Our stay was absolutely fine, and the hotel has an excellent location for the city centre. I would especially like to praise Dinesh Kapila, who helped me with arranging the parking and changing rooms. He was extremely kind, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Thank you for the great service!

We had get lift then walk 2 fight stairs and I am disabled the room was ment be on the best I booked it lamps not working cant shower as roof to low sid bath rotten and it was like sleeping in box but was lovely breckfast.... no room service for food

Best thing about the stay was the breakfast which was well cooked and a generous portion. Unfortunately the room was disappointing, bed was uncomfortable, sheets were stained and the bathroom had no frosted glass or blinds, just a thin curtain, despite looking onto the main room. Lift was not working so required to walk up a large staircase and restaurant options were disappointing. Building seems nice but has not been well maintained sadly.
