The hotel was clean, the check in staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, but only one elevator was functioning (the one operating was utilized by guests, staff, and the housekeeping crew). We used the stairs on multiple occasions due to the wait-time: we stayed on the 4th floor). I reserved 5 rooms for a family outing. Prior to arrival, I called to ask about parking and if our rooms could all be together. I was placed on a “brief” hold because another phone was ringing. I gave up after 14 minutes.

Hilton Garden is doing a total refresh apparently on this location. There must have been 45 Spectrum trucks in the parking lot and workers day and night. It was quite surprising and scary for 3 women travelling. The front desk was blocked so we had to go around the back. It was dark, cold, and lots of workers. I wish we had been told this prior to our arrival/checkin.

This wasn’t my best stay at a Hilton hotel. When I checked in had no problems and things were nice as usual, however after arriving, tried to get a cup of coffee, but nothing was available. Coffee, Tea, and not even water was available in the lobby. Then the hotel charged $10 a dayfor parking in an unprotected and unsecure parking lot. I have never been charged for parking at a hotel that I’ve stayed at in my 50 years of traveling. I recently went to Washington DC and stayed in the Hilton there and wasn’t charged for parking. They even had a patrolled parking lot. I could understand parking more if it was a parking garage or patrol parking lot, but neither of which what’s the case here.

Hotel charged for parking which is ridiculous because where else are you supposed to park. It's not like there was a parking garage with security or anything. Checking took forever. Front desk was a bit rude. Then there was no shuttle service. Rooms were nice though and comfy.

Went to an event at ATT Stadium, was close to DFW, and close. To stadium. They had a $15dollar round trip shuttle. No need to drive, taxi Uber, etc. great experience all around.

Quite expensive for a standard at best experience. $10 per day to park but no added security. Just to park in the street accessible lot out front. Two elevators; one out of service; the other required passengers to push the doors closed in order to get it to ascend/descend. At checkout the desk attendant said nothing during checkout; no good morning, how was your stay, silence. No excuse of being busy or distracted, as we were the only ones checking out at the time. Disappointing and underwhelming.

I am never the type to be unsatisfied with hotels but this stay was not the best. I arrived and their computer systems were not working properly, I waited a good 10 minutes. I was then informed the pool was closed because of maintenance which was bummer since I looked forward to laying by the pool. The desk person then informed me about breakfast, I figured since they took away an amenity that I would ask if they were offering free breakfast to which he said No. They had no cable, and the wifi was not good at all. I will not be visiting a Hilton Garden again unfortunately.

There was a used towel left in the bathroom and also had no hair dryer until asked, but other than that, the staff were very nice and friendly so hospitality was overall great and recommended to stay.

Our first night, while siiting on the bed , my daughter felt a lump on the bed which turned out to be someone's chewing tobacco. I'll pulled backed the sheets on my bed and found "body fluid" stains on the sheets. They obviously were never changed. This is after we paid double the usual rate for the room. The next night we met a guest at the desk who reported that she discovered a brown substance smeared on her sheets. Those also had never been changed. I noticed there are no sheets on the housekeeping cart. So, it's not their practice to change sheets. This is disgusting!! I chose a Hilton brand hotel because I thought I wouldnt have to worry about basic cleanliness.

When we first checked in we were in the room about 20 minutes when I realized the AC was leaking and the carpet all around it was soaking wet so we changed rooms. The second room was sparsely decorated with uncomfortable furniture. The outlets and the lights besides the beds did not work. The outlet by the kitchenette was so loose you couldn't plug anything into it and the toilet wasn't working properly and you had to jiggle the handle or take off the lid and mess with the inside of the toilet to get the water to stop running. The water pressure in the shower was not really low. They don't clean the rooms daily. I'm ok with not having sheets changed daily but not giving new towels is an issues. The staff was nice and the beds were comfortable.

Hotel is beautiful. And smelled amazing! Super quiet stay and the room had more storage and spaces than I thought. Shower head was meh, and the pillows are terrible- for my taste. They are the ones than sink immediately as you place your head on them. Loved how close the hotel was to all the things and even tho it’s off of the highway, the road noise was minimal. I’d totally stay here again, but I’ll just have to bring my own pillows. 😊

Our AC did not work in our room. we called the front desk and they did not have any other rooms available. I had to Google the thermostat and asked for batteries to change out so it would work still did not work and then I finally figured out how to reset the thermostat, but that was after sleeping in the heat all night. The man working said he would comp our room but then when we checked out this morning, the lady said we would have to call back and talk to him. She didn’t know anything about it and would give us 10,000 points which did not pop up either.

FYI, cell service is awful inside the hotel rooms and the free wifi is just as bad. I couldn’t get simple apps to load on my phone or websites to even function. Extremely disappointed to shell out all that money and experience internet speeds that of a decade ago.

The people above me had cement for feet as they were so loud walking above me it was ridiculous. It went on until about 12:30am when I chucked a creamer at the ceiling. They must have gotten the hint that they were being loud or they finally decided to be in bed. I would never stay in this hotel again because of that.

Required to change rooms 3 times for a 2 night stay. Requested 2 queens and got a King first night. Wet carpet from air conditioner in 2nd room. Handicap accessible room with showerbed that only reached my shoulder for 3rd room.

checking in took over an hour; it took 3 tries to get a room that was not occupied. it was not right to walk into the room to find other people already in it: we were lucky no one was undressed but this happened twice. would not stay here again.

This property is a joke. I spent $160 for a room with two queen beds only to be told at 5pm that my room wasn’t ready - same with other five families who were waiting on theirs. Had to pivot and get a king (which I remember being cheaper) with no refund, and the AC was leaking all over the carpet in my room. Then, a day later, I found a $10.82 charge on my card and the Hilton customer service said it was “for parking” when their website advertises FREE PARKING.

AC not working requested another room before attending the event we traveled for. They said let maintenance try to fix it. Got a call an hr later while event AC not fixed new room would be waiting. Got back to hotel late in the evening and our room was left open with all of items there no apologies or remorse from staff. No supervisor available at anytime

The stay was okay. When we checked in, the male in the lobby who assisted me was friendly. When we returned from going outside, the person at the reception had changed; the female there looked at me without greeting me - she just stared at me, and I smiled a little, but she didn't greet me, although she greeted another guest. The bed was fine, but the pillowcase didn't smell fresh, like it hadn't been changed. It's impossible for it to smell that way since we hadn't used the bed yet, as we went to Six Flags immediately after checking in. Also, the noise from the door outside was disturbing in the morning; I was still sleeping and got startled because of the door closing loudly - it was really loud, and it was over and over. I think it's because we were beside the linen storage.

Great option when you are on business or pleasure in Arlington area. Is just a few miles away from Six Flags and Texans stadium. I definitely recommend to stay here when you visit Dallas and surroundings

The lobby was very beautiful and welcoming very clean the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean we live the full glass shower. As for location it’s just down the road from Hurricane Harbor and Six Flags is just in the other side of the interstate plus both stadiums are very close. Thinking of coming back in July for a family trip to Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely horrible place. Dated interior design, disgusting food, sloppy looking staff. We arrived late, were tired, checked out the next morning and went to The Sheraton for the same price which was top notch. We would like a full refund and reimbursement for Uber fair.

When we came to check in, we waited at the desk for 10 mins before someone finally came out to check us in. Then she starts telling me about the bar there and the pool hours and then says “and breakfast is available… for $69”!! I thought I misunderstood, I verified that that’s what she said and she said “yes for the 2 of you”. Really Hilton? You’re charging that ridiculous amount of money for breakfast when most hotels offer free breakfast! We won’t be staying here again.
