We were here for a wrestling tournament so it was very busy. The booked our room for 5 people but max occupancy was 4 and then couldn’t put us in a different room, but staff said my daughter could sleep on the floor! The pool was terribly small and packed, and there was no ventilation. The chlorine fumes were so horrendous our throats and eyes were on fire. Our room was pretty small but was ok. Bathroom was decent but door didn’t lock and had no fan, and the bottom of the shower was stained with black feet prints. The desk was understaffed typically, and they never had enough stuff. They were always out of towels, pillows, blankets, etc. it was ridiculous. The noise level in the hallways was crazy that we could hear inside our rooms and it was all night long. Staff did nothing to help.

The location is quiet, luxurious and was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and the breakfast service was excellent, it was constantly attended to and provided a great variety of quality foods for a very reasonable time window. The two women who made sure the breakfast area was clean, well stocked and continuously operated deserve recognition for their obvious dedication to making sure everything was attended to. We enjoyed the clean and well maintained pool, the scenic views of the golf course and the convenient location close to restaurants and stores. We traveled into Johnstown for an event at the Arena and had an easy drive back and forth between locations. The staff was polite and helpful despite having many guests to attend to.

The Hotel sits directly on the Chestnut Ridge Golf Course. Beautiful views. Adjoining restaurant and facilities are a plus. Staff was superb. Great breakfast. One of the best Hilton locations I have stayed at. Thank You.

My family and I rented 4 rooms while we were in town. We all enjoyed our rooms. The pool didn't have a hot tub like I thought it did, but the heated pool was nice. The morning breakfast was super, but all in all a good experience.

They serve a nice hot breakfast with fresh coffee. The lady working in the breakfast area was very friendly and did a good job keeping up with a very busy area. The accent chairs are definitely in need of a good cleaning! The room was certainly clean, but the appointments were much less than what we expected at this price point. The mattress was an uncomfortable innerspring model, and the TV faced the middle of the room, so it couldn't easily be watched from the bed or the sofa. We practically sank to the floor when we sat on the sofa that looked like it had been there since the 90's.

We were greated warmly by staff upon arrival. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Loved that it was a large walkin shower and not a tub/shower. The vanity was spacioys enough for us to spead out. Loved the large mirror on outside the closet. Enty of outlets to plug in power strips for charging. Brwakfadt was outstanding. Was well stocked with lots of options. Eggs, breakfast potatoes and meat. We had 2 kinds of waffles and waffle irons. Plenty of bread choices and cereals. We also had yogurt and fresh fruit. Coffee and hot water for tea available all day. We should have, but didn't have breakfast on the back patio, overlooking the gf course. It was beautiful out there.

The room was spacious and clean. I had a couple of issues when I first got there but they took care of them right away. Nothing big deal. The breakfast included was good. Anything I didn’t like was just my preference and not worth mentioning. I’ll stay there again. . The staff was helpful and nice.

All and all. The hotel was very clean. Our blow dryer not so clean. It was sticky. And didn’t work. We had to have them bring another one. The bed was very old. It had no support. But cleanliness was a huge plus for our stay.

The service was great, the hotel and room were clean and very nice. My only complaint was the bed. We had a king bed in room 304. We have stayed before and never felt this uncomfortable. The mattress was terrible. My husband and I tossed and turned and barely slept. We ended up just getting up and leaving at 7am instead of our planned checkout because it was so uncomfortable. I was very disappointed because like I said we have stayed at this location and others in a king bed and it wasn’t like this. I don’t know if it just needs replaced or these are your new mattresses I’m hoping it’s the first and just needs to be replaced because it was horrible.

My husband and I had to make a last minute trip from Mass to Pennsylvania and bring our boxer who weighs in at about 100 lb. We were nervous never done a pet friendly before the staff was so kind friendly helpful they made you feel welcomed and I recommend it to anybody. Only drawback the mattresses need to be replaced in our room at least everything was clean but they are starting to droop in the middle other than that it was wonderful and we notified the woman at the desk and she was wonderful about it saying thank you for letting us know we need to know these things so we totally recommend this place to anybody pet friendly or otherwise beautiful grounds, outstanding.

There was a wedding staying at the same time and they put us in a room on same floor with them. Both nights we were there there was maybe 50 people out talking yelling and playing loud music till after midnight. Hotel would not take care of the problem.

Only thing that was good about this place was the breakfast in the morning and the views of the mountains. When we got there to check in after 3.5 hours of driving with 3 kids( one being an infant) we just wanted to go to sleep. It was 1030pm. We unpacked the room and were about to go to sleep. Then we found a bug in the bathroom. We google images searched it because we didn’t know what it was. Turns out it was a BED BUG. Went downstairs and they moved our room and we had to now pack all up again and move to another room. Now we didn’t go to bed until after midnight with a 10 month old baby. Next day the manager calls, extremely rude and unprofessional. Stating they did not find anything and then once I showed them the picture she accused me of bringing it in! Then told me I could have my money back and move to another hotel, not easy with 3 kids and the fact I had to stay in town for the next 3 days. Said she would only charge us half for the first day. But insisted they did not see anything in there. Even though I had pictures.. and told the staff they could come look but she was the only one on staff that night and couldn’t leave the desk. Great fine whatever so we stayed and dealt with it. Then while getting ready to checkout noticed the housekeeping cart and was highlighted and said “Our room# - clean last, bag up everything and put immediately in dryer” so if they didn’t find anything then why do that? Absolutely horrible stay, and even worse management.

Paid for a late check out ( until 1:00 pm) of $22.50 for two rooms and our keys were disabled at 11:30 am. I wouldn't think we had to go back down to the front desk to have them re-enable our keys. A little inconvenient being we were on the 5th floor.

Lady at the front desk was very condescending. We asked a question about why there was a $50 fee added to our stay compared with the on-line price, and because she didn't know the answer tried to. Make us look foolish. I won't be back

Overall the stay was wonderful. Hotel, room, bathroom and grounds were all very clean. Room temperature was comfortable. The breakfast and breakfast staff were amazing! I even enjoyed the hotel coffee. We booked through hotels.com which was not a problem. Upon checking in, we had to give a credit card for incidentals- again no issue as I know this is custom. However, upon checking out, there was a problem with our “portfolio”. Hotels.com used a virtual card to secure our room, and I used my personal credit card. They could not merge the “portfolios” on their end and refused to allow us to leave. The process to leave was very taxing, and put us behind schedule on our trip.

I needed to go to Indiana for a day. All the hotels in Indiana itself weren't available for a two-night stay, and I trust the brand so much that I didn't mind a ten-minute drive to get into town. Not only that, I liked that shopping and restaurants and gas stations are close, so once my business was done I could relax and be comfortable at the Blairsville location.

The town of Blairsville is ok but this gem of a hotel on the edge of town IS something to write home about! We had no idea it sat adjacent to an 18 hole golf course with a restaurant and bar. The hotel is great. The surrounding area…eh. Clean, comfortable, safe, nice breakfast, friendly staff. I’d stay again…if I’m ever in Blairsville again
