Great location, clean room. Kai at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The one thing that I'd like to see changed is the method in charging for parking. I parked at Times (again) and was required to move my car out and back in for every day of my stay. The hotel should allow me to leave it there, I can pay for all nights parking, and stamp my card on the last day. Must be a better procedure than moving it every day. It was quite inconvenient. Thank you.

The hotel is in serious need of a renovation. The rooms are all outdated, as well as the aircon system. The hotel also boasts having laundry machines but only has 3 machines for 10 floors of rooms and 2 machines were broken. The location is good as it nearby a lot of things but is just old old old. Rating this hotel low in hopes to correct the curve on the rating. Also since the building is so old the windows do not keep out the noise so you are awaken every morning to the sound of crows and drunk people outside every night Also there were multiple cracks in the walls of the room.

Room was great! Great location! Excellent staff! What else do you need? The only recommendation would be to ask people their next destination that way you can help everyone find the most efficient way to get their. Some of us suck at Japan 😂
