The Room we were in was in very poor condition. The Bathroom and shower was filthy. Carpet all stayed and dirty. Only good thing going for it was the location. The staff were friendly and attentive. Some rooms are in bad need of a freshen up.

I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay throughout my stay. The staff were very friendly, and the room was in excellent condition. The breakfast was delicious, too. The location is right above Kowloon Station, making it easy to get around.

Great experience. We stayed only for 1 night but the moment we checked in, we were greeted by Wes who was very enthusiastic. He offered us drinks while we checked in, upgraded our room and very overall very pleasant. The room was also very comfortable. We especially loved the unique way the curtains closed which is very different and thoughtful and the blackout effect was excellent. In the evening, we were pleasantly surprised with chocolates delivered to our room, which felt very warm and caring. It was a truly delightful stay. A very, very special thank you to Wes for making our experience so memorable.
