Staff looked liked they literally just rolled out of bed, the housekeepers 3 young children were running riot and using the stairs and corridor as a play ground, this place is NOT a hotel but more like a hostel! Every bit of furniture in the room especially the wardrobes are broken in some way and there was hair still in the shower. They ask you to pay for extra pillows and also to replenish the complimentary tea and coffee of which you only 1 of.. 1 tea 1 coffee 1 sugar 1 milk. The rooms are very dated and dirty and beds as hard as nails with only top sheets NO MATTRESS PROTECTION, and you also need to pay £100 AFTER booking for a security deposit which takes up to 14 working days to be reimbursed. very disappointed and would definitely NEVER stay again.

Stayed 1 night

I only booked this hotel because of the free parking. We were only there for one night. Awful beds. Awful smell as soon as you walk in to the reception. The room was small cramped with one single bed and a small double bed. It was hot and stuffy. The curtains were torn and dirty. Overall a not nice room not cosy at all. Just wanted to get out. At one point I almost booked another hotel room but as it was past midnight I just had to bear with it and get on with it. I was going to be in that room for around 8 hours. I would not recommend this place. I checked out as quickly as I could. And the £100 deposit that is bang out of order. I mean which other hotels ask for a £100?! Lots of other and better places around London to book. This hotel has nothing to offer.
