Steigenberger Aqua Magic, All inclusive

Brilliant experience

The facilities (pool, grounds, rooms, etc) are good, but the overall quality of the experience is far from a 5 star hotel. Food quality is low, people smoke everywhere (limited regulation, even in restaurants), impossible to book a table at the restaurants (which turned out to be ok, as the food was bad), not enough sun beds (poorly enforced rules on "reserving"), missing towels and refills in the rooms. It's a good 3-4 star hotel, but far from a 5 star experience.

Wonderfull resort with lots of space. Staff is really helpfull and the location is great. Pools: I didn't try all the pools. 2 of the 3 I tested are atleast heated. I don't know about the pool with slides and the kids pools. The adults only rooftop pool was a bit disappointing because it's only 40cm Deep. So not for swimming. The view and bar there are nice though. Beach: Access to beach is easy enough. Cross the street to the sister hotel and walk The beautifull garden road or take a free golf car ride that goes every few mins. The bar / restaurant is nice and there are no vendors except the spa people. Much more peacefull than pools at resort. Location: The surrounding streets has many small shops and 2 bigger bazar stores. Lots of knock off items and clothing and The basic tourist goods. There are atms outside the pool entrance. Many farmacys around too. Uber to Marina takes about 20 mins. Food and drinks: hotel has many restaurants and The food is plenty. There are ice cream machines, free waterbottles and soda machines everywhere and few bars. All inclusive has maybe 15-20 cocktails included. Sometimes bar is a bit far from your sunbed but there are staff to bring drinks too.

Amazing staff amd great facilities

Its was a horrible stay i booked my mum and dad in who are 63 and 71. The room they were first given was very very far away fro everything, as per the hotel.com app the hotel has parking available. This is untrue they had to park their car on the road side. The room was dirty. When they approached the hotel staff initially they were incredibly rude and told my parent they had to come back after 3pm which was several hours later. This is not the kind of service anyone would expect from this or any hotel. When we asked for a refund we were told we will not be given a refund which was not ok as we were very disappointed. We will never be going back to this hotel
