Good price, and facilities are in good condition. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was not that large, but it was enough for us. The location is safe and quiet, and about 10-15 minutes from downtown Madison. The breakfast had a good mix of choices - a few hot items, some fruit, yogurt, cereal, etc. The swimming pool was fairly large, with two basketball hoops and an inflatable ball. There was also a hot tub.

Hot tub and pool area is nice but need more balls for the basketball so more people can play and not hog it. Breakfast was good for hotel breakfast but on Monday morning since less people they didn’t have much even with an hour left. Otherwise nice place.

Stayed for 2 nights. Everyone was accommodating. Sitting out on the patio was nice. Which it included 3 gas grills and 1 small charcoal grill. Breakfest was good. Waffles, sandwiches, cereal, muffins, yogurt and juices and coffee. Only complaint with breakfest is id like to of had more healthier options. We will stay again for sure.

The room was nice, the bathroom was spacious. Beds were great, very firm. Wifi was good and had zero issues. They offer a marketplace at the front desk with complimentary bottled water, and the ability to put a card on file and purchase drinks and snacks 24/7, which we found very convenient. The pool and hot tub area was nice, pool was even warmer than most we go to. The pool also had a variety of balls and basketball hoops that were in great condition. Only drawback was that it's very echo-y and loud with children in it, though that's pretty standard in pool areas. The continental breakfast was very very good as well, probably the best one I've found in many years. The only room deficiency was that I booked Queen size beds, and the beds in our room were absolutely not Queen size, they were full size at best. They were still very comfortable, just tight if you're trying to fit two to a bed.

Hot tub down all night due to out of control kids apparently hitting the energy shut off earlier and front desk made aware and was told they could not reset and maint would have to fix in the morning. Even when we were in the pool area group of 8 unsupervised kids under 7-12 years old running unsupervised causing trouble.. Bad experience for any family in that pool area

This is a very well maintained hotel. The room was very clean, the bathroom was nice. The front desk person was so friendly and gave us a perfect room for letting our dog outside without having to go thru the lobby. So helpful, knowing not everyone likes dogs like we do. Would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel was expensive for the quality of the experience. The bed was comfy and the shower was good for both heat and water pressure. However, the desk in our room had a big sticky spot, and there were hangers hanging on the back of the bathroom door, which suggests some corners were cut during housekeeping. The stairs to the second floor also had debris on the carpet. The breakfast was not appetizing and my husband described the biscuits and gravy as being like gray silly putty. We chose this hotel because of its over 9 rating on Expedia, but after staying there, that rating seems inflated. It was fine but I would choose a different hotel the next time we pass through Madison.

We stayed four nights.The rooms are a bit small and some need for minor repairs but nothing major. The hotel was quiet and staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub appeared well maintained. The free breakfast was minimalistic but still a nice feature.

Beds were super comfy. Room was quiet at night. Fridge and microwave came in handy. Array of snack items available in lobby impressive. We did not realize there was no daily maid service, but got fresh towels from front on demand. Breakfast was hotel standard - good eggs! Did not use pool but son said hot tub looked unclean. We came to Madison for our son’s graduation from UW and preferred to be 20 mins out of town. Toby’s Supper Club is near and was handy for post ceremony dinner without reservations!

The Sleep Inn in Madison is the nicest hotel I have stayed in years Loved the modern decor and the nicest bathrooms I have seen. Spotlessly clean and comfortable relaxing room I wish there were more around this area Will definitely be returning and lastly a great value for the remarkable quality.

When I first walked in I had to wait to be assisted - the check in staff was to busy on her phone and watching movies on her IPAD. Not impressed at all. No real geeeting. The check in was rushed. No real time for questions. The next issue...the tub did not drain. I stood in 4 inches of water. I felt disgusting. The final issue and biggest - we couldnt sleep because of the door slamming the doors dont close gently. They slam. All night long. On eithet side of us that is all we heard. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. I had hip surgery today and i didnt get to sleep.

The hotel itself is fine, but we had no WiFi access during our stay. I called the front desk and waited about 5 minutes to speak with someone. She told me it was an internet company issue and that she couldn’t help. I then called the internet company’s helpline, and they told me the hotel could give me the passcode. I called the front desk again, but they said they didn’t have it because the internet company had changed it in the middle of the week.

This was my second stay here. The employees are top notch. The beds are so comfy I would love one at home! My neighbors were getting very loud and horrible language. I called the office and within 3 min I never heard another sound. Kudos!! I will definitely return when in the area. Thank you!

I would definitely stay again. The room was great! Clean, and comfortable. Upon arriving I was checked in by a women who just was not friendly. She had her thing she says for everyone and you could tell she was less than thrilled to be working. She wasn’t mean- just wasn’t nice either. My only complaint is that it would have been nice to have someone friendly to welcome guests.

The location is a little out of the way and there is nothing within walking distance. The room was nice and the staff was helpful. There was a problem adjusting the temperature in the room. I notified the front desk, not expecting any fix on a Sunday, and was surprised to find a new heating/AC unit installed in the room when I returned later that day! They seemed to want to do everything to make our stay enjoyable.

The front desk service was efficient and friendly. Our room was clean and well-equipped with towels, etc, though they have the policy that unless you stay more than 3 days they do not come and clean or restock unless you ask. Great workout room with free weights as well; TV about 50 inch screen. Strangely, no fan in the bathroom, maybe because it is an older yet renovated hotel. Only down side, as mentioned in reviews, there is NO fresh or freshly cooked food at breakfast except for bananas or apples. Everything packaged, from muffins to Egg McMuffin type sandwich.
