I always love staying here when I am working at the junior high school. Great workout room. They have a peleton and 2 treadmills and a full set of weights.

Staff was very friendly , pool was excellent however the lady that was over breakfast was rude and lazy , she was suppose to bring out more grits but instead she was outside smoking a cigarette.

Pool was not clean. Was hoping for kids to enjoy the weekend swimming but unfortunately pool was dirty with bugs. The morning staff had bad attitude, when requested for some bath towels, I was told that I needed to bring down the dirty towels before I can be provided clean towels. I was very disappointed with this request. I have stayed at multiple Hampton hotels, but this the first hotel I was ever asked to bring down my dirty towels. Very disappointed. I asked to speak to the manager and I was told that he wouldn’t be onsite this particular day. I asked the staff whose policy was to bring down dirty towels, apparently it was a manager named Jason Headley.

I have been staying at this hotel quite frequently in the last year and it has gone downhill in the last few visits from housekeeping issues to (only a couple) rude staff. This visit in particular our bathtub was dirty (floor of tub with black/dirty spots, dried soapy handprints on the shower walls and pink stuff in corners of shower. When housekeeping was asked to clean and exchange linens, she was very rude and said “I don’t have your room on my list but here’s some towels”. Mone that works front desk is always friendly and helpful and the lady that manages the breakfast is always sweet. Rooms and hotel in general is nice and clean (other than this visit with bathtub).

It looked like theb property was recently renovated. The room was nicely decorated the hallways well lit and fairly clean. The bathroom wasnt cleaned. The floors had chips left on them.

The front desk attendant, Alexa, was rude and completely unprofessional. Due to her own errors, she stated that our reservation would not be honored and told us it was our responsibility to resolve the issue. This was all taking place at 11:00 pm with no option of staying somewhere else. She then moved on to the next customer and was no help to me or my husband until we stated we were going to contact her management. She then stated, close to an hour later, that would try to call to see if someone knew what the issue is. Again, this was all after I said we were going to contact her management. The error was her error alone and was due to her trying to charge an incidental charge to a third party (Expedia). She told us at the beginning our card was declined when in fact it was already paid for and what was being declined was the digital/virtual payment from the third party (Expedia) of whom we booked the room through because she was over charging them. The way she spoke to us was very disrespectful, degrading, unprofessional and humiliating in front of other customers accusing us of being the cause of this error. Everybody makes mistakes and it’s not the error that is the issue. The way we were treated and the way it was handled is the issue.

The overnight receptionist, Kimberly, was awesome. Kudos to her for greeting us at 3 am like we had just driven the 10 hours we had. She made sure the room we were placed in really fit my husband’s disabilities. She was very respectful of our exhaustion. Shanay’s was equally generous, after letting us sleep late, by checking on us to see our accommodations met his needs. The desk people were great at greeting us every time we left and came back. The bed was very comfortable! I would say by sleep number standards it was a 60 to 75. My favorite is 35, but this bed was very comfy and the linens were soft and smelled fresh. Slept great during our 3 night stay. The whole room was clean. Being 76 and having only 1 leg is difficult enough without having a hard time being in a different environment and fearing further injury. The only downside we experienced was the shower seat seemed bolted too high to ground for easy transfer in the shower. Once he transferred, his good leg didn’t reach the ground and we had to stack towels so he had leverage to keep him on the seat. He also said it had a slick surface which seemed precarious so maybe prepare by bringing an alternative for those situations. The manager was really cordial as well. Not too busy to chat! Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Cheap remodel, clean but some areas of the room were outdated and need immediate attention. Breakfast, the bananas were black and my wife had a bunch of gnats swarm her when she got near them. Complete turn off to anything else in the am. I couldnt believe they would leave those out. Total failure of the breakfast staff.
