Extremely comfortable place to stay particularly as i was arriving from China by the High Speed Rail and was proceeding to HK Airport the next morning. This is a place I'm sure I'll stay at again as an alternative to the Island where i've generally stayed. The 76th swimming pool was absolutely superb clean, quiet so really good for lengths ; and what a view !

76階のプールからの絶景は一度ば経験すべきかもしれません。 CLUB が少ない香港ではW香港はDJをロビーにいれ、パーティー出来るのも魅力です。部屋のテレビはHDMIも標準装備、chromecastなど持ち込みましたが、ウーハー着いているかと感じるほど高音質。流石Wと言う感じでした、朝食のクオリティーも文句なし。またスタッフのフランクてもありながら、サービスの質が最上級な印象を受け心地良い感じです。

I stayed in W hotel HK many times in many years. The staffs are much friendly and helpful this time then earlier in the year! However, the repairing and replacements of facilities is slow and not up to the hotel’s standard. I am happy to see it get back to it’s standard although the progress is slower than other hotels.

Jättebra hotell, helt klart 5 stjärnigt. Det som gör det till ett av de bästa hotellen i Hong Kong är poolen på 76 våningen, helt magiskt. Läget är lite off så taxi till centrum dock ligger hotellet i ett lyxköpcentrum vilket är väldigt bra om man skall shoppa lyxmärken. Taxi är jättebilligt så Inget stort problem och resan tar 5 minuter till centrum. Utsikten är fantastisk.

The pool is best in the world. I have staid here many times and loves is but feel that the people by the pool the last times was not perfect, a different crowd compare to before. Not sure I will stay here more.

I have been stay at the same hotel in the last 3 months. The pillows that they provide do not have the fresh and comfortable level I was expected. Since I was stay in the same rooms in different times. I don't see much of the improvement. Last time I stayed the water for the shower was not at the temperature did not get warm to my comfortable level. One time the the pillow itself smell pretty bad.

Great experience. We stayed only for 1 night but the moment we checked in, we were greeted by Wes who was very enthusiastic. He offered us drinks while we checked in, upgraded our room and very overall very pleasant. The room was also very comfortable. We especially loved the unique way the curtains closed which is very different and thoughtful and the blackout effect was excellent. In the evening, we were pleasantly surprised with chocolates delivered to our room, which felt very warm and caring. It was a truly delightful stay. A very, very special thank you to Wes for making our experience so memorable.

Really disappointed after traveling through China and staying at a number of amazing hotels, this was, by far, the most expensive and yet, by far the least up to standard. Small room, tired and worn, no slippers, sugar, milk and other basic 5 star amenities. A knock at my door at 9pm asking me about towels? I won't be staying at a W again.

It was a very comfortable stay with plenty of shopping within walking distance. Transportation is a bit inconvenient but manageable if you plan ahead. Rooms were very well kept and has amazing views depending on your room choice.

九龍駅直結なので、基本的に移動は便利です。最上階のプールは温水で景色もよく、子供とともに楽しめました。朝食のバイキングも豪華で、３日連続で使いましたが満足でした。部屋のシャワーブースを使うと、なぜかトイレに水が漏れてしまうのが難点でした（バスタブにもシャワーがついていたので、そちらを使うようにしていました）。コンビニは駅にありますが、お酒は売っていないので、街中で調達しました。
