Ok… however our rooms hvac unit made A LOT of noise. We arrive very late, so just want him to sleep, but could not sleep all night. We asked about it in the morning and they said they would send up maintenance/engineering. When the gentleman arrived he said the unit needed to be replaced. . They could move us or replace it, if they had one on premises. We had to leave in an hour. He said he get back within 10 minutes and let us know if they had the unit available. We never heard from him so we got ready and left. The next morning we checked in again at the front desk.. he said they have a new unit. It takes two people moved.. but again, nobody told us that. Last night there and they could not change so it was horrible.. We asked for a credit and he said we give us $75 but we need to follow up with it because we booked our reservation thru a 3rd party. We are still trying to get our big $75 refund

Room had an intense cleaning smell masking stale pee. Only one worker at a time so couldn’t call up anything to the room. Didn’t feel safe leaving my girls alone in the room asleep if I need to go down and pick up extra towels or blankets. Crowded kitchen room. Over paid
