BEST WESTERN PLUS Hotel Hong Kong

The room is big and comfortable. I booked a smoking room for business and it is functional for me. I dont go around the room looking for issues so it was very good for me for business. Also, it is near the financial district which where most of my customers are so it was convenient for me. There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel too. The bed is on the hard side but the 2 nights I was there, I slept like a baby. The food around the area mostly sell the same things so if you want to diversify your search of food, you will need to go a bit further. Will stay again for business ... it is suitable for me.

Helpful staffs but it was smelly in the room lasted for days

Very Disappointed with the Hotel this time around. I have beef staying this mentioned hotel whenever I drop into Hong Kong until this time around. The storage if the luggage was not at the Hotel Lobby , it was changed to the Hotel Carpark which is quite a distance away and need to climb the slope to reach the Carpark for the storage if the luggage. As an Elderly , pulling the luggage up slope was really very tired and running out of breath.
