Spa was closed, but we were told it was open. No view of mountain, Bathroom was disguising, toilet had brown streaks in it, bathtub enamel was all pealed off the tub, Luke warm shower turned cold before I was done showering. Manager said she would check this out and get back to me, she never did. More of a Motel 6 at a 5 star price. I would never recommend this place. Restaurant and lounge had ONE server for the entire place, we waited over two hours to get food and it was only okay, not great by any means. Don't waste your money, pictures are not true picture. Many nicer hotels in Jackson down town for a lot less money.

Overall enjoyed the stay. Pool and hot tub were great, clean, good hours. Gym also excellent-good selection, equipment in order, clean. Room was spacious and clean. Overall staff very nice. At times, certain CSR members did not have same responses as other CSR members, so this was somewhat confusing. Would be better to have a shuttle directly to JHMR since many people were doing this daily, and 40 mins to mountain on public bus was a bit of a hike. Airport shuttle was very helpful. Mountain had good varied terrain. Mountain staff was not very helpful and signage was not so easy to figure out.

The property is beautiful and the rooms are clean. We did, however struggle to find any friendly staff. The game room was not good. Someone stole the puck from the air hockey and after notifying staff, we were told to come back tomorrow for a refund. The next day, the air hockey still didn’t have a puck. If you plan to pay for mountain activities, make sure you check the hours. It is still early in the season so everything was closed by 5.

Condos were not clean at all. Mold all over bathroom. Double charged for first two nights and have to dispute charge. Ended up leaving to a new place after staying there instead of extending. Staff were underwhelming and god forbid you need an extra towel it’ll run you $10. Went to Tammah and was presented a gift and card for returning so often. I work in Jackson weekly and stay at various hotels and lodges and this would not be a place I choose again.

Very expensive room for one night. Hotel room was clean, but well worn and needs updating. The carpet in the lobby area is dirty and has wrinkles in it. Hotel needs some updating.

Property is an older property that was renovated. The pillows were very high and uncomfortable. There was pee in the toilet when we checked in the room. The hot water took a very long time to warm up. One night they forgot to clean our room.

The view of the ski lift was ok. We saw deer outside the window one morning. However, men were working right outside our window so felt awkward. The food was really good but I wish they had a coffee shop. I was disappointed that there was no real creamer left in the rooms. There was no bar in the shower. The beds did sleep very good though and the rooms were very clean.

This place was ridiculously expensive and not clean. Our bathroom was dirty and paint was peeling off the bottom of the tub terribly. The tub also took over 30 minutes to drain . The first floor smelt like smoke every time we walked to our cars. Our room was never cleaned during our stay either. I brought up concerns at the front desk and they offered no solution.

Nice hotel, away from the town hustle but at a walking distance from the main town square (1 mile). Clean, however the bathroom had a bad stanch. I stayed in a comfortable king bedroom in the 7th floor with a view of a tiny top peak of Grand Teton behind hotel’s surrounding hills - not much of a view. Due to daily smoke cover caused by wildfires in the area, everything was shrouded in heavy smoke that may, I found out online, envelop Jackson Hole valley in summer and fall. The service at the bar was slow and breakfast is one of the worst i have seen: scrambled eggs, bacons, potatoes, salsa and nothing else! I couldn’t believe that this resort is so unimaginative about breakfast. I would rate them a zero for that.

We stayed at the Snow King for 4 nights. The location is great — close to downtown Jackson and with beautiful mountain views. However, when we checked in, our TV, fireplace, and phone weren’t working. The staff was responsive, and by day two they had the phone and fireplace fixed, and by day three the TV was finally working. While we appreciated that they eventually resolved the issues, it was disappointing to have so many things not working at check-in. Overall, it’s a nice property, but maintenance and room readiness could use some improvement.

The staff were nice, room clean. My issue with the hotel wads wheelchair accessible room. The bathroom was great except for the water pressure in the shower. However, the room was not compatible with a wheelchair. There was nowhere for the chair to fit in the room, not next the bed, etc. If you could not walk or stand this room was not for you. Also, I needed to walk stairs from my room to get to the restaurant. There was a lift for the 6 stairs but the staff said it wasn't for guest even it was labeled "lift".

Accommodations were clean and comfortable. You definitely get what you pay for in the lodging. Unfortunately, the food service that was catered by the hotel kitchen for our event was mediocre and severely short on quantity. The personnel at the front desk were great, but the lack of functioning computer check-in systems, bad key card coding systems, and the general disorganization was a complete trip-ruiner

I booked an ADA room - my husband is in a wheelchair. First, I was told I hadn't booked one and when I produced paperwork they blamed it on Expedia. We were given the room that had a roll-in shower but no shower chair. I called and requested one. Never received a callback that night. I called again in the morning and was told they didn't have shower chairs. So I asked if they expected disabled people to just lie on the shower floor. Nicole at the front desk said she was new, then she said this hadn't been a problem in 20 years. Then told me to look up the hotel ownership to complain when I said that ADA rules were federal law. Would do no compensation and told me to talk to Expedia who wasn't responsible. This room wsa $638 per night. DO NOT STAY HERE - the facility is run down with the shower head coming out of the wall, shelves hanging by one screw and the the front desk (Nicole) has no comprehension of customer service nor federal regulations.

Would Not recommend this property. It took One hour and 10 minutes to check in. Only 4 people ahead , rooms were not ready after 4pm check in. Staff was terrible at front desk. Didn’t apologize or tell us what was cause of delay. Didn’t tell you where room was or restaurant was.etc. The event they had for that night was cancelled. No towels in room. For what you pay a night- just terrible service and staff terrible

We booked 2 king rooms - one a disability room with a roll in shower. When we got there one room was 2 queens and the other did not have the roll in shower although there were grab bars on a bath tub. That did not work at all for someone who needs a shower bench and a wand. The buffet breakfast left something to be desired - neither the scrambled eggs nor the pancakes were good. I settled on oatmeal which was harder to ruin. There was no handicap ramp to get to the restaurant. The lift was not working although we were told it would be fixed during an upcoming remodel.

The resort is nice and surrounding area is beautiful. The staff and management Michelle the manager in particular was extremely unprofessional, rude, and not helpful at all. Michael the front desk operator is not helpful at all, the staff and hotel in general is extremely disorganized and need training 101 on basic courtesy and hospitality. Will never stay at this resort or recommend any one staying here if you want to enjoy your stay in beautiful Jackson Hole.

The staff were not helpful and seems very inconvenienced to help. There was always a line at the front desk and the restaurant had terrible service. The bar was always slow and we even had to go find out waitress to get coffee and pay our bill. For the amount of money you pay for the hotel, the service is not worth it.

We loved the location. A beautiful resort on the hill but close enough to downtown to take a stroll downtown for dinner. Also close to the bike path to Jenny’s lake which was wonderful!

We travel extensively and have stayed all over the world. The resort itself was average at best. Maids did make the bed, but didnt refresh the towels, empty the garbage, or even restock the coffee cups. The restaurant was the worst service we have ever experienced and the food was less than ok.

Location and the room were nice. The “5 star restaurant” food was terrible. Trust me and avoid it. Whatever you do, don’t order the peach cobbler. Canned peaches in cold soupy oatmeal that was torched on the top. Truly the worst dessert I’ve ever had in my life.

Good location, convenient to restaurants and parks. A little disappointed that some ongoing renovations meant hammering right outside our window mid afternoon. Also thought it was ridiculous to charge 20% gratuity at the restaurant/bar including on takeout items. Tipping should be a choice based on service quality and not a fixed fee, and 20% should never be considered the standard for takeout where there is no real service provided.

Hotel was fine. The bar service at Hayden’s Post was poor. Plenty of service personnel and only a few customers but after receiving the menu the staff never came back. There were two bartenders and 3 wait staff. They were more interested in talking amongst themselves. After 15-20 minutes of waiting I left and drove to a different restaurant with great service. Wasn’t able to use the free drink coupon that was provided by booking through Hotels.com.

This was a very overprice resort. Rooms where nothing fancy and had a fire alarm light that flashed all night. The food was absolutely horrible and very very expensive. The beds where nice though and it was nice to have a bar. Would definitely find a cheaper route next time
