The hotel is in an excellent location. As soon as we arrived, we were given a BaselCard, which made getting around the city very easy. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The room was clean and just enough room for one person. While I would’ve preferred to be closer to the center of the city, I was able to walk with my luggage from the hotel to the train station, especially once I learned about the passage way or “Passarelle” that was filled with shops and went over the train tracks. Also, the hotel had a small bar where you could get ice!
