Thanks so much for providing us a nice c lean room after our `"family emergency" Parking was available but "tight" to access. We did not take up your breakfast offer

I stayed here 3 nights I don’t eat breakfast and was out before other guests had there’s. It pet friendly and Nikki the owner has an Alsatian. The room was clean and well stocked with tea and coffee and also had a fridge which was handy in the heat.

Enjoyed our stay. Near to everything we wanted to see. Nice host and the dog Merlin is a bonus, never seen a dog so chilled.

Host was amazing, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was lovely and bed really comfortable. Excellent location for our trip to the St Austell brewery and only a short walk to town. Breakfast was lovely. We would definitely stay again and there was the added bonus of meeting the gorgeous Merlin. Thank you so much for making our weekend perfect

Host was excellent- very helpful and friendly! Property was pleasant and very homely. Owners dog was friendly but well controlled by owner! Would highly recommend this property for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. I have really enjoyed my time here!
