Parking was nut to butt...very tight. We had to park next to the charging port due to no spot available. Otherwise, the hotel and staff were awesome!!!

The staff was great, so friendly, and very helpful. I did ask about the pool and was told it was heated at 75 degrees always. That was definitely not correct. That pool was freezing. I had two kids with me and even they said it was too cold. The hot tub was great but we chose this hotel for the pool and being inside I didn't expect it to be that cold. Very disappointing but, the rest of the hotel was great. The breakfast was awesome too.

We booked a night hoping to enjoy the pool and hot tub but found out the hot tub heater was broken upon arrival. We found the pool area to be pretty chilly and didn’t last in the pool long at all. Some of the pool ladder steps were loose and the handle to our bathroom door “stuck” and was finicky. I mentioned all of these during checkout. Overall the room was comfortable, breakfast had a nice spread, and the hotel felt clean.

The hotel was so clean! Everyday there was attention to detail. The breakfast was great and coffee available all day. The fitness room was clean and all equipment ran well. The room was great. It was fairly quiet with no complaints. Only things I had hoped would be better is that the hot tub worked and the outdoor fire pit worked. Otherwise this was a great stay!

Our 4th floor room was inhabited by Japanese beetles and roaches when we arrived. She did move us to another room on request but told me they had been having bug problems the last “couple of weeks”. Apparently they still are. We would have demanded a different hotel but we were too exhausted. The 2nd room was better. We never did get enough towels for all 4 of us. We will never stay there again. Definitely not up to the brand stamdard.

We had a leaky toilet, and had to move to another room, the second room had a leaky sink, add mold in the bathroom tub area. Also, the curtain rod was rusty, and the curtain was dirty. The staff was friendly and courteous, the breakfast had a good selection, and the breakfast area was clean.

Our AC didn’t work. We moved rooms twice. They refunded us half our money which made it a little better. Water pressure and shower was excellent. Breakfast was fair. Overall we wouldn’t go back because of AC issues. Another family traveled with us and their room was also too warm.

The WiFi did not work in my room making it impossible for me to have a good experience with my online class. I specifically stayed at a hotel for the remote wifi so I would not disturb my family that I was in town visiting. I feel like I am deserving of a partial refund.

We used the pool and hot tub. We had our 3yr old grand dauhter with. The pool was warm enough to enjoy. And she sat on the steps with her feet in the hot tub. Breakfest was great Hot and cold items. Plenty of space.We had gotten a larger room for our kids to stay with us. Very spacious. Very comfortable beds and pillows.Good price. I would do it again.

Overall this hotel is fantastic - if you need two separate sleeping rooms when you travel, then this hotel is almost perfect. It is spacious and clean and the breakfast is very good. The only suggestion I have if you are planning on utilizing the fold out couch as a sleeping option, this bed was the worst sofa beds I have ever tried to sleep on. A $30 blow up mattress on top of that did the trick.

Really very nice all around. Checked in 2.5 hours early no problem. Staff delightful. Parking easy. Building easy to find. Spacious room. Lovely pool and Soaking Tub. Very comfy beds. Incredible shower water pressure! No noise in the halls or through the walls. Very nice breakfast. Cons: Pull out is the old fashion type. Coffee in room was awful.

The check in was quick and easy. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. Our family had some room to spread out a bit and that was nice. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The complementary breakfast was very good as well. The food was hot and they had plenty of variety. Everyone ate well before ventuing out for the day. The hotel was conveniently located right off of the interstate. There were restaurants and gas stations within walking distance. However- even though our room overlooked the parking lot- the rooms were quiet and had nice room darkening shades.

Check in was supposed to be at 4pm (almost all other hotels it is 3pm) but our room was still not ready until 4:30. We had to sit and wait in the lobby for 30 minutes - unacceptable. Also only 1 ice machine in the entire hotel was working. I had to go to 3 different floors to find one. I won't be back.

The room was just right for us and our needs. It was very clean and tiday when we checked in. The staff at check-in was outstanding. We ended up staying another night and she helped us get that night at a good cost. All of the staff were just so friendly and yet professional. I'd give our stay at the Holiday Inn Express an A+.

The morning after our first night my girlfriend took a shower. Come to find out the shower curtain was mounted too high. The floor ended up with about an inch of water on it. We let the on-site manager know of the issue and she said it would be taken care of. We left for the day and returned at roughly 5pm. Nothing had been done. We went to the manger for the reason and ended up in a verbal agreement at the front desk. They did send two ladies to the room to clean and the manager and cleaning crew manager came to the room and another verbal fight started. This was completely unacceptable.

Stay was ok. Room was ok, there was a leak under the sink so that was kinda annoying. When checking in, I arrived late but no one was at the desk for about a good 10mins, so me and my kids had to wait which was a hassle. Room service tried to get in my room a few times without even announcing who they was. Overall I would probably stay at a different location next time

We rented and paid for a King size bed but were told they didn't have any. We were given queen size beds which are cheaper to rent and not what we had already paid for. We were charged also for both nights we had already paid for. The girl told me it would come off our account but it didn't till five days later. The hotel was nice and the breakfast was great but our check in experience was not so great. It was supposed to be taken care before we got up the next morning but it wasn't. No one called and said anything to us. I guess it was just a fluke in the system but it could have been a costly fluke for us. We have stayed at another hotel in Johnson City and we'll probably stay there next time so we won't have to go thru this distress again.

I had to wait in the lobby for an hour and forty minutes before I could check in because my room was not clean yet. I know the policy is checkin is 4:00 pm but I didn’t get into my room until 5:35.

Great hotel, located near Interstate 26 with easy access to Johnson City and the surrounding area. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed visiting family and doing some hiking along the Appalachian Trail. I have stayed here before when visiting the Johnson City area, and will stay here on my next visit.

The hotel is newer with all the essential amenities including an indoor pool. The breakfast was excellent including a push-button pancake machine for easy make pancakes and the hotel service is Excellent even with unfavorable weather even during a snow storm. The hotel is close to airport and several restaurants. It has all you need to enjoy a stay.

The location was great, close to the testing center to take the NCLEX! Breakfast was yummy, with plenty of options! The room was relaxing, quiet and very clean! Not to mention there was shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower!

There was nothing to dislike it was the cleanest hotel we have stayed in a long time the host was great at check in plus out. Our room was fresh smelling with a clean smell. Love it that they only allow service dogs only which is awesome. Breakfast needs some work as they only had skim milk to drink also need 2%or whole milk also , plus the juices wat luke warm . All food from a inspection point would have been tossed due to serving temps were not at the correct temp. Other than that the property was very clean . Work on the breakfast put more options in for the price that is charged for the room.
