Stayed 2 nights

My kids and I were locked out of the pool room when we went out to use the hot tub because it requires a key card to get back in, but we were in bathing suits. We were locked outside in our bathing suits for half an hour until my son climbed the deck and got help from someone in the restaurant because staff didnt give him access back into the pool room. Also, the couch with a fold out mattress in our suite was horrible and needs to be thrown away. The carpet is also awful and needs to be replaced. The pools were nice but had way too much chlorine and burned our eyes and throats. The staff was friendly, facilities were clean. The restaurant was awful, the people from the event next door kept coming to the restaurant area to stand around and talk and let their kids run around, it was incredibly loud. It took incredibly long to get our food, we had all finished all our drinks, and when the food was finally delivered tonour table we weren't given any silverware. The meal was very expensive, especially considering the environment we dined in. We enjoyed use of the hiking trails. It was a nice vacation but could use some improvements.

Pools are amazing for all seasons, some closed of course but the indoor pools are a blast for the whole family, we are here again this weekend after last week and can’t wait to explore the rest. The staff here is phenomenal, everyone from the check in desk to the maintenance department is attentive and always nicer than your neighbors at home lol
