Hotel stay was comfy, easy access and parking, walkable to a few places, 24 hour front desk with cold drinks available to purchase (water, tea etc), ample breakfast choices. The only negative thing about this hotel was that there's only one elevator in the hotel , and it's very hot(no air conditioning) and slow. At one point we ended up just taking the stairs to our fourth floor room because the wait was too long . Also, the fourth floor hall was not air conditioned (would have been fine except it was 94 those couple of days). All in all it was good for the price.

I specifically called to see if they had a hot tub. They said they did not but they had a heated pool. This was far from the case. The water was cold, the pool area was cold, and the heater in our room blew cold air. Asked to have it looked at noone came asked for pool heat to be turned up nothing was done. And we had a 2 day stay and they still did nothing.

Quiet hotel close to downtown Gettysburg. Room was clean but there was damage on the bathroom door & the toilet was very low to the floor. Breakfast choices were ok. Overwhelming smell of chlorine when entering the lobby as the pool is right there.

Great proximity to the town of Gettysburg and to the Visitor Center for the park (both very walkable if you don't mind walking on the shoulder of the highway). Hotel is right next door to the cemetery and across the street from cemetery ridge. Shower is great with hot water and full water pressure. Comfortable and quiet even with a big crowd of baseball teams. Pool is quite a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures but kids enjoyed it. My only complaint is that the coffee is terrible. Please get a real coffee maker for the breakfast area, not an instant coffee dispenser!!!

This was an excellent location for our Gettysburg trip. The room was spacious for our family of 5. The pool was small, but the kids still had fun. Breakfast was a plus - overall a good experience!

Pool was cold and not heated. When brought to their attention it was reported that maint has no control of the pool temp. We took my 7 yo grandson with us and wanted a pool.wlukd have not checked in had we known about the pool. There was also mold in the pool room at the windows. We saw an ad that this hotel was newly renovated and there is no way. Should have gone elsewhere. This is a Franchise location which explains some of the concerns. The facility needs upgrading. Room was clean and there was hot water for showers. Breakfast was not bad.

Wanted to love this place as we were there for 6 nights. Great location and comfy beds and large room. Lots of plugs for charging and nice sized tv. But terrible water pressure in shower. Wall shampoo and conditioner in shower and body lotion on wall by mirror. BUT NO BODY WASH. Just tiny bar of soap. They only come in to clean once every 3 days and DO NOT GIVE YOU ANY MORE SOAP BAR! Also left empty Kleenex box! Worst was a hotel this size NOT HAVING GUEST LAUNDRY! We were there as part of a longer trip and it was a major inconvenience. Gym is tiny… you are literally on top of one another on machines. Pool looked small. TVs in lobby and breakfast room HAVE ONLY WEATHER CHANNEL ON 24/7. Had to reput info in at least 3 times a day for WiFi and with each having a phone and tablet it was a pain! Breakfast ok but eggs were usually cold. Maybe if we were there over night these things wouldn’t matter but for 6 nights these things made for a so so stay.

Cleaning staff need a retraining to better clean rooms and common areas. Room had urine soaked shower curtain and smell of urine was strong in bathroom. Curtain was visible stained yellow from dried urine. Hair on blankets for sofa bed, no sheets or pillow cases for sofa bed in room. Mirrors covered in thick dust. Staff where very helpful to resolve each issue as found but really the bathroom issues should not have been missed by team. To the great points, the beds where Wonderful, the front staff where beyond helpful and kind. Breakfast was standard. Location is really close to the battlefield cemetery and battlefield center. Kids enjoyed the pool small but nice.

Property had ants in room when manager was told trice room had crumbs never cleaned i went and bought my own ant spray and sprayed room. This happened in two rokms. I booked 4 rooms. 2 had ants which i fixed i room windown leaked, and 1 room had large amount of hair in shower which was dirty. Also did not pick up trash that was sitting by doors as trash. We had to empty our own trash even when asked for service. Pool had black mold around window casings which could easily be touched. I was very disappointed in the hotel and would not recommend this hotel.

Our bedsheets were stained with someone else's blood and we didn't even see it until we woke up the next morning. A big spot stained the side and then blood spatter on portions of the sheets. Whoever did the house cleaning thought this was okay and I'm disgusted. When I spoke with Barbara at the front desk, she said she would make sure my stay was refunded, but apparently lied to my face and told expedia she would only allow a $22 refund. A complete stranger bled on those sheets, they got washed and then instead of being thrown out for having red stains and spatter on it, they were fitted back onto a bed for someone else to sleep on. That is not okay.

The staff was very nice, essentially the breakroom person. My problem was the shower. The pressure was low and the shower head had mold growing on it. I have very bad allergies to mold. So I asked at the desk in the morning at 10 am to have it cleaned. When I returned after 6 it was still yucky. I talked to the guy at the desk and he said he couldnt help because he was the only person there (and it wasn't that dangerous because it wasn't toxic black mold). I cleaned it myself. I hope I don't get a sinus infection because I will be sick all winter.

If cleanliness is a must then stay away from this location. Mold in the tub, the shower held water, water damage to the ceiling, the toilet leaked, stains on the blankets, food spill on the side of the bed, refrigerator smelled terrible…we probably shouldn’t have stayed but we were too tired to try to find other accommodations. The pool was tiny. Breakfast was okay except for expired yogurt and weird eggs.

Upon entering the room it was evident that it had not been vacuumed. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the outside base of the toilet was dirty. Went to the front desk to get some toilet paper and mentioned the uncleanness of the room and was immediately given a key to a new room. Upon entering the 2nd room, it was immediately evident again that the room had not been vaccumed. There was toilet paper in the bathroon, but no rod to hold it in place. Also, the box of tissues in the counter slot was completely empty. I will never stay there again.

Location was nice. However there was black mold on the window ledge that washed off, mildew or moisture in between the window , a hole that was semi fixed on the closet door and black mildew on the shower head that I took a extra toothbrush and tried to scrub it off.

I wasn't expecting 5 star going in. I felt like it was clean and comfortable until I went to bed. The mattress was terrible. I needed a good night sleep and didn't get one. I told the front desk person. He picked up a pen and paper to write it down but never wrote anything. Good luck with the next guy I guess.

The hotel was well maintained and in a great location. Staff were friendly. We had issues with our air conditioning and though we got help it never really solved the problem. It never truly cooled down in our room and we asked for a view of the cemetery then had to keep curtains shut to help with room temp. Still a nice stay but not quite excellent.

So the first room they assigned us to had what we thought was a connecting door to another room in it. We checked the door upon arrival and door was locked. We put our luggage in the room and left the hotel. When we returned, we found the door unlocked and looked inside to see it was a storage area. When we asked the front desk how could the door be unlocked, he told us someone from housekeeping must have gone in there and forgotten to lock the door upon leaving. We were astounded to learn that someone had been in our room without our permission. The frond desk attendant acted like nothing was unusual about that. We immediately requested being put in another room which he did reluctantly and he never said sorry. I should add we had put the do not disturb sign on the door before leaving and still someone went in our room. Needless to say that soured our stay. And this morning when we went down for breakfast there was no milk in the machine and the woman at the front desk had to fill it and seemed a little annoyed to have to do that. Not a very good stay unfortunately, I’m in Gettysburg usually 2-3 times a year and I won’t be staying there any time soon.

We were given a 4th floor room with a non-functioning call button. The staff were aware of this at least a few days prior to our arrival but did not inform us before or at checking. Cleaning staff saw us waiting for elevator on our floor but did not tell us intil 4 inures later when we asked if the call button was working. Shower water pressure was poor. Bathtub drain was very slow. Bathtub non-slip surface was worn smooth and bottom was very slippery. No house keeping services for a 3 day stay.

The staff were the highlight of this property. I had the misfortune of having an auto accident and being without transport. Everybody was sympathetic and did their best to make my stay as nice as possible thru the adversity. The GM even provided me a ride to my convention himself.!! Top notch.

Very close to the battle field & cemeteries. We had an issue one night with rowdy kids who were part of the soccer tournament & I called the found desk & staff immediately took control of the situation. Look forward to staying again next year!

Good location. Quiet and safe. A food hall right next doir to walk to and good breakfast. Helpful staff. The food hall next door is steps away but not walkable to much else except the graveyard right behind it. Nice room. Air worked well and fridge and microwave wrks very well too

I was very impressed with how clean the property was in the attention to detail given by the housekeeping staff. Rooms, bathrooms halls, elevators, lobby work extremely clean. The staff was great, very friendly helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent and they had very good coffee. Essentially located for visiting all the sites around Gettysburg

Room was clean and comfortable. Access to Gettysburg attractions is easy from this hotel. Just don’t go for the “breakfast”. The brown colored water standing in for coffee is horrid; food consists of some weird egg things folded over with cheese sauce(?) in the middle, basic toast & make your own waffles.
