The pool was very cloudy, you couldn't see your feet in the 4ft deep section. We made everyone get out and shower off since the chemicals were obviously very off. The extra pillow and sheet in our room smelled very strongly of skunk.

The facility has under gone a recent renovation. The lobby is still being finished but the staff continued to be very efficient. The property appeared to be safe and well cared for on the exterior and interior of the facility. I enjoyed the indoor pool and exercise room. Morning breakfast was a typical offering of motels but was very fresh and well protected from contamination. Rooms were clean, quiet, spacious and very comfortable. A wonderful two night stay.

Not enough parking. Was going to pool Sunday morning and it was closed for cleaning. Guest found a dead mouse/ rat in pool. Reason I booked hotel was for indoor pool and we didn’t get to use it. Hotel is overpriced for what you get. Should t be more than 120 a night. Not a typical spring hill hotel like I’ve visited before

Overall it's a decent place. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff needs to pay attention to details. The shower head was covered in pink slime mold. I let the front desk know and she put it on a list of things to be addressed. My only other compliant is the cheap and rough single ply toilet paper. I would expect that from a bargain hotel not Marriott.

The hotel lobby is very clean and smells wonderful. The staff was very nice and when I had an issue with a light it was fixed immediately. The room smelled musty and the air conditioning made it smell even worse. There was some mold-like stuff in the corners of the shower. The breakfast was more than enough for anyone and the area was kept super clean. A lot of choices from fruit to yogurt to cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, breakfast sandwiches, waffles. Would I stay again? Maybe.

I love Springhill Suites, but this property was a little run down. Our shower had pink mildew in the tub and also the shower curtain. Besides that, the room was super clean. It was disappointing to know that the hotel that I expect to be great was not.

We got checked in and the lady at the front desk was so nice! Got to our room and my son took a shower to find out the shower doesn’t drain! It was clogged. He had 5 inches of standing water. I called to get someone to repair it or get a new room. They only had king rooms available and I specifically reserved this double bed room because my 17 year old son wouldn’t want to share a bed. She suggested the pull out couch, but we all know how terribly uncomfortable those are! We are in town for a sporting event and he needs to be able to rest well. The maintenance man had left for the day (around 4) and there was no way for them to get into the maintenance room. The only other solution is to not use the shower till he comes back to work the next day around 9am. Disappointed that I paid this much for a hotel room to have the shower not drain. 3 hours later the water drained but now the shower floor is disgusting with who knows hair all over the bottom.

It’s def one of the smaller rooms we ever stayed at. Super small bathroom area- it was cramped in there . Terrible smell in the toilet/ shower area. The bacon at breakfast was everything but crispy. Breakfast just didn’t look very appealing. Even the kids skipped it. The room was clean. And staff was friendly

Spaces in the hotel feel a little small and tight, but clean and mostly comfortable. Breakfast was good and personnel were very welcoming. It felt like I was staying downtown in a boutique hotel in some ways. The furniture was great and stylish, except for my mattress. It was very worn out and misshaped. The window curtains only had the heavy privacy piece, not multiple layers. I was very happy with the bathroom and study areas. This hotel is set back off the road just enough not to get any loud noise at night. Some others in the area are close to the interstate or heavy traffic highways and you can hear them at night.

Check in was fine and gentleman who did it was very nice. From there things did not go well. When I returned to my room for the second night, I found the room had not been cleaned. The guy at the desk said "I needed to request it" - never mentioned when I checked in. I asked them to clean my room and fresh towels - came back the next night and again not cleaned. And the next night the room was not cleaned. Really disappointed!!!!!

The staff and management were extremely helpful and accommodating especially the two lovely front desk ladies.They went above and beyond what I have seen even the Hilton chain do, in all my experience traveling. The facility was neat and tidy. The rooms were spacious and clean. There was a relatively large free breakfast as well, which remained well stocked. I will absolutely be booking here again!

Check in lady was rude, breakfast was crowded- no high chairs, no food, refused to make anymore. Our room lock was broke so the door wouldn’t close unless we held in the deadbolt. Surprising for a Marriot. Won’t be back.

The front desk staff were unprofessional and had terrible attitudes (two separate women and shifts). I didn’t have any specific problems to address but every interaction with them was like I was imposing on their personal lives. One was annoyed with being asked a question while she was texting on her phone. The other one wouldn’t even acknowledge any guests while she sat there talking to her family visitor and they talked about their family drama. The room was clean and comfortable with a great layout. The lights were broken in the sitting area so it was very dark.

Near Hanes mall, across from Target and near many stores. Staff friendly. We stayed their last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and check in was easy despite last minute nature. Breakfast is pretty decent looking- nice options, though we didn’t use this due to other plans already made. Public spaces are nice and lovely pine trees outside of room window. Hotel quiet even though the room doors are quite heavy and kind of slam shut. We stayed in room 321. It smelled moldy and the smell was from the AC. Due to last minute nature of stay, and full hotel, we didn’t even bother trying to get it solved but let management know afterward. They need to clean this room’s AC unit. Also, I think the hotel may have the thermostats set to not run in the night? Or maybe just our room really was having issues. Bed was a bit soft but room was easily darkened and we were tired, so slept well.

The hotel and room are very clean. The beds and pillows were wonderful. We were not able to enjoy the continental breakfast because we had to leave by 5am. It would have been nice to grab a coffee on the way out but it was not prepared yet.

Overall, it was ok. Quiet, rooms were spacious. However, breakfast and amenities just not what I would expect from Marriott. I will not waste my money on Spring Hill Suites in the future. The breakfast was anemic and lacking. These criticisms aren’t specific for this location. We stayed in one in Chattanooga and, unfortunately, had very similar experience
