Hotel seemed nice overall. Room was small and quite tired but seemed clean. The downside was the bed it was the most uncomfortable bed I have stayed in in a hotel and the one pillow was so hard and lumpy we both had a really bad sleep. Did not use the restaurant or leisure facilities so cannot comment on these. Because of the bed alone I would not return unfortunately.

We stayed in the hotel for a long bank holiday weekend. I thought the price was excellent for the level of comfort and luxury that you receive. I booked a room with two double beds for myself and my parents. The room was spacious and generally clean, but could do with more frequent room servicing. The rooms are serviced every three days which was the entire duration of my stay. Perhaps every second day might be better just to get some fresh towels, cups and a little bit of a clean. But otherwise the property is in good condition. You pay about £12 per person per day for breakfast which is fair, the breakfast buffet is decent. For vegetarians, vegetarian sausages are available but this is not mentioned, we only knew because we asked. It might be worth mentioning somewhere in the restaurant so that vegetarians are aware. Porridge is also available but must be ordered separately, it is not in the buffet. The leisure and gym facilities are excellent and are included in your price. There is plenty of parking. But an EV charger would be a bonus for those travelling from afar. The area is quiet and green. There is a golf course, which we didn’t use, but offers nice walks as well for those who don’t golf. Finally, the spa treatments are offered separately but are extremely fairly priced, and the stuff they are super friendly and nice. The quality of the treatments are excellent and I would recommend anyone staying in the hotel to get at least one. Overall would recommend.
