to the manager, he didn’t care one bit, and acted as if it was my own fault. I’ll never stay there again!

There were many dining options and grocery store next to the hotel, very convenient. Breakfast was nice, too.

I’ve stayed here a few times and each time there are strange characters outside the lobby and at all times weird activity in the underground parking area. People sitting in their cars or living in the cars, etc

Property had a small street front but once we found it and knew exactly where it was it was not a problem. Actually used the Wendy’s restaurant next door as a reference where to turn. Beds were comfy, underground parking was free, and although we only had time to grab a cup of coffee on the way out, it looked like there were quite a few breakfast options available. Would stay here again.

Great location with easy access to Fwy 101 and Topanga shopping centers. Complimentary parking and hot breakfast. Updated rooms with comfortable bed.

Hotels near the highway are noisy with cars and horns, but this place was quiet and I had a good night's sleep..

Very convenient location for our trip to Woodland Hills! Our destination was within walking distance and the continental breakfast had great options!

Just a basic no frills hotel, great for a night or two. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the 101 freeway. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool area was nothing special, very blah and uninviting…needs more landscaping. Its very easy to miss as their sign is small and slightly obstructed.

This is a convenient location for anyone seeking the area between the San Fernando Valley, Topanga Canyon, and central Los Angeles. The property is tucked away on Ventura Boulevard, and was well-managed and clean. It's more practical than impressive, but it met my needs perfectly.

The parking for this hotel is in a garage that smells like old garbage and rotten fish. Arriving around 8pm there was no one at the desk for about ten minutes and the breakfast area had spills on the tables with coffee spills at the front desk. The hotel room, down a long dark hall, was a good size with decent air conditioning, two unmatching queen beds and we had a rooftop view of graffiti on the building next door. The breakfast included dried out eggs, a broken pancake machine, sausages labeled beacon and an empty tray marked sausages, The coffee was undrinkable, had the room been in some little desert town for $100 less I would have said fine, but for nearly $200 a night don’t expect me back.

Air conditioner was not working properly but staff came and did nothing. T v had some glitches or remote just dealt with it. We stayed here before and it was ok but the free breakfast was sad this time. The gal was a bit rude she insisted on slamming the serving plate down they were all ready broken. Not a good choice of foods.

They say breakfast is served until 10 am but they actually stop putting food out at 9:45.
