Nice clean hotel. Good service. Friendly staff. Quiet at night. Comfortable bed. Easy to get to from the airport and to the centre of the city. One thing that I wasn't impressed was hamam that i have paid for. They scrub you to the point when it becomes painful on your skin. They need to be gentle with skin particularly around the breast area. Everything else was good.

Excellent quality and service. Breakfast buffet is top notch as well as the waiters. Nice underground facility with pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Close proximity to 2 malls and lots of shops and restaurants.

Really lovely hotel with excellent facilities and great location. Lots to do nearby with two malls, metro station and plenty of eateries. Special thanks to the lady house keeper and Angel at guest relations, both so kind and welcoming. We did mention it was my daughters birthday trip but the hotel didn't seem to take note of it which is a shame for a 5* hotel but not a big issue. Daily cleaning excellent, my daughter loved the pool and steam room. Didn't try the breakfast but it looked great.

TITANIC Location is ideal and Bakirkoy is wonderful. Most important is the staff they are all SUPER -- always smiling helpful greeting everyone. Specially Merve she is wonderful. She and several of the other Team speak several languages. I stay at Titanic because of their wow guest service. Ths spa is also nice. Thank you

Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr belebten Strasse im Stadtteil Bakirköy. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer in der 2. Etage und fanden es bei geöffneten Fenster doch sehr laut. Vielleicht trifft das auf die Zimmer in den obeten Etagen nicht so zu. Hotel hat 12 Etagen. Das Zimmer wurde täglich zu unserer Zufriedenheit gesäubert und mit 1 Flasche Wasser aufgefüllt. Frühstück wurde mit allen, was man zum Frühstück braucht , angeboten. Wir waren begeistert von der großen Auswahl. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets bemüht, uns unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Wir können das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Ich habe kürzlich in diesem Hotel in Istanbul übernachtet und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Allerdings gibt es ein paar Punkte, die verbesserungswürdig sind: Der Fernseher im Zimmer war leider sehr veraltet – es gab keine Möglichkeit, das Handy zu verbinden, keine Smart-TV-Funktionen und nicht einmal YouTube war als App verfügbar. Für ein modernes Hotel wäre hier ein Upgrade wünschenswert. Auch das Sofa im Zimmer war alles andere als bequem – es wirkte sehr abgenutzt und entsprach nicht dem ansonsten hochwertigen Standard des Zimmers. Was das Minibar-Angebot betrifft: Natürlich erwartet man höhere Preise, aber 140 Euro für vier kleine Getränke finde ich absolut überzogen – das empfand ich als unverschämt. Trotz dieser Kritikpunkte hatte ich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Mit kleinen Verbesserungen wäre es nahezu perfekt.

We stayed at Titanic for 10 days and enjoyed it every much! The staff was great and helpful. Room service was prompt and their breakfast was delicious. The views from the suite was also spectacular. We were able to see the sea from our wrap around balcony.

It is always amazing to stay at the Titanik port Bakırköy. Mert, Ezgi Hanim at the reception, and Melek Hanim from the guest relations are always very helpful and are the best ! This time we chose suite room. My children liked very much the big balcony. Certainly 10/10.

Bathroom very bad, pillows quality is poor,no coffee machine just boiler for tea and Nescafé, The worst thing that the door of bathroom cannot closed properly and they do glass wall on it, then when sun shine you have to wake up

We had a great stay , however they have a major issue with their heating system . You are unable to control it from your room . It’s either very hot or you turn it off . Far from ideal in winter . We ended up requesting a fan to try and cool the room down to be able to sleep .

Bunu işletme müdürünüz ile yüz yüze görüştük. Klimaların nötr olması, yani kış ayarına alınmaması beni oldukça rahatsı etti. Banyo soğuktu. Banyo yapamadan ayrılmak zorunda kaldım. Kasım ayının 10’unda klimanın sıcak ayarının yapılmamasına şaşırdım.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich möchte Ihnen zunächst für den angenehmen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel danken. Die zentrale Lage und die Sauberkeit des Hotels haben mir sehr gut gefallen, und das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Personal war insgesamt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings möchte ich anmerken, dass mein Erlebnis mit Frau Elif leider nicht positiv war. Sie war sehr aufdringlich, als sie nach einer Bewertung bat, und das hat meinen Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt. Meiner Ansicht nach sollte eine gute Bewertung sich natürlich aus dem Service und der Erfahrung während des Aufenthalts ergeben, und nicht durch Druck oder aufdringliches Nachfragen. Ich denke, dass ein respektvoller und höflicher Umgang mit den Gästen in dieser Situation wichtiger wäre. Ich hoffe, dass Sie diese Rückmeldung ernst nehmen und gegebenenfalls mit Frau Elif sprechen, um sicherzustellen, dass zukünftige Gäste sich noch wohler fühlen.

The Titanic Port Hotel was very nice. Nihan and Huseyin were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent and the mall was right next door.

To be quite honest with you the staff were excellent! The guys at reception (Hussein &Marc- Hope I got the names correctly) were above par. Their professionalism was beyond belief, they were courteous, respectful, polite and always ready to help. they deserve a raise. The rooms were cleaned regularly and fresh towels were provided,and the porters were forever available to help especially Kaan and "Gogo" my wife and I enjoyed our stay and would surely recommend the hotel to others! the food was also excellent! keep it up

Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr belebten Strasse im Stadtteil Bakirköy. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer in der 2. Etage und fanden es bei geöffneten Fenster doch sehr laut. Vielleicht trifft das auf die Zimmer in den obeten Etagen nicht so zu. Hotel hat 12 Etagen. Das Zimmer wurde täglich zu unserer Zufriedenheit gesäubert und mit 1 Flasche Wasser aufgefüllt. Frühstück wurde mit allen, was man zum Frühstück braucht , angeboten. Wir waren begeistert von der großen Auswahl. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets bemüht, uns unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. It was a short stay for business. The staff are all very warm and friendly. Not much dining options, but the room service was quite a surprise. I especially loved the fried liver, a must try if you like offal.

Very clean hotel with friendly and professional staff who were always happy to be of service. Clean spacious rooms. The restaurant that stayed open until midnight and then switched to overnight room service was very convenient, although I do wish the breakfast buffet offered made-to-order omelettes. Other than that, the food was always delicious. Very nice, large gym that stayed open until 10 or even 11 with both cardio and weight machines, although every single machine had weights left on it that the guests hadnt bothered to re-rack. Great location right in the middle of the shopping area and 15 minute walk to the ocean. Will definitely stay again.

We had the best time staying here for 11 nights ! The breakfast every morning was wonderful, always really fresh and everything was so clean. Our room was cleaned and tidied every day to the highest standard, Demet that did the housekeeping was great ! The staff couldn’t do enough for you, Angel was so lovely and was always checking up on us to see if there was anything we needed ! Hüseyin at the front desk was so kind and helpful ! The gym facilities at this hotel are amazing, my partner used them and the pool every day and couldn’t believe how much equipment they had ! The whole hotel is absolutely spotless and all the staff are incredible i wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
