Overall a nice place. Good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. To the young lady that helped me extend my stay one more day and so much! Hotel undergoing major renovations and they're doing their best to keep it open during this time. Most of the inconvenience was noise during the day This did not really affect my stay as I was not there during the day.

For one there is a daily parking fee they dont tell you about till you check in. Two the pool is small and very dirty, there was so much dirt on the walls people were scratching there name in it and the water was cloudy. Now the lobby was clean as well as the room, and one elevator doesnt run so can take some time to get one available as only leaves 2 running.

The staff at the reception area as well as the individuals that supported the breakfast buffet were a professional. One of the three elevators were broken, and the property overall looks worn. Attended a formal Christmas event and their ballroom was nice and spacious as our organizations utilize two of their conference rooms.

Staff Excellent! If that was their regular breakfast, also excellent. The only issue was parking. A large convention was being held. The majority, I would say at least 90% plus, was blocked off. This was a real headache. I was told to park in the rear parking lot. Portions of the rear parking was also blocked. Guest were moving a barricade to get a parking space.

I don\'t typically write reviews, as I personally think the things most people complain about are silly, and the result of someone expecting the Ritz and Holiday Inn prices. That being said, our experience was such that I really feel the need to let people know what to expect. First of all, staff are incredibly kind and friendly, especially the sweet lady who works in the coffee shop. However, there are several problems with the property. First of all, the "free" breakfast and evening reception should come with a disclaimer: while you\'re there, staff will be circling around attempting to sell you a timeshare vacation. It was annoying, to the point that we stopped going to either breakfast or the evening reception. We\'d rather pay the $10 for a fast food dinner than have a stranger interrupt our vacation every time we\'re in the lobby to try and sell us something. The indoor pool (the only one on site) is a disaster. It\'s very, very small, and absolutely filthy. The water is a cloudy, murky mess, and it\'s freezing. There are technically sun chairs, but since you\'re inside to begin with, there\'s no place to enjoy them. The hotel itself is dated, and many things in the rooms don\'t work. For example, the remote in the living space only worked part of the time. The foldout sofa bed is a nightmare. It\'s a springy, old mattress with a fitted sheet over it. The mattress is stained, and the fitted sheet doesn\'t fit. There are also no extra blankets or pillows for it.

The Staff was very kind for the most part, we had some issues with one of the breakfast staff just being a little rude. I was surprised to get a $8.00 dollar a day parking fee as if I park in a parking lot not on the grounds of the Hotel. We were not given any warning about the charge until I got the final bill.

The air did not work well, the place was a wreck, filthy and smelled so bad. Has NOT been updated since the 70s. No one answers the phone if u call front desk goes right to a busy signal. One of the worst places I have EVER STAYED. Blinds in living room area broken too.

Our room was not clean. The furniture was stained. The floors had stains and wrinkles (dangerous for my elderly mother). The lamp shades even had stains. The bathroom door handle was broken and the closet door handle was duct taped. The pulley on the blinds was held on by wire ties. We called down for our room to he cleaned three different times. They came on day and barely cleaned. I would not recommend this hotel location and would not go back.

Mold on the walls in the bathroom. Three large bugs on the walls. Massive renovations going on in the hotel. Only 1 elevator working. They gave us a new room and the bedfeame was broken. What was supposed to be a nice weekend away with my wife turned into staying in this dump.

Was tired and ready to lay down and this is how the room looked when I got there didn’t even get the pictures of the bathroom not being clean. The trash cans was in the middle of the floor then when they finally come got the room they made up the bed did not leave no tissue or anything like that in the room so I had to call back down again Worst trip ever after working two months straight 12 hour shifts I was ready for a break and this is what I walked into

We loved this hotel. Our family stayed just 1 night but really loved how friendly the staff was (front desk, coffee shop, restaurant), how pretty the inside atrium area was, and the size and design of the room (a fully separate living room from bedroom) was genius. We’ll be visiting Charlotte/Concorde again just to stay at that hotel.

The property is in a great area. The staff and lobby are nice, but the rooms look like they were decorated using my grandmas leftover furniture. The beds were ok but the chairs, couches, lamps, etc. were old and not clean. The lamp next to the bed had a buildup of crust around the base that could easily be cleaned off. I would suggest staying elsewhere until they do a major renovation and cleaning.

Yes all rooms are Suites you get a large comfortable "living room" with tv , couches , dinnig table, coffee table , sink , microwave, small fridge . LARGE bedroom with tv sp if you have kids you don't have to succumb to watching cartoons when winding down for tge day. BUFFET breakfast is included in your stay you get eggs , toast, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, bacon , sausages, waffle maker , fruits chopped and whole , yogurt snd pastries , with an omelette station or you can order your eggs over easy. Besides the coffee and tea there is a soda fountain machine The staff is friendly you have to scan the QR code in the room to request cleaning. Free wifi and the staff is very friendly. . FREE PARKING . indoor swimming pool. GYM rooms are sound proof .i wish ALLL HOTELS WERE LIKE THE EMBASSY SUITES

Happy Hour offerings were slack. Breakfast buffet was disappointing as well. Sat at several different tables in the dining room and all of them were wobbly. Spilled my coffee because of it. Bed was very hard. Would have been just as comfortable sleeping on the floor. Pillows were ridiculously small and flat. Shower curtain rod was so loose that the curve hung downward and the shower curtain would slide to the middle and not stay closed. The safe in our room was locked when we got there so we couldn’t use it. Not impressed. Expected more from a top tier Hilton property.

no access to coffee in lobby. handicap parking was occupied by non handicapped persons. the guy in the restaurant was rude. Omlette guy was awesome. food was good. bathroom had no conditioner in bottle. not enough usb ports in room.

Given a room, let child open door- 2 adults in bed; staff acted like no big deal; given second room-it was ALSO occupied!!!!!! Staff wasn’t even concerned that we were inconvenienced or that all this took 2 hours or that 2 children walked into a a room with 2 strangers! What bothered me most was they acted like it happened all the time—BAD sign!

Front desk clerk was distracted and gave us a room already occupied. The new room was dirty, and bathroom shower faucet did not work. Breakfast was sub par, with a long weight for greasy, overcooked omelets. For $200 plus per night, I expected more.

We waited 40 minutes to check in because the line was so long at the front desk. We were going away for a date night and they put us between two young families with children that screamed and cried ALL night long so we did not get a wink of sleep. We tried to complain to a manager, but again waited over a half hour for someone to show up and just decided to leave because at that point we were so frustrated with the entire experience. We have stayed with Embassy Suites hotels many times before, but this was a nightmare and will not do so again.

I would love for this property to be renovated so it looks as nice as Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte. Our check in was good! Trey was phenomenal and his customer service was top tier! It’s always an event there like family reunions. I don’t like to hear kids running and being loud outside the rooms and breaking in front of you to crowd the elevators.

They forgot to open the pool on time. Had to wait around for the maintenance guy. WiFi was difficult to figure out. They said use the lobby WiFi-from the 9th floor? Concierge told us that our son would have to pay for parking even though he was just dropping us off. Had to ask several times to get clarification on parking for visitors that were not staying overnight. Bed mattress was older-sloping in. Carpet looked tired. Breakfast was good. No issues there.

Hotel is in a very convenient location. Rooms need an upgrade as there were no usb ports, torn sofa cushions, and a very small refrigerator and microwave. The happy hour snacks could be improved. Breakfast was ok. Some bacon did not look fully cooked and the eggs were runny. Open parking lot, no valet yet charge $8/vehicle, no free wi-fi.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The location was literally down the road from all the attractions and the mall. I do wish that there was a jacuzzi and the pool was a bit bigger, but overall everything matched my needs. The breakfast was tasty and the drinks definitely hit the spot. I will most definitely choose the Embassy to stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. The facilities are clean and the customer service is excellent. Ms. Rebecca was a great help to me🙂. The negatives: Normally Embassy Suites is known for having really good bfast but today it wasn't. The food was bland and barely warm. Also the restaurant Rocky River Grille- Dont go there on a busy night. We waited for 20 minutes and not one waitress assisted us. We had to end up going to another restaurant.

Everything was good except the manager’s reception. The only thing offered at the reception was nuts, chips, and dip. Guests could only enjoy 2 drinks. This was the first embassy suites I’ve stayed that had these types of restrictions. That experience was very disappointing considering that’s one of the main reasons I choose to stay at Embassy Suites.

The room was spotless, the staff was wonderful and breakfast was delicious! Staff was very attentive to details. I'll definitely stay here again.

The ice machine on the 9th and 10th floor out of order. Laundry room out of order and we weren't able to wash our things. Front desk unaware of the problems
