We stayed there in March 2024. Absolutely amazing high-end luxury resort with very friendly and service minded staff. Shopping mall (Bluport) with restaurants just across the street – and larger shopping mall with many restaurants (Market Village) just 15 min walk from resort. Wonderful large pool area with plenty of pool chairs and direct access to the great beach. Excellent dining opportunities in several restaurants. Amazing top of the class breakfast buffet in the Pirom restaurant with an enormous selection of European, American, Thai and Chinese dishes. In general, the friendliness and level of service of the staff at this resort is world class – but I have to pay special tribute to the staff at Pirom, and especially Mew and Nan, who took it to the next level – thank you for a great experience.

However it seems that level of standard has been dropped when compare to our previous visited such as there were a lots of mosquitoes in the room and not well prepared for pool side bed (it was still wet and covered). Lack of staffs around the main pool. On the positive side, staffs were friendly and helpful.

Intercontinental Hua Hin The hotel is rather medium size cozy hotel. The garden and the pool area is excellent with fine clear waters and a nice pool bar. The whole personnel are nice, warm and friendly and very helpful. The service was excellent and the breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. The room is large and very functional with a nice balcony with garden and sea view. There were several dining restaurants but their quality did not meet our expectations. There is a big shopping center in front of the hotel. Drawback: The sea water is very dirty and polluted, but this concerns the whole coastline and is thus not a single hotel’s problem. Another small thing is that going from building 3 to the pool one must walk through the reception.

Thank you for the upgrade. Good care of the Chef upon breakfast who offered a specific avocado poached eggs toast. Breakfast is impressive. Many swimming pools. Direct access to Bluport Mall, very convenient. Overall great stay.

Absolutely amazing hotel which is stylish and polished yet not stuffy. Our room was gorgeous, the breakfast catered for every taste and was superb, the pool and facilities were top class; We ate in the hotel restaurants almost every night as it was the best and could not be faulted! Our son had Bao bun every night as they were so good. The dine in package is so worth it! The staff were all super friendly and helpful and got to know us really well. The location in central Hua Hin was great. The beach was stunning for all the family and having the Bluport Mall just next door was really nice if you wanted to go for a coffee or drink outside the hotel as well as a browse around the shops. When you are around the pool and facing the beach you would think you were on a private island as it is so peaceful and the gardens done realy nicely. Super realxing. We have stayed in top hotels all over the world and this was just perfect. Well done to the whole team as you made our family holiday a wonderful one and we cannot fault it.

Disappointing experience as we were in a middle of construction and not able to use all hotel amenities. However, we’re charged premium and never offered any apologies. Room was not ready at the time of check in, sea view actually had only very tiny view of the sea.

The staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and do their best to make your holiday memorable. We celebrated an anniversary and the staff gave us cake, rose petals in hearts on the bed and generally created a special event. We stayed in the club rooms (6303) which was huge and we could see the ocean which was lovely. There was no wet smell in the room from air con so that was great. The room had everything we need and a nice outdoor balcony with a day bed. Big screen tv and you can log in to Netflix. Lots of good tv options. Room service is 24 hours too. The club lounge is nice but food wasn’t to my liking however drinks and service were excellent and the lounge offers multiple meals such as breakfast, afternoon tea and evening food. I’d avoid the avocado on toast (a very poor unloved dish) and be careful of how long the food may be left out. But overall a really nice upgrade. The pool area is fantastic and right on the beach but the water was too cold to swim at this time of year unfortunately. Lots of sun beds, swim up pool bar and music. The train provides a fun aspect for kids and the hotel is probably more skewed to adults than kids but still a great place for families. Check in / out was easy and it’s central. You can walk across the road to a shopping centre for food or massages and money exchange. Transport is easy and there’s lots of markets and good restaurants nearby. Overall we had a fantastic 6 days here and I’d recommend the hotel and staff.

The highlight of our stay was the beautiful pool area, which was very relaxed, with a lovely view of the sea. The staff was amazing and helpful--especially Som and Arm at the front desk, and Riley, the manager of the Italian restaurant Azure, where we dined twice during our weekend stay. Breakfast was great, with a huge array of food. A very relaxing trip.

Amazing views, super convenient as they also have a shopping mall nearby. The pool area is clean, room is nice. Only thing I’d recommend to improve on is the phone doesn’t seems to work when we tried to call room service. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of selection, staff are really helpful. We will definitely come back again. Family and couple friendly hotel. Oh! They are pet friendly too with a dog swimming pool!

Stayed for 3 nights. Wonderful experience. The hotel has nice ambience and is near the beach. The room is spacious, clean and comfy. There are also nice in-house restaurants. The pool area and hotel facilities are all nicely done up and well maintained. Great place to chill. The staff also provided good and friendly service. Enjoyed my stay throughly. Highly recommended.

They try to accommodate the European tourists in the neighboring building which is directly on the street and not on the beach so you have the noise of the street when you complain if you are always friendly but the aim is not to help... but further around it by the nose lead… so I changed rooms three times…

Absolutely amazing hotel which is stylish and polished yet not stuffy. Our room was gorgeous, the breakfast catered for every taste and was superb, the pool and facilities were top class; We ate in the hotel restaurants almost every night as it was the best and could not be faulted! Our son had Bao bun every night as they were so good. The dine in package is so worth it! The staff were all super friendly and helpful and got to know us really well. The location in central Hua Hin was great. The beach was stunning for all the family and having the Bluport Mall just next door was really nice if you wanted to go for a coffee or drink outside the hotel as well as a browse around the shops. When you are around the pool and facing the beach you would think you were on a private island as it is so peaceful and the gardens done realy nicely. Super realxing. We have stayed in top hotels all over the world and this was just perfect. Well done to the whole team as you made our family holiday a wonderful one and we cannot fault it.

리조트의 시설과 서비스 모두 훌륭합니다. 특히 프론트의 응대는 매우 친절하고 원하는 것을 최대한 수용합니다. 2시간 늦은 체크아웃을 해주었고 체크 아웃 후 짐보관 요청을 따로 하지 않아도 로비의 직원이 가족들에게 먼저 다가와 짐보관을 해주었습니다. 수영장의 시설과 해변은 놀기 좋고 조식은 맛있고 신선합니다. 특히 수영장의 야경이 멋지고 바다는 깨끗합니다. 다음 후아힌 여행시 다시 찾고 싶습니다.

Staff had excellent service mindset. Breakfast seemed to be understaffed constantly and the food was never enough and had a long wait time to be refilled. Room condition isn't superb and quit dated.

The highlight of our stay was the beautiful pool area, which was very relaxed, with a lovely view of the sea. The staff was amazing and helpful--especially Som and Arm at the front desk, and Riley, the manager of the Italian restaurant Azure, where we dined twice during our weekend stay. Breakfast was great, with a huge array of food. A very relaxing trip.
