hotel récent ou refait à neuf, tres bien placé ( centre ville à pied en 5 minutes) parking gratuit devant la réception excellent accueil et excellente réactivité du house keeping pour rectifier le petit bug à l'arrivée ( j'avais demandé une twin et nous avions un double, 3 personnes du house keeping sont venus transformer les lits dans les 3 minutes de ma réclamation BRAVO ) chambre spacieuse et claire avec balcon salle de douche avec fenetre alors qu'il est noté petit déjeuner continental sur le site nous avons eu un petit déjeuner buffet ( excellent aussi ) au dernier étage de l'immeuble avec une belle vue ; ce fut une tres bonne surprise. je conseille de rectifier car cela peut dissuader certains clients

Sehr schönes Hotel. Sauber . Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Frühstück ist soweit alles vorhanden , dazu gibt es noch den Blick auf die Altstadt vom obersten Geschoss. Zimmer möglichst nach hinten raus buchen. Die Straße vorne ist zwar keine Hauptstraße , trotzdem Rasen da viele wie die Bekloppte lang. Zimmer 406 war sehr schön. Nach hinten raus mit schönen Balkon.

Après plus de 70 nuits passées dans cet hôtel, je dois malheureusement constater que le service de chambre n’était pas à la hauteur cette fois-ci : la poubelle de la salle de bain n’a pas été vidée entre deux séjours, et la chambre a même été oubliée un jour. Was well received by the receptionist when I arrived. She is very friendly and welcome me with a smile. The check in process is smooth and quick The hotel is very contemporary, modern and well furnished with art paintings and decors The room is well equipped with mini fridge, safe deposit box, coffee making facility, ironing board and tele. The breakfast lounge is so beautiful, a wide range of food to cater to the guests, I have nothing to criticize about. The workers in the breakfast lounge are very helpful and friendly. On the day of departure, receptionist made a taxi call for me to the train station and really appreciate her help. Not to forget, there is a Carrefour Supermarket nearby and it is so convenient. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay and will definitely come back to this hotel again if I ever come back to Brasov.
