Outstanding package offered by hotel. Staff was incredibly courteous and helpful will all requests. Breakfast was above average and well organized. Spa, sauna and swimming pool exceeded expectations. Great location for shopping, exploring historic areas and markets plus close to tram and metro. For the price, a great bargain and will definitely return.

The first thing that you notice is that you need to go up some stairs to get to the main hotel lift which is somehow peculiar. However the friendly staff will take all luggage to your room. The swimming pool isn't very big or deep but the water is warm and nice music playing in the area. Rooms are OK with great water pressure in the shower, breakfast is buffet, the lentil soup is quite good. Hotel location is quite touristy with expensive restaurants and Taxis nearby but also quite convenient to walk. Overall an enjoyable stay, certainly recommended

Séjour très agréable et acceuil sympas de ma part de Ghazi et Younes. Hôtel très bien situé a quelques mètres du tramway et à 15minutes du centre historique. Magnifique vue depuis la piscine de l'hôtel. Petit dejueber copieux avec une damme sur place qui prepare des crêpes turques a base de frimages ou d'épinards.

Schockiert!!! Das schlechteste 4.Sterne Hotel das ich je in Istanbul besucht hatte. Es ist definitiv keine 4.Sterne Hotel. Die Zimmer sind runtergewirtschaftet (Tresor nicht festmontiert, Mobiliar Zigaretten Brand Löcher, beschädigt, veraltet. Die Zimmer werden nicht richtig geputzt. Frühstückbuffet katastrophal. Kaffeemaschine defekt, Brot nicht frisch, alles lieblos. Swimmingpool, nicht benutzt bar. Der ganze Raum riecht nach Color. Der ganze Wellenbereich/Swimmingpool Bereich wird ist nicht sauber gemacht. Die Fliesen sind vergilbt die Antirutschmatten sind braun ,schimmlig und der komplette Swimmingpool. Personal hat keine Lust. Hier geht es in erster Linie nur um Profit. Ich werde Expedia, aussagekräftige Bilder zukommen lassen. Mit der Bitte ,das Hotel nicht als 4.Sterne weiterhin zu deklarieren und die Missstände anzusprechen.

La piscine n’est pas chaude , 18 degrés le personnel est très bien , J’ai payé 55 euros pour le taxi en arrivant, et 500 lire turc pour le retour je voudrai qu’expédia me rembourse merci

The electricity was on and off on a generator for the duration of the trip. once during breakfast and the next 2/3 hours it tripped around 50/60 times. i think whilst we were in the hotel it tripped around 500 times. generator would remained on overnight and could be heard through out the night. Totally ruined our experience in Istanbul. other hotels in the area were not affected. we had 3 rooms in the end. I want some sort of refund.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in so far. The check-in was super quick, the location is in the middle of the city, so there are lots of shops and the train station is a 2-minute walk away. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day, breakfast was okay, there was no variety. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The pool area is also clean. I will definitely stay here again.

There is no lift to reception. I was expecting somewhere really nice as its 4 star hotel, but very small area, small rooms with no service at all. The refrigerator was empty only a bottle of water. No table and chair to use. We had our tea on our beds. Not comfortable at all.

I found the place quite basic for the price l paid £519 from the 6th June to 11th WiFi poor. Had to pay for water each day to drink. Breakfast was quite poor nothing either English or continental. It was basically breakfast only no other food that you could buy even though there was a cafe apart from hot and cold drink No English television every station foreign bored to tears in my room. Tried to listen to the radio in my room on my phone but because the WiFi was so poor it kept cutting out. Would l stay here again no.

The room was extremely small. The bed took all the space of the room. The guy at the reception didn't even say "good bye" when I left only said "ok". This is not worth a 4 star hotel. Very unfriendly behaviour. And I paid 70 Euro a night for this??? That's been the last time I go to Zagreb Hotel.

Really nice enjoyable stay. The staff were great and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choices. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Neighbouring rooms were a bit loud at times, but didn't affect the overall stay. Would happily come and stay here again 🙂

Die Zimmer sind extrem klein, und um überhaupt an der Rezeption zu gelangen muss man einen Stockwerk mit Treppen hochlaufen. Erst ab den ersten Stock gibt es einen Aufzug. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten gebucht und bestätigt bekommen allerdings bekamen wir eine mit Doppelbett und eine mit 2 Einzelbetten. Auf meine Anfrage an der Rezeption bekam ich eine sehr unfreundliche und missachtende Antwort, er könne nichts für uns tun. Und ich solle selbst mit der Reservierung sprechen an nächsten Tag. Wir hatten uns am Früstuck gefreut dass eine Mitarbeiterin Gözleme macht ( eine Art gefüllte pfannkuchen), allerdings war Sie extrem unfreundlich. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels macht die Unfreundlichkeit und die Extremen kleinen Räume nicht wieder gut.

All staff - especially Azad - were great. Breakfast was a great affair with one of the cooks making delicious filled flat bread in front of us each morning! Air conditioning worked - but had to call reception for them to turn it on centrally each time.

Stayed here with my mother after relocating from a different hotel and honestly the experience was everything. Staff were super friendly and attention especially the cleaning lady and Younus the doorman who always ran to help us with our bags! I felt looked after always and safe. We didn’t get a chance to try the hammam which is the only let down as we missed the staff due to timings however would honestly recommend this hotel! Great rooms and very easy to get around the shops and access to tram station! Thanks Hotel Zagreb!

This is the best hotel I have stayed in so far. The check-in was super quick, the location is in the middle of the city, so there are lots of shops and the train station is a 2-minute walk away. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day, breakfast was okay, there was no variety. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The pool area is also clean. I will definitely stay here again.

It was terrible experience. The receptionist Mr. Azad behaved very bad he snatched our personal items including mobile phones, laptops, and other presents. These people even don't know how to treat foreigners in Turkey. Zagreb hotel staff is really bad they don't have manners their attitude shows foreigners are slave in their country. On more thing, during midnight, all receptionist's attacked us with knife in our room 509 & 511 we somehow rescued ourself and left this hotel. I will never recommend any one to book this hotel as this is unsafe. Thanks.

Really nice enjoyable stay. The staff were great and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choices. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Neighbouring rooms were a bit loud at times, but didn't affect the overall stay. Would happily come and stay here again 🙂

Outstanding package offered by hotel. Staff was incredibly courteous and helpful will all requests. Breakfast was above average and well organized. Spa, sauna and swimming pool exceeded expectations. Great location for shopping, exploring historic areas and markets plus close to tram and metro. For the price, a great bargain and will definitely return.

Magnifique vue depuis la piscine de l'hôtel. Petit dejueber copieux avec une damme sur place qui prepare des crêpes turques a base de frimages ou d'épinards.

I found the place quite basic for the price l paid £519 from the 6th June to 11th WiFi poor. Had to pay for water each day to drink. Breakfast was quite poor nothing either English or continental. It was basically breakfast only no other food that you could buy even though there was a cafe apart from hot and cold drink No English television every station foreign bored to tears in my room. Tried to listen to the radio in my room on my phone but because the WiFi was so poor it kept cutting out. Would l stay here again no.

Cleaning the toilet is very poor with mold buildup inside the shower and around the lavatory, that's all the problem of the hotel, if not I'll give them five stars. The staff is excellent and professional. The breakfast is A-level, but please get a cleaner who cares, and takes pride in it.
