The water slides for kids did not have any gripping mats on the watery slippery stairs or anywhere around it. My daughter fell several times, almost hit her head on pavement but one of the guests caught her and prevented a horrible incident.

Second time here. The (multiple!) main restaurant food is good. Not spectacular, The a la carte restaurants excellent. We went here for the kids. 5 aquapark areas. 2 for very little kids; one right up at the top of Bluemarine (2 flumes + some smaller slides), the other one down near the beach (some slides). These are suitable for infants and of little interest to my (strong swimmer) 6 year old. There are then 3 other parks. One in Bluemarine with 5 flumes, another on the left of the beach with 6 larger flumes, including a inflatable ring flume, then the main inflatable ring park with inflatable 3 ring flumes. 120cm height limit posted on all of them which seemed fair, but in true Egyptian style, theres a tape across the rulers at 130cm. My 6 year old is 125cm and was only put up against the ruler once but after reassurance from me that he could swim was allowed to ride Again, smaller kids in arm bands were being allowed on, take 120cm as the limit though. Pools were great, lots of them, all quite shallow and great for playing with the kids. One pool reserved for adults. We did walk out over the sand to snorkel a few times along the reef. And theres a new pier being constructed right now to facilitate this more which will probably be a couple of months in construction. You can get a bitnof snorkeling in, but its a 10 minute walk and then a bit of a swim to get to the interesting reef. We used the on-site, Egypt lnternational for snorkeling trips and diving trips.

Hotel is a 4 star in my opinion, got a garden view room and was ok poor Internet speeds, i booked this hotel as it had 2 indoor pools as I wanted to use for my baby, when i got there they wanted to charge 20 to 25 euros person to use which was ridiculous these charges were not on website , baby pool outside were dirty, beds were comfortable, water pressure very high, would i go back, not really as other 4 starts were much better than this so called 5 star

Sehr große Anlage, tolle Pools u Rutschen, freundliches Personal. Super Service. Jeden Abend Beach Party u Liveshows. Yoga am Morgen. Essen gut u es verteilt sich sehr durch die Größe. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen

Super Hotel-Anlage mit vielen Swimmingpools, einige davon beheizt auf 28 Grad. Einzig der Strand lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ansonsten waren wir vollumfänglich zufrieden.

Gute Buffet- und A la carte Restaurants sowie Bars, verschiedene Abend- und Kinderunterhaltung, Sportprogramme und Events tagsüber. Kein Baden im Meer möglich, der Steg zum Schnorcheln ist noch im Bau, dafür gute Wasserpark-Anlagen. Badezimmer müssten renoviert werden. Aufdringliche Verkäufer (Ausflüge, Spa etc.) in der Anlage. Es hat genügend Liegestühle und das Presonal bringt sie, jedoch sind nicht genügend Sonnenschirme/Schattenplätze vorhanden. Viele Liegestühle werden ausserdem frühmorgens schon besetzt, die Entfernung der Tücher wird mittels Zettel angedroht, jedoch nicht durchgesetzt.

Gefallen: Freundliches Personal, ausgezeichneter Service, Infrastruktur, Essen, Sport. Entertainment Personal super freundlich und aufmerksam gegenüber Kindern, das war sehr nett. Nicht gefallen: Die medizinische Klinik war extrem teuer (mir wurden 2.600 € für eine Gastroenteritis berechnet), es schien ein Betrug zu sein, um Geld von Ausländern zu bekommen, leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Trinkwasser war nicht gut.

Superbra vistelse, var där för 13:e gången. Städning är tiptop och de städar ditt rum en extra gång på em. Det är otroligt rent ÖVERALLT och det städas konstant. Varierad mat med generösa öppettider på restaurangerna. De tillmötesgående kockarna gör sitt bästa för att hjälpa med eventuella allergier eller andra önskemål när det gäller maten. Har aldrig blivit magsjuk så länge som jag hållit mig till hotellets mat och dryck. All personal oavsett roll gör sitt yttersta för att göra ens vistelse så bra som möjligt utan att man blir störd i sin avkoppling på semestern. De som erbjuder spa eller utflykter får endast vara bland gästerna under 2 timmar vilket gör att man inte behöver känna sig stressad eller pressad av någon anledning att ta ett av deras erbjudanden.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 2 settimane ad agosto e siamo rimasti positivamente colpiti dalla pulizia, efficienza e cortesia di tutto il personale. L’hotel si presenta fin dall’entrata imponente con una grande reception e lounge bar dai toni raffinati. Punto forte sono le piscine, ben tenute e pulitissime. Unica pecca il mare, sebbene i colori sono fantastici per la presenza della barriera corallina, l’acqua è bassa e non permette di nuotare; basta però spostarsi di qualche metro per accedere alla baia vicina con acqua “alta. Complimenti a tutto il personale, dai camerieri, ai baristi e addetti alle camere per la loro gentilezza, cortesia ed efficienza. Consigliatissimo e adatto alle famiglie.

Hotel spotless, beach littered with cigarettes and plastic bottles. Good choice of food, some dishes better than others, stale pastries at breakfast, dried out cucumber that kind of thing. Handful of staff go above and beyond. Most evening entertainment was great from the fire show to the live music but sadly one evening a musician sat on their phone for 2 hours of their 3hour set.

The resort is looking a bit tired after only 15 years, the bathrooms are in need of a decent regrout and painting. The food variety and quality was disappointing for all inclusive and all 4 of us ate something on different days that made us unwell, which is a first in 20 years of living abroad and travelling. Avoid the Beach Snack Bar for food, it comes out too quickly to be fresh, we were ill after eating there and we were already warned by a friend who had stayed here to avoid the chicken!

Had a great time at the AquaMarine! The pictures do not do it justice- the grounds are immaculate, the pools are clean and some were heated, very quick and professional check in provided by Ahmed, ample selection of lounges and restaurants, ( choice of buffets or al a carte) and ALL of the staff encountered in interactions were extremely friendly and willing to get you whatever you needed. I luvd this place and would highly recommend.

The hotel overall was ok for the location and price. However, there were couple of issues: 1. The food was below average 2. The access to the beach was unusual and not easy. The closer beach was extremely shallow were the water covers hour foot only. Then you have to walk through weird access to reach the actual water. It wasn’t easy and I didn’t like it. The room and amenities were ok, needs renovations. 3. Booking the restaurant was difficult as you have to book one day before and usually says full. Then you have to go to the counter and ask for extra table. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful. Sufra and Nino were the best restaurants. Next time., will try a different hotel

I really liked the layout of the resort and all the amenities that are available. There is loads to do and keep you entertained day and night. They do need to improve the Wi-Fi however, It kept disconnecting or not connecting at all in different areas of the resort and when I did connect the Wi-Fi was slow.

Lovely hotel which is great for kids. I don't see this comment anywhere else so maybe it was just us, but we were reall affected by the music volume! We had a pool view room but the noise from Aqua Aerobics at lunch was like the speaker was in the room, and our daughter was struggling to sleep. We requested to move room (although the hotel seemed to blame us for this excessive noise for choosing a pool view which i was annoyed by), however the new room was 50m to the lobby bar and the music just transferred to the night time. I just don't understand why a hotel focussed on family would have such an unnecessary volume at night when obviously children are going to sleep. Other than that the food, pools and drinks were all great. The kid's club is also very well done.

The resort is looking a bit tired after only 15 years, the bathrooms are in need of a decent regrout and painting. The food variety and quality was disappointing for all inclusive and all 4 of us ate something on different days that made us unwell, which is a first in 20 years of living abroad and travelling. Avoid the Beach Snack Bar for food, it comes out too quickly to be fresh, we were ill after eating there and we were already warned by a friend who had stayed here to avoid the chicken!

Everything about our trip was amazing! The staff at Jaz Aquamarine are the best, they were all so helpful and accommodating, haven’t come across nicer people than them. Anything we needed, they were happy to help, from the ground staff to security, everyone was so polite and professional. Ibrahim was very courteous, whilst we were by the poolside he saw we had finished our drinks and went to get us new drinks without even asking! Saber I believe his name is, his mocktails were amazing Everytime! Mohammed Wahab at reception was so so helpful Everytime, especially as he went out of his way to assist me with a dinner booking. Thank you to everyone!

Rude staff, especially to women, not helpful at all. Some of the staff would not even look at me in the eyes when talking to me, they only tesponded to my husband . Dated rooms, very noisy at night and last night we had no electricity so we couldn’t prepare properly for our check out . These people watch you as an ATM machine and all they care about is money, they charged us an extra $100 on top of our prepaid reservation for no reason , they never issued a receipt for this too. Not respectful to the kids as well, our boys waited for 40 min on a line for ice cream because all of the local kids were taken with priority. We will not come back and we don’t recommend.

Alt i alt en skuffelse på flere fronter og et hotel der slet ikke lever op til sine 5 stjerner. Maden var kedelig og enormt dårligt tilberedt. Værelserne var i rigtig dårlig stand pg rengøringen var ikke eksisterende. De gik mere op i at lave dyr på sengen end at gøre rent. Vores spejl på badeværelset var møg beskidt og blev ikke gjort rent én eneste gang, i den uge vi var der. Personalet som ellers (ud fra anmeldelserne) skylle være så fantastiske, var ubehøvlede og gad hverken smile eller udvise service. Men der var til gengæld en enorm tydelig forskelsbehandling på demmed sort armbånd (som har været gæst fæere gange) og dem som var der for første gang. Endnu en ting er besværliggjorde opholdet var personalet/receptionens manglende forståelse for det engelske sprog. Vi har brugt utal af timer på fejlinformationer og disideret manglende informationer som førte til problemer som vi måtte bruge alt for mange af vores ferietimer på. Alt i alt manglende informationer hele vejen rundt og personale der virkede irriteret over at skulle rode bod på deres egne fejl. En disideret skændsel for andre 5 stjernede hoteller der lever op til deres stjerner!

Amazing staff make this place my second home. So much choice of eating places and where to spend your lazy days in the sun. The grounds are kept immaculate by the gardeners and thanks to housekeeper Ahmed. Always something good to eat and treated like a Queen by the staff. My favourite place in the day lazing by the pool at la Perla and being looked after by best waiter Mohamed. Ate in all the buffet restaurants and looked after by Saad, Mostafa,Shady,Mahmoud,Ahmed (my heart). See you all again next time.

The hotel was not so far from the airport, it was nicer to check-in late and the staff was so welcoming. The whole process was qick and easy. Our room was clean, Muhammad who was in charge of our block was so welcoming and looked after us. All pools was clean and lots of activities planned by the entertainment crew. There are quite pools too. Lots of sun lounge around and drink stations bars where food and snacks available. Service from all staff was amazing. All lunch and dinning options and verity's was good. And the beach was also amazing and the sea was so nice to walk and swim in. No issues with bugs. Lots of entertainment. We had so much fun in the sun. Thank you Jaz Aquamarine

Deuxième année que je m’y rends en famille… Luxe partout, propreté à chaque recoin, piscines de tout type avec des toboggans à sensation, et d’autre piscines comme celle pour adulte où on peut se relaxer sans enfant qui braille autour😁 Il y a de grands restaurants avec une nourriture de bonne qualité et un choix assez large… il y a des concert le soir avec des artistes de qualité en plein air, il y a aussi la salle de Sport propre et bien équipée avec Mohamed Imed, un coach super souriant et accueillant. seul la plage est décevante dans cet hotel il faut marcher pas mal pour accéder à une mer baignable… Je recommande cet hotel si vous voulez décompresser au maximum et vous détendre tout en vous amusant

Amazing stay, booked for a family of 3 adults and 1 child. Everyone was more than satisfied. The activities, foods and rooms met each of our needs and standards. The facilities and restaurants were close, there are more than 5, and we enjoyed the lobby bar and beach bar. The bed was comfortable, the room was big, toilets were clean and we had Wi-Fi connections in the areas we needed. I even recommended it to our other family members as we liked the hotel a lot, they stayed with us and it was even better. Only issue is that the area is far from downtown, but Uber cost €1-2 so no complaints.

The hotel overall was ok for the location and price. However, there were couple of issues: 1. The food was below average 2. The access to the beach was unusual and not easy. The closer beach was extremely shallow were the water covers hour foot only. Then you have to walk through weird access to reach the actual water. It wasn’t easy and I didn’t like it. The room and amenities were ok, needs renovations. 3. Booking the restaurant was difficult as you have to book one day before and usually says full. Then you have to go to the counter and ask for extra table. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful. Sufra and Nino were the best restaurants. Next time., will try a different hotel

Second time here. The (multiple!) main restaurant food is good. Not spectacular, The a la carte restaurants excellent. We went here for the kids. 5 aquapark areas. 2 for very little kids; one right up at the top of Bluemarine (2 flumes + some smaller slides), the other one down near the beach (some slides). These are suitable for infants and of little interest to my (strong swimmer) 6 year old. There are then 3 other parks. One in Bluemarine with 5 flumes, another on the left of the beach with 6 larger flumes, including a inflatable ring flume, then the main inflatable ring park with inflatable 3 ring flumes. 120cm height limit posted on all of them which seemed fair, but in true Egyptian style, theres a tape across the rulers at 130cm. My 6 year old is 125cm and was only put up against the ruler once but after reassurance from me that he could swim was allowed to ride Again, smaller kids in arm bands were being allowed on, take 120cm as the limit though. Pools were great, lots of them, all quite shallow and great for playing with the kids. One pool reserved for adults. We did walk out over the sand to snorkel a few times along the reef. And theres a new pier being constructed right now to facilitate this more which will probably be a couple of months in construction. You can get a bitnof snorkeling in, but its a 10 minute walk and then a bit of a swim to get to the interesting reef. We used the on-site, Egypt lnternational for snorkeling trips and diving trips.

My stay at this hotel was marred by several disappointing experiences. Firstly, I sustained a foot injury in my room and requested a first-aid kit from reception. Despite multiple assurances, no kit was ever delivered. This left me with no choice but to venture outside the hotel, injured, to purchase one from a pharmacy. Secondly, I attempted to extend my stay for a few hours on my checkout day. Despite inquiring well in advance, I was told this wasn't possible due to the room being booked. However, upon attempting to book the room online for an additional night, I was informed that it was available. This lack of transparency is frustrating and led to unnecessary expenditure on my part. Thirdly, as a vegetarian, I found the meal options to be incredibly limited. The same dishes were served repeatedly, and even the vegetarian corner was not safe from cross-contamination. On one occasion, I unknowingly consumed a potato stuffed with meat. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of care for dietary needs. On a positive note, I would like to commend the clinic services. When I fell ill, the nurses and doctor provided excellent care and support, enabling me to recover quickly. Overall, my stay was overshadowed by several significant shortcomings in service and care. Superbra vistelse, var där för 13:e gången. Städning är tiptop och de städar ditt rum en extra gång på em. Det är otroligt rent ÖVERALLT och det städas konstant. Varierad mat med generösa öppettider på restaurangerna. De tillmötesgående kockarna gör sitt bästa för att hjälpa med eventuella allergier eller andra önskemål när det gäller maten. Har aldrig blivit magsjuk så länge som jag hållit mig till hotellets mat och dryck. All personal oavsett roll gör sitt yttersta för att göra ens vistelse så bra som möjligt utan att man blir störd i sin avkoppling på semestern. De som erbjuder spa eller utflykter får endast vara bland gästerna under 2 timmar vilket gör att man inte behöver känna sig stressad eller pressad av någon anledning att ta ett av deras erbjudanden.

We stayed at Jazz Aqua Marine and Jazz Bluemarine in Hurghada and it was truly an amazing experience. The resort is perfect for families, especially if you have kids. The aqua park and water slides are fantastic and kept everyone entertained all day. The service is exceptional. Staff are friendly, attentive, and everything feels well organized. One of the things I loved most is that it’s one of the few all-inclusive resorts in Egypt where you don’t need to queue or hustle for drinks. Everything is easily accessible and well stocked. There are food venues everywhere, with plenty of variety during all main meals and snacks in between, so you’ll never go hungry. The only downside is the beach. It’s very shallow, which makes it great for kids who can’t swim yet, but not ideal for adults looking to swim or snorkel. That said, the rest of the facilities more than make up for it. Overall, it’s a family haven. Relaxing, fun, and stress free. Highly recommended for families with kids. 10/10!

We expected more from an all-inclusive resort. Expedia had on the check-in instructions that we should check in at Jazz Blue Marine even though our stay was at Jazz Aqua Marine, but we were told otherwise when we arrived. Nonetheless, the staff at reception sorted us out, and we were very well welcomed. Even though we went all-inclusive, we were informed at check-in that we could only use the two buffet restaurants throughout our stay, and we would have to book any of the other 5 available restaurants, and could only use these twice. When we tried to book it the day after our arrival, we were very disappointed to learn that only one of them had availability for the next 4 days, and even more disappointed as it wasn't one of our preferred options in the first place. Nonetheless, both of the main buffet restaurants were great, with loads of different options, all of which very tasty and fresh. The bedrooms are alright, fairly sized with a nice balcony, even though the floor didn't seem to be properly vacuumed. In any case, the housekeeping staff cleaned and tidied up every day, which was nice. There isn't a Smart TV in the bedrooms and the Wi-Fi was terrible (worse than a 3G connection), which is unacceptable in a resort of this size. The beach is disappointing as the sea level is not suitable for swimming as it is set up for sea sports only. The resort is ideal for families with kids as there are plenty of activities for them. All staff is very helpful and friendly.

The resort is looking a bit tired after only 15 years, the bathrooms are in need of a decent regrout and painting. The food variety and quality was disappointing for all inclusive and all 4 of us ate something on different days that made us unwell, which is a first in 20 years of living abroad and travelling. Avoid the Beach Snack Bar for food, it comes out too quickly to be fresh, we were ill after eating there and we were already warned by a friend who had stayed here to avoid the chicken!

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Rooms 3 stars max, food is mediocre at best. We have to change our room key +20 times due to errors on their system. Service is mediocre at best and they constantly try to upsell their paid services - every 2 min someone comes by to sell you something.
