Good location for walking to the city centre. Lot of noise from the trains (passing by, hooting, stopping and rearranging). The lift was out of order for three days, so we had to climb the stairs for 4 floors. No problem for us, but not a great way to go up if you're less mobile.

毎日出かけるので、駅からもさほど遠くなく、部屋には湯沸かしポット、鍋があり、簡単な朝ごはんを食べられ、便利でした。ただ、電気温水器のため、お湯の容量が有り、シャワーを使いすぎた時、一度お湯が出なくなりました。2時間すれば戻ると言われましたが。翌日は気をつけてシャワーし、2人無事にシャワーできました。荷物も預かってもらえ、帰りがけにロビーで2ユーロでコーヒーも飲めました。

There was en early May heat wave during my three day stay in Strasburg, with temps topping 30C. Good thing i booked a hotel with air conditioning, right? Nope. The guy at reception said rhe hotel AC was switched to heating, and because the heat wave was forecast to be over on three days, they werent going to swith it to cool - I should just open the window. Well, it's 30C out, so I don't see how that would help. Now I don't know what switching the whole AC system to 'cool' entails, but unless they'd have to send someone with an ice ax to the frozen tundra to retrieve ice for the AC, i dont get how they can justify making their guests so uncomfortable for the entirety of their stay.

Das Badezimmer hatte Schimmel und es hat sehr gestunken weil es aus dem abfluss gestunken hat. Die Matratze war viel zu weich. Das ganze Hotel brauchte eine generalüberholung. Das Treppenhaus müsste langst neu gestrichen werden. Das einzig Positive war das Frühstück.

The only thing I would mention it needs to improve is the cleaning of the shower, there is a need to use a brush and bleach to remove all the mould and dirt build ups. It is not very nice to have a shower when it is not super clean.

It is very expensive for what it is. The room was dirty, the sheets had spots all over them, the coffee cups had still coffee spots on them, it was so loud the whole night, because we could here the neighbouring guest around and above us, turns out the walls are made of cardboards. I DONT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL

abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel in occasione di capodanno. Camera molto sporca, presenza di polvere ovunque e ragnatele. Doccia molto sporca e puzza di muffa nel bagno. Acqua calda limitata (e pure la carta igenica), pulizia della camera non effettuata. Colazione molto misera per 12 euro ma quello che c’è è abbastanza buono. Posizione comoda, vicino alla stazione a numerosi parcheggi e non troppo distante dal centro.

Für eine Nacht absolut ok. Die Möbel haben schon ein paar Abnützungserscheinungen, aber sonst alles in Ordnung. Frühstück ziemlich umfangreich. Das Zimmer war ruhig , wie konnten weder andere Gäste noch den Strassenverkehr hören.

Avoid at all costs. Starting with check-in we’re the receptionist could barely be bothered to utter a word - his phone must have been more interesting. Only interested in us paying the local tax. Didn’t explain which floor we were on or anything. The room was poor (apart from the air con, which was good). An open electrical connection box in the room (luckily no children in our party, otherwise could have been very dangerous). Water boiler directly above the toilet. As long as you didn’t stand up when you left the loo, you were ok. 1 working light - 2 other lights, though both missing bulbs. 1 working plug socket. No coat hangers at all. Why have a wardrobe if you can’t hang clothes up ? Request for fresh towels (via email, message and asking Expedia) was ignored. Had to use the same towels through the stay. Felt unsafe as followed in a couple of times very closely and it appeared people were trying to gain access to see which room you were in. Hotel Quite obviously not interested. Complained to Expedia who were just as bad and kept us on hold an hour saying they were trying to get an answer from the hotel about a refund (which was refused). We didn’t want a refund, just fresh towels, light bulbs and coat hangers. Seriously avoid like the plague. The ‘welcome’ should have been a warning sign about this ‘hotel’.

Staff is very friendly, we even could check in 2 hours earlier, as our room was already ready. You have some kitchen appliances, so it’s great for those who take things from home. The hotel is near the bus and tram station which take you to the city/central station. You can even walk to the Notre Dame which is great! The beds aren’t comfy, so my friend and I couldn’t sleep properly during our 2 nights stay. Also, the water kept leaking from the AC which woke us during the night..in the morning the same thing. P.s. bare in mind that the room gets cleaned once every 7 days!! So if you need that, you have to request it. For a short stay, it was doable.

Frühstück war gut. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe von Straßburg Hbf. Man kann binnen 10 Minuten die Innenstadt und die Sehenswürdigkeiten wie z.B Le Petit France oder Notre Dame Cathedral usw. besichtigen. Unser Zimmer hatte den Gartenblick. Deshalb habe ich gar keinen Stadtlärm gehört.

Very well equipped hotel, was not expecting a mini kitchen in the room. It was stocked with a stove, microwave, sink and a fridge. Amazing for preparing warm meals in winter. Great stay! The lobby had daily hot wine for you to take.
