The Hotel didn't offer any laundry or dry cleaning services. The closet laundry cleaner was 2 blocks away and they only washed and dried the clothes. Didn't iron them. Real waste of time and money for that. Also when I made the reservation I wasn't told the bar and part of the restaurant were closed for remodeling. There was a wine store in the hotel. I was there for 8 days and the store was never open. I asked one of the staff at the front desk why and they didn't know why. Not a place I will stay again.

the location is good, close to MTR, bus station. But the room is too small, the bed is too small. While we were staying , the hotel was under renovation, starting 9am daily. However, it didn't mention or let us aware this issue in the web site when we booked the hotel. Even the staff didn't tell us when we checked in, only we were told until we asked about the noise.

Very clean and efficiently run. The lift system is a little odd. It's inefficient and results in many stops on floors with no one waiting. Other than that, everything's great. Wonderful neighbourhood.

We were not made aware that the hotel was undergoing maintenance / refurbishment work . The reception/lobby area very basic. No hotel bar or comfortable lounge area to relax in. The whole building was very dated and tired looking. Only2 of the 4 lifts were in operation so waits were long. The room decor was poor and beds were extremely hard. The housekeeping staff however did a good job every day to make the room feel presentable.

The lobby was really dark and depressing. The rooms were not any better. Walking into the room was depressing in that the room was really old and dampy. The bathroom faucets were leaking nonstop and the shower and tub was cracked with mildew. I will not be staying here again but I gave it 2 stars for the location.

The hotel was very old, outdated, and not very clean. To be specific, the blue old carpets looked dusty and did not look like they have been vaccumed. The bathroom did not close (the hinge was broken) and the one of the bathroom floor tiles was popping out from the floor, which I almost banged my toes on... Additionally, our bed was rock hard and the room did not have a handsoap, so we had to ask for one from front desk. The location is good though. I think what this hotel just needs is renovation.

Stayed at the Kimberley in previous years but the room is now showing its age and quite dirty. Looked like someone had been sick on the carpet by the bed and not cleaned properly. For the price you can get better options in the area.

Bed and pillows are uncomfortable and last 2 days my bed start making noice. Everyday we could smell someone smoking.The location is good and close to subway station.

Overall the hotel rooms and facilities really need a big upgrade. Eg. The TV is old and not clear and bright. Toilet does not comes w a bidet for washing. The air-conditioning is noisy.

Hotel Facility old. Guess could no need any security check could able to access different floor. it make me feel no safe when stay. As I keep saw some strange person going up and down different floor. Staff not friendly and impolite. For my personal, I am 100% not return for my next Hong Kong trip. フロントの対応が悪すぎる。客を待たせてもお詫びなし、両替を依頼してもレートが悪いし、急ぎでは対応出来ないから外の両替屋に行ってくれと言われました。金額が少ないから面倒だったかなと思いますが最悪な対応。部屋は壁紙がはがれたのをテープで補修した箇所がそこらにあり、シャワー蛇口はカビ。廊下には部屋で食べたであろうコンビニゴミが放置されて不快。他のホテル予約を推奨します。

Excellent location in Kowloon. Very close to Star Ferry. 10 min walk. Vibrant area lots of shopping, coffee shops, food shops etc. A21 from the Airport to kimberley Road is approx 45 mins £3.60 Adult

The Kimberley is located just minutes from public transportations, made it easy to get to just about all areas of the city. Excellent hotel staff, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Restaurants to eat at within the hotel and many more within short walking distance. If you like shopping, you’ll love the location of the hotel. Highly recommended when staying in Hong Kong.
