I've stayed at the Conrad many times and this time stayed a week. The building / decor are becoming slightly dated, and the pool was out of use. However the staff were, without exception, unfailingly polite, helpful and friendly, and the breakfasts were good. It is not the flashiest hotel in HK, and I could frankly do without the Pacific Place "retail experience", but the Conrad is reliably comfortable and has employees who will go the extra mile, so gets another thumbs up from me.

The room was huge and had everything we needed. The staff in all the areas were lovely- especially the pool and gym. The breakfast was plentiful and the variety was great. We also loved the live music and atmosphere at the lobby bar and the view from the Pacific Bar. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

設備の老朽化が目立ちます。バスルーム内ではバスタブの水栓が不良、シャワールームの扉の下からの水漏れ、トイレのロータンクからの水漏れ、トイレの扉の軋み音、洗面台排水口からの大きな排水音、隣接部屋からの給排水音等々です。いくつかはホテル側にクレームして部屋を変ええてもらいましたが、いくつかは直りませんでした。せっかくいいスタッフさん達なのに設備があれでは困りモノです。トイレの扉の軋み音など掃除の時に分かるはずなのに不思議です。新しいホテルがいいですね。

I love the location, it’s really convenient for dining and transport. But the suite is a little bit old and cleanliness is not too good. I think renovation is needed and management of the cleaning work is important too.

This property is older and the lighting is very poor in the room. There was no separate light switch to turn on the bathroom lights without turning in the main switch!! It made it dangerous to go to the bathroom without waking up my husband by turning on the main switch. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and tables were very close to each other. They should have better table arrangement with COVID fresh on patrons mind!! I will not return!!

The Conrad is a very nice hotel, the room is nice, clean with a great view, however we did not like the small separate toilet room, too small. The area is good and we found it easy to walk to the Peak Tram and Hong Kong Park, as well the Botanical Garden/Zoo. Our check-in however was not a good experience, we arrived early and were prepared to wait until reg check-n time but after asking if the room could be ready early or on time, when we came back to the front desk the room was still not ready 30 min past check-in, we had another 30-40 min wait time until the room was ready, an hour past normal time, no apology, no comp. The facilities, food was great, pool was very nice. The shopping mall below the streets and Conrad was very convenient and filled with good stores. Overall we might not go back but the location was great, so maybe.

Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôte tard après un très long voyage…. Nous étions 3 nous avons attendu le lit supplémentaire 45mn. C’est a dire nous l’avons eu à plus d’1h du matin. Les hôtesses à l’accueil sont très désagréables pas accueillantes. Zéro. L’unique chose de bien dans cette Hotel est sa bonne situation géographique et le room service… bonne nourriture.

When we called down and ask about laundry , they told us 4 pieces laundry complimentary, so we sent out 4 pieces to do laundry . When checked out , they charged almost $700 Hong Kong dollar , and insisted only for pressing not laundry We thought free laundry that was why we sent out Otherwise we didn’t need it or desperate to do laundry because we packed plenty Thought it was free so we used the service, unfortunately we did pay attention reading assuming we called and got verification that it will be free laundry , not only pressing Conrad is a big hotel and chain of Hilton , I am a long time member and have not have bad experience until this stay at the Conrad in HK

This was extremely convenient if you like to be in this area. Highly recommend. They gave me a great room overlooking to Kowloon side and views were magnificent. Could take a nice walk to work off jetlag through the neighborhood hills. Highly recommend.

This hotel's location is very good and we can reach to Central or Causewaybay or TST area very easily. Big shopping mall is almost connected to hotel and so its very convenience for shopping. I really enjoyed to saty at Conrad HK.

中餐廳很差！我預訂了他們的中餐-金滿庭 1:00的，我等到1:30才有位置，生氣得上床叫room service 食算了！太差了！但個職員不停叫我等一等，好快有位，我等了半個鐘都沒有，最後上到房，隔咗一陣，先打俾我話有位，本身打算跟朋友慶祝，酒都帶來了，誰不知預約咗枱，還要等半個鐘，太影響心情！

The hotel is abit outdated, the staff is very nice and helpful, the breakfast was crazy full and had to wait for service quite a long time. Also we booked the hotel through hotels.com and it said including breakfast ones arrived they only said it was for two adults eventhou our booking was for 4 people, two children which they wanted us to pay extra for.

Amazing stay at the five star Conrad Hotel in Hong Kong!
