I wasn't told about the construction/demolition going on which compromised the elevator. Had to be escorted by staff to use the elevator. Very inconvenient. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was awesome after stepping through noisy construction zone going on all around lobby. I mean REALLY!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. What I didn’t like was that it was going through construction and elevators were not working so you had to be calling for assistance. It was not mentioned when I was booking about the construction going on or I would’ve not stayed there no elevator was a hassle!!

We have stayed at this place before with no issues. Staff super friendly and accommodating. However, the elevator was broken our entire stay. Staff would have to take you up and down when you arrived or needed to leave. Stairs were available but with luggage, that was an issue. But other than that, everyone was extremely nice.

I did not like how the hot tub did not work and it was still on the amenities list. The staff sold it to me when I walked in like they didn’t know it was broken. Later when we changed our evening plans to get back to the hot tub before it closed and we walked in and it was colder than the pool. The lady at the front when I complained told me that it’s been broke for weeks and they have no plans on repairing it.

The area around the property was cluttered with trash and the freeway noise was loud all night long. The room was dirty and I question whether the sheets were clean, there was no writing paper or pen, the TV control was so filthy I used three Clorox wipes to clean it and they were all black with I do not know what it was, the floor in the bathroom area was very dirty the bottom of my feet were brown with dirt. I had to put a towel on the floor to walk on. The worst part was the booger on the bathroom wall. You need to hire people that care about their job.

I checked in on Saturday afternoon Jan. 20th around 1pm, received my key card and immediately left for TCU. Upon returning to the hotel later that evening and entering my room a large cockroach crawled out of the bathroom. I covered it with a towel and stopped on it. I called the front desk and advised of tthe situation and asked to be moved to a different room and was told they were booked and unable to do so. I asked for a manager and was told they were not in till Monday and they would have them contact me then. Its now 9:50pm and i have not yet received a call. I didn't even feel comfortable enough to unpack my clothes of shower there.

Room was really clean but the A/C was loud enough to wake the dead. Hotel under construction but there were very little noise. Breakfast area was really nice and breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Before I booked my stay, the picture that was posted showed a suite. However, that is not the kind of room I got. I was very disappointed. It would be helpful to have a picture when booking a room, to see exactly what you have booked. Had I known I would not have a suite, I would not have booked a room. The air-conditioning was very loud and ran all night. I had trouble sleeping. If I raised the temperature, it still ran all night. The check in staff were just cordial The night staff were very helpful and were very cheerful. She (I can't remember her name) but she went out of her way to help me. The coffee set up in the room did not have regular cream - only packaged powder The soap in the shower was less than effective in cleanliness. The breakfast was disappointing. I was hoping for a better selection (more protein). Coffee was just satisfactory. I was disappointed they did not have regular cream, but only offered coffee mate

I've stayed at Hampton Inns all across the country, and this one is so noisy. The windows that separate you from the freeway are cheap single-pane, so you will not sleep well. I've stayed at other Hampton Inn's next to the freeway and their windows are much better. The front desk people never smile and look like they hate working there. The bath towels are extremely small.

I got stuck in the area because of the great freeze of 2023. Couldn't extend my stay at my first hotel, didn't want to risk the roads too much either. I'm from the area, so I know the reputation of Forest Hill/S. Ft. Worth. Nevertheless, desperation to move further south and the fact that the listing stated the rooms at least had mini fridges sent me off to this location. With so much dining shut down because of the weather, I really needed a fridge to store food, but there wasn't one in my room. The TV & cable set up was shanty at best, the location was definitely dated, but nice enough. Bed was comfy. They did a great job with breakfast- more than I expected with the weather, and the place has a decent little gym. Noisy next room & hall neighbors made the evening and morning less than restful, and the place was booked. So, no room change allowed. Left a day early.

The room was spacious and clean. Rm125 was across from the pool and next to the back door so it was not quiet at times. The breakfast was everything you could ask for and fresh cooked by staff.

I reserved a room and pre-paid for it. I was informed that the hotel was being remodeled and did not have a working elevator when I arrived at the hotel NOT before. The person at the front desk could not accomadate us. We were expected to go up 3 flights (floors) of stairs with our luggage. Some of the people with me could not walk up the stairs. So we were NOT able to stay at the hotel. And the hotel would NOT refund me my money.

Nice hotel for the value. Only issue was hotel was paid for in full thru Expedia and upon check out was charged again for the room. When calling hotel spoke to Vanessa who was no help and told me to call Expedia. After half hour chatting with Expedia they spoke to Vanessa who On the next business day process the refund. With the exception of being hung up on by Vanessa everything else was fine.

Despite the renovation going on, we rialto lived our stay. Octavia, front desk staff member, made our day. After our 12 hour drive cross country, she was a joy to meet. She is a natural and laughter was shared easily as we checked in. The renovations are ongoing as the Hilton steps in to the Hampton, but ask services continue and our room was excellent in every way. We would definitely return to this hotel.

From the check in to I checked out was awful. The young man checked another person in my room. The room had a lamp that was torn Came back later on and the young lady told me she had it under control but didn’t because the room was under someone else name. This was the worst stay. I will not be back

I personally really liked this hotel and the staff. My boyfriend and I only stayed here for one night but had previously booked a different hotel that was in very poor condition. When I called in a rush and a despite time the staff was very understanding and accommodated us with our needs for the night.

We arrived at the hotel anxious to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from TCU. My reservation had been made in December so I expected no problems. Imagine my surprise when the front desk agent informed me my check in date was not for two more days. I showed her my confirmation and she told me I would need to call Expedia. I did just that. Expedia called the hotel and she hung up on him and told me there was nothing on her end she would do to help me. She retreated to the back office while I was still asking questions. Once again I contacted Expedia, but this time my husband got involved. Long story shorted, almost an hour and a half later it got worked out. This hotel’s front desk is absolutely horrible. The breakfast is awful. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The other highlight was the two police cars and the man being questioned in the parking lot. The guy who walked the hallways and elevators cursing was interesting too. If my room was non refundable, we would have left immediately. Never again will I make that mistake.

Good stay. Our commode was broken. We literally had to take the back off to manually flush it every time. Asked for a manager to call us after checking out to see what we could do. I mean I’m pretty sure that is not the way it works. But not call. Charged full price.

Overall, I will rate this property a 3 star. Not sure what made others rate I more highly which is what led me here. The lobby smelled strongly like smoke throughout our stay. It smelled like marijuana when we first arrived. Once we saw the area the property is located in, we understood. Right off interstate 20 and lots of convenient stores, the area lends itself to sketchy people. Unfortunately, we were very surprised by the reviews online versus the actual property when we arrived. Also, the room we stayed in was outdated and the furniture was peeling. Finally, we could smell some of the lobby smoke smell from our room right above the lobby.

The price was so good that I was surprised at the excellence of the hotel. It's very convenient to Fort Worth and to Burleson Texas. This hotel was clean and had the friendliest staff. They have a pool and a hot tub and is open all day and until midnight, so you can probably find time to use their hot tub. Bring a suit!

Car was stolen from the parking lot. Staff claimed to not have any access to the videos of the parking lot. No management would come to the hotel to allow police access to the video until after the weekend. Police said that auto thefts and vehicle break ins were common at this location. Don’t stay here!

This is our second time at this property and it was clean inside and out however there was a bit of damage in hallway on the fourth floor that gives a bad impression. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, sheets were clean and the AC was nice and cold. Staff was friendly and inviting and located right off the highway for convenience. Breakfast was meh, eggs (not fresh eggs) sausage and the usual cereals and oatmeal. The Waffle maker saved the day!
