We booked a room with jetted tub for our anniversary. When we got there was informed they didn’t have one for us. I had booked a few weeks ahead. The pool was so cold you couldn’t stay in it. Our son and daughter in law got a room. We booked for Friday and Saturday. On Saturday they called my son and asking if they had decided to extend there stay cause they had somebody else booked for that room. Then got told they were marked as a no show. We will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn Express again! It was our 25th wedding anniversary and they were terrible.

Room was clean staff made several mistakes with our check in but did try their best to accomadate and fix the issues. The pool was large and never crowded but the water was freezing. Jetted tub was nice to relax in. Hotel is currently under construction and was missing several finishing touches in the rooms. I cant say i was unhappy with our stay but i wasnt happy husband says we will not be staying there again
