Not a good experience. The bed seemed clean but to be sure, nothing else. I believe there was plumbing issues and a slight smell in the lobby. The room didn’t have a surface that felt clean. The bathroom floor was giving way (3rd floor) around the tub. Tub was disgusting inside and full of human hair. I found a roach (pictured) in the hall. Ice machine on our floor looked like it hadn’t worked in years. Went to gym and one treadmill didn’t work and the other one was a death trap while in use. DEFINITELY NOT THE QUALITY THAT WE ARE USED TO SEEING FROM LA QUINTA INN.

The amount of noise in our room from the air conditioner, refrigerator, and the water running from the adjacent room. You could hear them coughing. Luke warm showers too. The exercise equipment was falling apart as well.

By far the worst La Quinta I’ve ever stayed in. No AC in the lobby, dirty, mold in the shower, missing furniture, a call from the front desk at 11pm asking if I had the luggage cart. Through no fault of the location, there was a boil order in place, so showers and toilets were limited, no breakfast. Etc. It was just a very disappointing stay. It was worth about 50, not the 100 a night I paid. Will not stay there again.

The room we stayed in had a hole in the wall where someone had opened the door too fast or hard and the handle hit the wall… the repair method was to stuff a tissue in the hole. The floor in the room didn’t appear to be swept out (laminate flooring) and the shower obviously had a bar in it at one point. The sink was missing the drain plug. When we used the shower there was a dark colored water that went down the drain the first time. The counters were clean as were the linens but that is the best that can be said. Breakfast was not impressive, even sub-par for a “free” continental breakfast. The pool was “out for service” and was the only pic I took of the room.

Terrible. Room had trash in it fro. Previuos people staying. They gave us a broom to clean our own room. They had to remove and replace the AC units which left the room exposed to the texas heat. Bathroom door would not close and was broken in two. We paid and then they charged us again. We have a service dog and they still chrged us for the dog even when we showed the paperwork to prove he is a service dog. Went outside and the grass was full of dog crap and we could not stay at pool due to the smell.

I do not post hotel reviews often. We stayed here en route and seemed like a perfectly fine hotel for a family to stay - just to sleep. It was a nightmare. Literal blood smeared on an interior room door. Broken door. Toothpaste smeared on shower curtain. Hair on the bed. Holes and stains all over all the walls. Yellow stain in the bathroom floor. Management wouldn't do anything about it. Hotels.com is supposed to be making it right but mgmt on site did not care. Also, there was pouring rain and come to find out the manager had their car under the carport so only guest at a time could use the carport at a time. And before the rain began when we pulled up there was a group of people grilling in the parking lot under the windows which the grill had flamed up for whatever reason so flames and smoke were billowing out just feet from the building. I probably am leaving out more points of concern but this

We stayed 6 nights and found ourselves COVERED in bedbugs I had an allergic reaction had to go to urgent care. Tossed out thousands of dollars worth of personal property and going on 5 days without a refund or any communication from the hotel.

The lobby was nice and breakfast was decent. The room was spacious and clean and the family suite fit our family of 5 very well. The hard floor surface in the rooms made the room feel cheap and not cozy, I would have preferred carpet.

Overall it was a nice stay. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room and hotel seemed clean. Didn’t like that used and wet towels had to stay in bathroom for several days. Bathtub/shower needs to be updated.

No hot water, read reviews on google while we were there and this was NOT a new issue. Complained multiple times and were told they would send someone...they never did. First day we were there, items were stolen from our room and our bags were OBVIOUSLY gone through. When I reported this, they did not care... The solution was to just not clean our room. We tried to find another hotel but were there on a holiday weekend and we were stuck. The lobby was clean but the rooms were disgusting. Even after they "cleaned" our room. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER. We travel a lot and have NEVER encountered anything quite like this.

Fold out couch mattress dirty. No linens for the executive suite. No staff available because they were all having dinner. Staff didn't know what linens it took to make a bed. At early morning, 8 am no breakfast, no coffee and no one refilled in the hour and half till breakfast over. Repainting crew for curbs blocked in car. Not LaQuinta standards I'm used to.

We had a hard time finding the place on google maps. We called the staffing was helpful with directions. Check in and room were nice. The breakfast buffet was terrible. All the food was reused from the previous days. I stepped into the kitchen. Smells of rotting trash

Our room was renovated and looked nice. Pleasant smell on our floor and room/bedding were clean. Great location, police station nearby. Breakfast was decent - sad eggs, yummy sausage, waffles, bagels, cereal, juice, some fruit. We had keycard issues as other guests did too but good trade off for hotel that is safe, clean and has nice lobby area.

The breakfast was very basic and not very good the workers were not rrally making sure that everything was stocked and was running out of plastic ware condiments and some of the items to eat and drink. Plus there was not a diverse selection of items to.eat or drink.
