One and or both elevators were out of service during our stay. Forcing luggage and a newborn to be carried up and down the stairs. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The shower curb/curtain length causes water to splash across the bathroom floor. Luckily there is a drain outside of the shower however it’s still could be an unsafe condition. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean.

Several things need attention. The hot tub has only 2 barely working jets. The jetted tub in the room was not functional. These were the main reasons we selected this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, other than an odor when the AC came on. Conditioner out in the shower. AC unit and road traffic also bothersome. Disappointing one night stay for the money.

New, bright, modern and super clean hotel. Room was large and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fitness Center is one of the better ones I've seen in this level of hotel. Will definitely be back!

The front lobby area at every Hilton Garden Inn ism one of my favorite things about the places. Good food and amenities available. The bar is full service and always well stocked including several draft beer options. Always clean and well maintained. Everything in the gym worked. Rooms were well kept.

Our stay was good. The staff was helpful although I did find it a bit uncomfortable to have to wait to ask the desk employee for a complimentary coffee/tea instead of being able to just get it myself. The room was clean but old - old peeling wallpaper, rust spots in the tub, and peeling plastic on the toilet seat.

The Christmas decor was lovely and the entrance was very welcoming and clean. However our room was not. We arrived late and had walked into a room that was not cleaned and trash was left at the entrance. Then proceeded to a different room on the same floor that was not very clean compared to other Hilton stays. There was residue on the counters, soap box had old soap stains and toilet still had urine inside with several stool stains on it. The tub wouldn’t drain so we had to call for a clean up and tub drain repair. There was a distinct cigarette smell in the hallway and the room had a strong chemical smell that was tough to tolerate. Breakfast was overpriced and falsely advertised. No buffet offered and service was more set as a restaurant.

Walked in room,,, it was stuffy and had mildew smell. Turned on AC. Worked very poorly. Took forever to cool down and it was 50 degrees outside. Went to shower after a long day of driving and the towel had a giant black hair on it. Only 2 towels in the room for 3 people. So we had to immediately request towels. Sheets on the bed were worn. Well past time to replace. Bed was not as comfortable as most hotels. Would pick another hotel next time in that area for sure.

Great facility, disappointed. Great building, rooms were roomy, nice decor. Staff friendly. Nice parking, quiet for being in Tampa. The staff said that "to save costs" they make up the rooms every other day. Made me feel like I was at a Motel 6. The continental breakfast was $11 per person. Seems a bit high for a bagel and a glass of OJ. Made me wish that I was at a Motel 6. I chose to stay at a Hilton for nice service, I expected better.

I understand a magnet or cell phone can deactivate them but it was a bit ridiculous especially when my hands were full.WiFi was not free either.

They held funds on my card twice, when I checked in (which is normal), and then again when I checked out. Then they tried to say they couldn't see the second charge, even with my bank on the 3 way call confirming the second charge. I disputed the charge with my bank. I requested towels on the second day we were there at 1300 both voice and to a person. We returned to our rooms at 2330 that night no clean towels were delivered. I called the front desk they were put out by my second request. At 0700 the final day staying we went to the front desk requested towels after waiting there 30 minutes we asked again what the status was and again put out by the staff requesting them to do their job we finally received just the towels and no wash clothes. Very disappointing from Hilton!

Cauy is fantastic at the front desk! He helped everyone with a smile on his face. Even when a guest was a bit bothered by their room he responded by resolving their issue and never broke a sweat and remained kind. You need 10 of him!!! Fantastic customer service!

Some type of motorcycle convention was being held at the hotel during my stay. The hotel’s management allowed at least 20 to 30 bikers to congregate and park in the drop off area in front of the hotel and the bikers consistently revved their bikes there during the middle of the night and early morning. The exhaust fumes could then be smelt in my room.There was no concern for other guests and I was uncomfortable coming into the hotel during my stay. There was no hotel security in sight! These bikers were wearing “cuts” so you knew they were in a gang. Shame on the hotel for not containing their activities to a conference room. Instead the bikers congregated in the parking lot of the hotel and in the lobby area. This situation made my stay terrible and extremely uncomfortable. It’s almost as if I was in the middle of a “Sons of Anarchy” production! Hilton has lost my business.

Great place. Very clean throughout and good size room. The only negative and this is probably not entirely in Hiltons control, the road sign is missing that leads you to the location. I missed the turn and others in our party did the same. You can't see the hotel from the intersection and the road leading to the hotel looks like a service road to a construction site. Perhaps Hilton should contact someone to have a road sign installed.

We stayed at this Hilton hotel near the end of our trip and we were both thoroughly impressed with everything this hotel had to offer!! The lobby and room were both absolutely stunning, and we loved the options they had in their lobby's snack bar. While the breakfast wasn't free, it was worth the price we paid - it was absolutely delicious and better than some breakfast restaurants I've been to!! Our room was spacey, cozy, and had all the amenities we wanted out of the room. Plus, we were able to hook up my Nintendo Switch console into the TV's HDMI and play games in our downtime - something other hotels don't usually offer. Overall, a wonderful experience for the time we spent there!!
