ホテルの場所はとても良かったです。スーパーマーケットも近くにあるので、交通の便等には困りません。アパートということで、洗濯機の洗剤、食洗機の洗剤、ゴミ袋は足りなかったら足して下さいという注意書きがあり、各々2個のみ置いてありました。タオルはバスタオル1枚/人のみですので、フェースタオルは持参した方が良いと思います。部屋の掃除はされているのか分からないですが、ベッドルームは少し異臭がしました(カビ臭？)。また、風呂場はかなり汚くて中々に勇気が入りました(前の客の髪の毛等が残っていました)。海外で良くある通り、お風呂のお湯は出にくく、冷たい風呂に入らなければならなかったので、時間を分散して風呂に入ることをオススメします。キッチンは広く使いやすいですが、オーブンの網は洗ってなかったです。洗濯機の中は勿論掃除されていないので、黒い服を洗うと埃まみれになりました。また、洗濯機と乾燥機の音は想像を絶する程大きく(海外製品なので仕方ないかも)、洗濯機は設定した時間を過ぎても回りつつけていましたので、注意が必要だと思います。エレベーターは無いので、スーツケースが重いと5Fの部屋になると大変だと思います(スーツケースを1Fに下ろす時に階段を滑り下ろしている家族がいて大変な騒音になっていました)。海外ではこんなもんかなと思いますが、日本に慣れていると「ぎょ」っとしてしまうことが多かったです。

広くて快適です。洗濯機洗剤は二本しか無いのでやや困りました。洗剤の投入口も間違えがちですので注意してください。小さなありはキッチンに沢山いましたが、コンドミニアムにはよくある事なので気になりません。近隣にショッピングモールあります。食料品以外は木曜日以外18時に閉まります。海まではやや距離がありますので車で行ってました。アーリーチェックインは可能です。相談してみて下さい

We arrived at the property on a Saturday. Office was closed. Office hours are Monday to Friday - this was never communicated to us prior. When the proprietor let us in she couldn’t find our booking, it appeared our booking had been cancelled despite it being paid for in advance. We were advised that luckily she did still have a 3 bed apartment available. The apartment was in Beaumont on Spence. We were expecting Clarendon on Spence, which appeared to be much newer and nicer in the photos. When we got into the apartment, while the bedding and bathrooms were clean the items in the kitchen (cutlery and crockery) were not and the floor was dirty. Very disappointed with our stay.

早めにチェックインさせてもらえて本当に助かりました。シャワールーム側の3面が詰まっていて使えませんでした。洗濯機と乾燥機、食洗機のおかげで快適でした。ただチェックアウト時受付が閉まっていて本当に困りました。（営業時間内）いない時はどうするか説明しておいて欲しかったです。飛行機の時間もあるので焦りました。結局謎のおばあちゃんが現れて電話して、鍵を預かってくれたので事なきを得ました。

Anna the receptionist was stellar as we were a later arrival and wasn't able to make prior arrangements because of phone connectivity issues. She was very accommodating. The property is well situated and well equipped. However, things appeared tired as some items were rusting or not maintained well. For example, the hot water kettle was had rust and the washing machine drain hose was not properly connected (which we fixed). Some parts of the dishwasher racks had rust. Maybe those are signs of the tropics and the salt air? Overall, it was a nice stay in a well-situated location.

The floors were very dirty. The furnture was torn and uncomfortable. The kitchen was not well stocked - the plastic glasses were dirty and the selection of utensils was poor. Old apartment complex - we got put in Beaumont. But it served its purpose and was easy to walk to the marina, groceries and the Esplanade. a few strange things like the side lamps had no light bulbs in them, and the kettle leaked, and no basic cooking items like salt and pepper or oil, and no bathroom shampoo and conditioner, so the Woolworths over the road got a good workout.

The staff were very helpful, accommodating and warm. The apartment was spacious with a wonderful outdoor sitting area for morning coffees and evening dining. The apartment also had many appliances which was great eg NutriBullet for smoothies and an air fryer. There was a door handle that didn’t work properly but they fixed it as soon as it was mentioned and they appreciated being told. Overall the apartment was fantastic, the location was great and we had a wonderful family holiday.

We stayed hear for 4days. It’s very spacious. The room is air conditioned. On day 1, I was able to get in at 10:00,so take a rest. The Kitchen is spacious and has plates and cups you can enjoy breakfirst or tea in your room as all the amenities are provided.

3ベッドルームに6人家族で5泊しました。アーリーチェックインで中に入るのに少し手間取りましたが、なんとか出来ました。アパートの中は想像以上に広々としていて、シャワーとトイレ、洗面台が2箇所あったので、男と女と部屋を分けて使えたのでとても便利でした。バルコニーもとても広く、青空もよく見えて目の前のケアンズの人々が行き交う道路を眺められました。調味料が全くなかったので、自炊するには購入しないといけないのですが、滞在中に使い切れなさそうで、あまりキッチンを活用できませんでした。エスプラネードラグーンなど海沿いへ行くには少し歩きますが、色々な店があり歩くのも楽しかったです。どこに行くにも歩いて足腰が鍛えられました。この綺麗で広くて快適なアパートメントを選んで本当に良かったです。メールで色々とやりとりしてくれたAnnaには感謝でいっぱいです。
